Jacqueline A: Fantastic vintage / resale shop. The woman working was absolutely delightful. It was so nice to be welcomed into the shop. I couldn't believe how big it was. They had a nice selection of everything. Home furnishings, jewelry, clothing, shoes... you name it. When we popped in they were offering 50% off everything. I left with a darling 1950's dog eyeglass holder. We will definitely be back soon. It was well worth the trip!!! Thanks for an awesome experience.

Plato's Closet East Lansing: what do users think?
Silent Night: Jocelyn rocks!! Keep it up girl
Ashley Thompson: Loved the low price.
Quintessa Maurer: They seem to be a friendly well organized store but when it comes to selling your clothes they never said they wouldn't buy your clothes that was not on there buying and selling description. All they say is you had a nice selection and great items but we can't buy them.
Lavell Massey: A very horrible experience, honestly seemed a bit racist in my opinion. I brought in clothing that had never been worn before with tags on them. Very good condition, name brand clothing. Honestly didn’t care how much I would get for them. They told me the wait would be an hour and half, I waited 6 hours until they got back to me. They gave me every item back saying it wasn’t in their “demographic” clothes aren’t in your demographic. I will not be coming back here.
Virginia David: Sara was so helpful and positive.
Bahxmut: This store is absolutely an abomination to the east Lansing community. The fact that they buy dirty, broken shoes and price them over $50 without even checking them out is absolutely atrocious. I brought some clean, good brand, popular pieces of clothing and I got offered under $35 regardless. I brought in a whole backpack filled with good clothing yet they only choose 4 little items (including $100 worth shoes) and yet offered me $34. This store will seriously lowball you regardless of the value you bring in. You could try selling them some gucci or a gold brick and they will only offer you pennies. I do not recommend this store at all if you’re looking to sell giant bags filled will awesome brands. I would give this store negative stars if it let me. Never doing business here again.
Mollie Gagne: Sophie R, Luke, and Alexis were all so kind and helpful today!Thank you! 😁
Jase King: loved there selection !! Got Something for me and him !! Gabby s. was great ..
Mikaylah Duffield: This location is great! Lots of great inventory! Great choices!
Sarah Ward: They are awesome! Sophie is great (:
Stephanie Quezada: great finds, kind staff, clean store what more could you ask for :)
Suthern Schuler: Amazing selection and great prices!!!
Karli Clark: Great styles! 😊
Milo Treger: I love coming to this store. They’re always so kind and organized and have some solid finds. I definitely recommend visiting.
Emily Littlejohn: I had a very good experience here today especially considering the busy atmosphere. Several of the staff asked me whether I was okay and the store is very clean.
Kelly Stornant: Sophie R was excellent!! Great finds!
Aubree Tucker: Sophie R. Was amazing
Better Life Fulfillment: Wonderful staff! And had plus size options 👏🏾👏🏾 Shoutout to Sofi R. for making this a wonderful first experience!
Sutton Wright: Robby Tuck and Sophia R are kindest people ever

Carousel Consignments: what do users think?
Gina S: Great store with lots of inventory. I found lots of treasures during my visit.
Julie Powers: We found some great deals on the racks, although there's not much for the average sized person (16/18) so it's a better option for very small folks.
Jo Ann Kurtz: I was disappointed that I was unable to work with this shop. If someone goes through the trouble of making an appointment and driving all the way over (with today’s gas prices) the store worker should be able to look at the items and decide what they want to take, instead of the customer leaving all of the items there and not knowing what the store would take and what they would donate, or worse, having the customer have to come back for their items to donate themselves. I’m sorry I didn’t see the 25 item limit online; I didn’t want to make two trips anyway because the overage items may have been out of season my the time I got another appointment. There was no one waiting and the worker saw me limping trying to manage the bins, yet she wouldn’t take all of my items as a one-time exception because I missed the rule online. I also go to a resale shop in another city further away and they have you put the clothing on hangers and you just hang them up and they go through all of them on the spot. They know right away what they won’t take and I return those items to my car. Simple. One trip. No back and forth two or three times. Common sense and good customer service is largely lost when you are inflexible to your customers’ needs; especially when no one was waiting behind me. I was inconveniencing no one. You have lost sight of your customers when you are so bent on not breaking any “rules”. Sometimes it’s better to bend a little to prevent reviews like this.
