Stephen Kuch: I was very interested in having chicken for lunch today. I went to the front door and it was still locked. They open at 11am, it was 11:50am. This is my last time trying to eat here. They are slow with the drive through as well, that is based on prior experiences and this time you couldn't even get into the building because it's still locked. Note to the owner, close your doors and sell the business to someone that is more qualified in operating it. I ended up going to the other side of the expressway to Popeyes chicken, it's clean inside, the staff is willing to get you in and out and they sell chicken. Oh, did I mention that the building was open for seating. KFC, Shame on your staff. I honestly hope you go out of business.

Steve Jakubos: We've had pretty good service here through the years, however it's become beyond frustrating that people who's salary went up at least 50% can't make it to work or they still won't seek employment, causing restaurant management to have to close early. This location, this evening is supposed to be open until 10pm. I arrived at 9:01 pm at the drive thru only to be told exactly this "we're closed". No apologies, just "we're closed". 😕If google has the hours wrong, then fix it. The process is very simple.

Debra Stieglitz: My order was placed inside as the drive thru line was long. The poor kid taking my order was either new or poorly trained with no back up to help him get orders out to the customers. I was first in line but by the time it was noticed that we didn't get our food, another person behind me was very disgruntled and got a refund. Mary Ohler: I had to wait over 30 minutes for white meat and then when I got it home most of the skin had fallen off the meat, leaving all the flavor behind and the food looking like a unappetizing lump in the bottom of the box. The box split because of excessive steam and grease. I called to complain (which I seldom do) and the manager was totally dismissive. $17 wasted.
Stephanie Mortzfield: Terrible! Location closed at 10 pm arrived around 9pm on 5/13/23 asking to order a variety of fill up boxes for our baseball team. We were told the fryers had been turned off for over an hour and a half now and they were limited on what they had left. “ 8 pieces of chicken” asked to talk to a manager and he was no help, nor did he care. They were all ready to close up and leave. Remind you customers were just inside and the drive through had multiple vehicles in and out while we were onsite.I thought KFC was advertised as “fried to order” what a joke! Fryers off at 8:30 when they close at 10pm on a Saturday night.The only reason this got a star was because you have to in order to post!

Jacob Maragliano: My wife order chicken tenders, they gave her normal chicken, she went back and offered to give it back and to get what she ordered. They told her she couldn't take it back and she has to pay again for what she ordered, even after they admitted it was their mistake!!! What a joke making some one else pay for your own mistakes.Update- got the food home and the they didn't give any napkins or silverware and the Mac and cheese was all burnt and old! Management needs some work to get this place together.

Pilar Headley: We got to the speaker ordered our food after sitting there for about 5 mins. We got parked which was not not a problem. 15 mins later we were still parked. We had to call and find out what was going on. We get home and our food was not only cold but we got the oldest food that they possibly had. The biscuits were hard as a rock. The chicken was so old it was hard. The fries were so hard you couldn't eat them. We spend $25 dollars on food we couldn't even eat. Our food should have been fresh waiting 15 minutes. Just not right.
