Miss Jen: Amazing food and exceptional service! I got the jalapeño burger and a Philly cheesesteak. The cheesesteak isn’t even a menu item i asked them if they had it, and they said they would make it! Like who even does that?! No lemon or cocktail sauce as requested for the fake (Pollack?) krab. Will order again and have my own sauce next time. We really liked the chicken. Too salty but we wiped it off the visible salt.

Alice Kondraciuk: Wally’s fried jumbo shrimp and fried fresh fish were so good and fresh. Cooked to perfection. Portions were generous. This is not a fancy dining spot but a great place for fish and shrimp. You can also tell by the great relationship they have with their regular customers (which I witnessed); that all the people at Wally’s are great, too and really care about their customers. I will be stopping by again.

Anisa Hassouna: If I could give zero stars I would. I called to place my order, and was asked what side I wanted with my meal. At the time, because I was a first-time customer, I did not know that what I ordered came with a side. I asked him what sides were available and he rudely said to me, “I am not here to discuss the menu. Go find out and call back.” After I tell him that his response was rude, he tells me that I am in no place to tell him how to run ‘his’ business. I’ve never experienced as horrible customer service as this. I obviously didn’t place my order, and I never will.
Jennifer King: Each of the drumsticks that we got look like a drum that you get with wings. Maybe two bites at most. We also got a large order of mashed potatoes. That and four drumsticks was $20.12. It was more salt than it was worth. I want to leave a picture but I guess they don't allow it for this business. They don't want you to know that they use wing drummies as their full size drumsticks I guess.

Then they messed up my order, and my mom went up and explained about how they messed up my order and the clerk started yelling at my mother and calling her disrespectful, and said that she wouldn't fix our order, we'd thought we would give them some service because we live in the neighborhood. Rude people, never again. Plus the food was terrible.

I told the worker about the mistake and she started yelling at me. Telling she wasn’t going to fix it because I was being disrespectful. The corn had a bad taste to it. Jedidiah: Chicken Tastes great mine was a little dry but the seasoning was so good it still slapped. I just wish that they had sides that were a bit better quality I did not enjoy any of mine especially my steamed vegetables that were mushy. Pitta bread is gross here as well. For the price and speed of service it could be a great spot for you to enjoy.

Tommy Stornello: Decided to try this place for dinner tonight, never been before. Got the family meal with mixed vegetables, Macaroni and cheese, couple pieces of chicken. This entire experience reminded me of middle/high school cafeteria food. The mixed vegetables look like the frozen Birdseye steamers, but worse. The “Macaroni and Cheese” was probably fresh 5 hours before we ordered it or the cheese was wafted into the macaroni. Basically tasted like you had just ate plain macaroni that had been sitting out for a couple hours. Finally, the main course- the chicken. Sizes of the breast and legs were fine but the meat was very dry, unfortunately. This wasn’t a great experience and I’d love to give the place a second chance but these are pretty standard items to be messing up on so my hopes for improvement are slim.

Chris S: This is a restaurant that is easy to drive by, and I admit I did for years before finally stopping in. Glad I did. The chicken is good. Their focus is on the chicken. Mission accomplished. You want to get some non-fried chicken quick? This is your spot. And the service is good.Everything else? I can't speak to it. I had a wrap, the mixed veggies recommended by the guy at the register, and a fountain drink. Let's work backwards here. The drink was fine, but the dispenser boasted "flavor shots" to add. None of them were working, but they made the most comically obnoxious noise when I tried them. The mixed veggies? Boiled, flavorless organic masses that I'm convinced were once sourced from Birdseye -- but that company probably wouldn't want to claim them at this point. As for the wrap? Honestly, few complaints save for not knowing ahead of time what was in the wrap. It's not advertised. Beans, rice, chicken, and I got the BBQ sauce. The sauce was fine, could be better, but serviceable enough. But then there was a white sauce in there that I really should have asked about. Give someone a heads-up about these things.I'm willing to go back. I want to try the chicken on its own and a different side. This place strikes me as a possible hidden gem.

Stephen Kuch: I was very interested in having chicken for lunch today. I went to the front door and it was still locked. They open at 11am, it was 11:50am. This is my last time trying to eat here. They are slow with the drive through as well, that is based on prior experiences and this time you couldn't even get into the building because it's still locked. Note to the owner, close your doors and sell the business to someone that is more qualified in operating it. I ended up going to the other side of the expressway to Popeyes chicken, it's clean inside, the staff is willing to get you in and out and they sell chicken. Oh, did I mention that the building was open for seating. KFC, Shame on your staff. I honestly hope you go out of business.

Steve Jakubos: We've had pretty good service here through the years, however it's become beyond frustrating that people who's salary went up at least 50% can't make it to work or they still won't seek employment, causing restaurant management to have to close early. This location, this evening is supposed to be open until 10pm. I arrived at 9:01 pm at the drive thru only to be told exactly this "we're closed". No apologies, just "we're closed". 😕If google has the hours wrong, then fix it. The process is very simple.