Noelle Seward: My favorite consignment store. High quality, well priced, nearly always find something!
Sara: Owner is very nice. Not a huge selection of clothes, but was able to find a couple nice items.
Matthias Overley: Over price for used cloths.
Swathi Chitrapu: This place is good, they follow COVID protocols very well allowing customers only by appointment, very accommodating. Sara was very friendly and responsive.
Denise Anthony: Very nice , clean and friendly!!
Noura Abdulhamed: I called before I came, Sally answered and was so helpful with locating what I was looking for. When I arrived, she already had the items I was interested in hanging at the front counter. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. The store was well organized and clean. I ended up getting several other items and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I'll be back. Thanks Sally!
KELLY EDDY: Wonderful thrift store. Quality items at a great price
melissa hogan: We have shopped here for nearly 15 years. But now Sally Langley owns it the past three years. She has throw her heart into the place and love it even more. Fair prices. Transparent about consignments. Great job, Sally!
Melissa Otten: Couldn't be happier with my experience here. Even if I hadn't found six lovely, affordable items, I would have commended it for the pleasant music and very, very helpful staff. As I went in alone, I didn't have an outside perspective on the clothing I tried on, and appreciated her honest opinion. Can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be checking for new stock. 3
Dan Mullin: Quick helpful service, clean inviting store! Much appreciated!
Ainsley Jasso: Love coming here. Great brands and great prices :)
Mary B: This is my favorite consignment shop! Nice clothes, good prices, and friendly staff; a true hidden gem!
Wild Fiyre: Takes precautions for Corona, friendly owner, good music, good selections, name brand items
Melissa Richardson: Great store!
Ashley Carpenter: Great atmosphere..great selection...nice staff... definitely a hidden jewel!
patricia obrien: This is one of the cleanest consignment shops I’ve ever been in. I came in for a few baby items and left with 7 items for myself. I highly recommend!
Elise Anna: This place has great name brand clothes for kids that don’t break the bank! Wide variety of sizes too so everyone can shop there!
Stephen Campbell: Found the best seasonal sweater and pajamas here! Good and friendly service!

Kellie's Estate Sales, Auctions & Resale: what do users think?
Auction Fan: Kellie and her team are amazing. Did a few auctions with her and everything was simple and went off without a hitch. The store is well organized and you can always find some things to buy. Thank you Kellie and team. Barb D.
stacy johnson: Though I did not win the item at auction. Kellie answered all my questions. Thanks
Kara Devlieger: Great store! Giuseppe the jeweler is awesome! My experience with him was great - he was very informative and helpful and fair. I definitely recommend Kellies and Giuseppe to everyone!
kathy speer: Very disappointed today. We have been going to your sales for many years. We have always brought out 15 lb puppy, Sammy. My husband always carries him while indoors. Today wee were told that Sammy was not allowed inside. So sorry that we can no longer attend your sales. Not to worry, for there a great many other sales that have never turned us away. Your loss, not ours!
Colin Merryfield: I had a complete misunderstanding regarding the online auctions, and had reached out about the issue. Within a short time, I received a phone call where she fully explained the situation and cleared up my confusion. She was very nice and helpful, and I greatly appreciate the quick responsiveness.
Denny Bavery: Went to my last Kellies estate sale today. Was there within 2 hours of end on last day. Prices were 35% off. I made an offer to the cashier on some lamps which she accepted. When I checked out another lady said she was not selling anything for a discount of more than 35% off and started talking loudly to me and then left to chew out the other lady. Then came back and said she wouldn’t honor the price agreed to with the other lady even though that lady verified she made the deal, it was only a couple dollars and I didn’t need to be put in an embarrassing situation with this lady yelling. Very poor customer service.
Diane Leslie: very professional great communication excellent follow up on answering our questions. This is a great way to sell a house full of contents.
Jennifer Fancher: I have been impressed with the honesty and workmanship of Mr. Stella of Stella D'oro Jewelry and with Mr. Klepinger of Morning Dance Custom Jewelry and Fine Art. Both are friendly and very knowledgeable.
Kavita Drolet: I was just reading the reviews and I see rudeness and sarcasm in all responses to negative comments. I just wanted to mention it because it is hard to be criticized publicly as a business owner but it shows the character when the responses are plain snarky.
Sandra Finley: Was a little disappointed. Not that stuff as second hand, but things like a stain which was missed on a light colored top and a couple of other issues leaves me not so interested in going back.
Anne DiSante: Very pleased with the service and wealth of knowledge from Guiseppe Stella of Stella D'oro Jewelry located in Kellie's Consignment. I will be trusting him with several sentimental pieces that need repair. I encourage everyone in the area to experience this gem.
L Hunter: Make sure to sign up for text message sales--they give coupons/sales that aren't given to the general public. The workers are all very nice
Liisa Whitman: This used to be my favorite store. Now it looks like it's going out of business. Slim pickings. Money must be in auctions. 😥
Richard Walker: When you buy something from Kellie's that you pay to be shipped to you and you received your item in broken pieces . You realized the item was packed by a 5 year old with diaper pads in a box. You call Kellie's and its your responsibility to go after the USPS to get your money back.
Michelle Pojeta: For that night on the town outfit, or just something different to wear. Or maybe just something you didn't think you needed...this is the place for you to check out! From clothes to home decor to well... expect anything really...a great store.
Nancy Marr: We have always had a great experience with Kellies Consignments. We have bought furniture, art and some clothing from your Okemos store over the years. And your Old Town store is a gem too.We especially love going to the estate sales. I get emails on the upcoming estate sales and love looking thru the photos to see if anything is of interest. Thank you for being a wonderful local small business in our community!
Rachael Johnson: The Jewelry Show helped me find the perfect necklace for a gift!
Matt Bobbio: Kelly's consignments is a great place to look for housewares and new and older fashions. They have a lot to choose from high-end luxury brands at very affordable prices.
Lora Polasky: Tried looking at a pair of earrings, I asked to see them. On his way over a lady said something so he completely ignored me and apparently felt she was more important. There was a few things I had questions about but couldn't find anyone to ask. No return business from me
Abigail Worthington: Always fun to head into the store when it's time.to pick up auction items. Yesterday, I was greeted by two medieval suits of armor.
deana haner: Disappointed

Machu: Was just in for the 3rd time ever. Super cool store that gets quite busy on weekends. Eclectic, stylish and curated thirft store with fair prices and frequently updated selections in every category. Worth visiting Lansing for if you like retro clothes.
Mark Golbeck: I wish i could give this guy zero stars but Google makes you put at least one star.My friends were walking around his store browsing and he confronted them. He yelled at my friends, you shouldnt be shopping here if you dont have the money. Sir that is called profiling.Another friend of mine bought his cheap five dollar rings but he said they are 100% real. It gave my friend a green finger underneath the cheap ring. They are not real rings. For the above reasons i will not shop at this store and i would strongly advise you do the same.Thank you.
Sarah Zeman: Pretty bland. Saw Walmart pants hanging and priced for 20$ for something on clearance for$6 at Walmart
Rachael Taylor: Absolutely love this store 💜❤️💜 every time I go in I feel welcomed and there's always something I fall in 💙love with. I don't think I've ever left Metro Retro without buying something. Last time I was there I got this adorable pink dress.👗👒👡👛👙👓.. I love the atmosphere and the employees 😘
Nicholas Nelson: Metro Retro is one of our FAVORITE Old Town shops! We always find unique and fun merchandise for both ourselves and as gifts! The staff has always been helpful and easy to interact with; they're always ready to answer questions and make your experience the best possible. My wife said she feels safe in this store because the proprietor, Ted, has always got your back and always makes you feel safe and welcome (unless you're a troublemaker). Thanks, Ted!
Wolves: Metro retro is a gem in the Lansing area. Ted and the crew are always incredibly kind and helpful, not to mention so lovely to share a conversation with. This place has helped me expand my wacky sock+earring collection, and every time I go in I’m drawn to some new and exquisite article of clothing. Thanks for creating such an accepting place!
Practice Liaison: This store, the owner, and anyone who works here are incredible! They are genuinely good people and have unique and cool items! I would highly recommend! ❤️❤️
Nick Pollack: Great store! Love the employee and owner. Definitely recommend checking out if ever going through old town.
David Cooper: Ted and the crew are best !!! This place is a mid Michigan staple.
Matthew Bush: Have often browsed, occaisonally made a purchase, always enjoyed the visit and never had a problem. The "No TwatWaffles" sales are the best!
Aiko magen: Metro Retro is my favorite store over in old town. They always have the nost unique clothes and Ted is always supet cool and is such a sweetheart!
Shawn Dyer: Ted and his quirky little store are a damn treasure. There are always super fun and interesting things to be found. Please note there is a sign that clearly states that a$$holes, racists, sexists, and homophobes should likely go elsewhere. If you happen to fall into that category I would suggest finding another shopping destination!
Maggie: Amazing stuff and amazing service! I wanted to sell my demonias here I was gonna sell them super cheap and he wouldn't let me, sent me the way of another store that would be able to buy them for more money. He's super nice and funny has thrown in freebie stickers when Ive gone there I love getting stuff there it's always cool I'm obsessed!

St Vincent de Paul Society and Thrift Store: what do users think?
Mary Ellen Lowe: My favorite thrift store. Something for everyone.
T Lammers: Very convenient & helpful as I'm able to drive to the donation door, ring a bell and they help unload my car.Very efficient!
Kimberly Lavon: This particular location regularly sells all the random items I’m in need of like office supplies, decor, and more. Absolutely love this spot!
Billi Jo Lear Thrasher: After witnessing a Full uniform Military man from Texas(my daughter thanked him for his service) get denied to try on a pair of pants for a funeral, I will never step into this store again. "Policy" in your Bible, must be all about the DOLLAR instead of mine being FAITH, LOVE, AND HOPE. Way to show a person who's service keeps your business and employees FREE.
Nola Warner: The store is kept clean and tidy. The front sales area has a great display of antiques and glassware. A good selection of clothing and household goods. Staff here are helpful and kind.
Mischa Sawyer: closed on Wed Feb 22, despite hours showing as open m-sat online
Sydney Sharpe: I’ve been here twice now. The store is clean and organized and has a great selection, however I’ve had some unpleasant staff interactions. The first time I went, starting at 45 minutes before close, every 5 minutes there would be an excessively rude closing announcement that really ruined the experience. The second time I went, a women was attempting to steal a bag of items (which I don’t think is okay), and a male employee yelled at and and grabbed the women, yanking her bag away from her. When they went through her bag, it was necessities such as underwear. I feel this was handled very inappropriately and it was very upsetting to watch, due to this I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I don’t want to support a business that treats people this way. I’ve done my time working in retail and I would NEVER put my hands on someone like that, even if they were stealing.
AmarieB Lansing: The staff is the best especially Andrea!
Samantha Kobe: Always find amazing goodies here!
Carey: Really felt like an upscale place. Many Beautiful items are available!!!! You could HONESTLY spend your WHOLE CHECK IN HERE!!! MY GORGEOUS SONS!!
Sylvia Boyd: Nice Friendly Service 👍🏾
John Mann: I work here at St Vincent de Paul great people to work with wonderful staff wonderful customers amazing place to work and serve those in need I love my job Happy New Year to all
Debra Kipper: Real nice people very helpful .
Mike P: So watched all employees buy cart loads .. your donations go to their store employees.. dont give here sad i lost faith in the lord know because of this. The management buys piles too stay away
Jacqueline A: I love this location. They are always very busy and usually have a line - but I think it's worth it. I definitely will be back soon. I found an awesome butter cutter and my hubs got a cute bobble head!
Kristen Reese: It's one of my favorite thrift stores. Great selection of clothes, dvds, books, and knickknacks. Has furniture, although typically older styles and somewhat pricey. Prices are better than Goodwill. The staff is nice and the store is clean and well kept. They also have a supply of used medical equipment (wheelchairs, crutches, etc.) they lend at no cost.
Laurie Dennis: Been shopping there for years. They also help people!
D Rh: Good variety of items!
Lindsay Kathleen: Shopped here for the first time last week. I was so pleasantly surprised! Clean, well-organized, and the hard goods area in front was so beautifully displayed! By far the best display I've seen in a thrift store (something I'd expect from a consignment shop perhaps). Staff was pleasant and the prices were very reasonable.Cons: Some clothing racks have too much on them which makes it hard to look through them, and there are NO FITTING ROOMS. This means I will probably not purchase clothing here, since I don't want to have to buy it and take it home to try it on. That made me sad because there were many beautiful clothing items I'd picked out before realizing there was no way to tell whether they'd fit me. I put all but one back.
Madelynn Preston: Used to love this place, but thanks to their anti-abortion signs out front I won't be coming back.
Linda Tupper: It was just ok.

Lansing FREE & Cheap Store - Thrift Store: what do users think?
Megan Shattuck: What a great find! Almost didn't stop in because we didnt have any trunk space. So glad we did. I can only imagine the things I've missed out on not coming here sooner. Hard working and friendly couple
Betty nostrant: this place is amazing!!! It is like being able to go to a year round yard sale with great prices and friendly staff.
Tara Parr: Great place to check out if you can get there while they are open.
Ashley lee caudill: The greatest place to shop for free and cheap stuff suggest you stop by on South Pennsylvania by jolly. - they went out of business
Rowena Black-Blade: Oof, bad vibes right away. The free section was years old expired food and less than a dozen poor condition books. They wanted $80 for a couch in terrible condition. Very little free, literally nothing was cheap. Just keep driving there’s plenty of other thrift stores.
Jay Jay: Great people and yes there is a free section, but items not last for even hours I spent thousands of dollars on buying good stuff in this store for cheap and resale for good money, thank you
linda hamilton: This place is a godsend. I have purchased for myself and for unfortunate people down on their luck. You can find just about anything there ad things change almost daily. They are the most wonderful and helpful people you will come across. I guess once a week as you just don’t know what’s there next. You can even call and purchase over the phone and you have a week to pickup. It just doesn’t get any easier. They do not accept drop off items. When they are tryouts no to help others they ask for non perishable items.
Rachel Elliott: Love this place!
Emma Davis: Nothing about this store is free or cheap. They have used clothing tagged for $150 and are asking for donations when you walk in. Crazy.
chase pinckney: This place is not cheap everything is outrageous
Eva Sampson: Great finds and awesome people who work the store.
Anna Murray: love this place. they are so friendly and make you feel welcomed
Diane Gee: Actually drove almost an hour to visit this store. If I lived closer I might stop again but definitely not worth the travel time. Prices were quite high for the type of items that we found there.
Beth Williams: Very nice little store, everything well organized and clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. ☺️
Debra Kipper: Real clean and nice people .
Mark Ceasar: Lots of good deals. U can find many things ur looking for if u go there periodically. 50% off sales.Good clean mattresses.
Mary Dutt: Littlebit of everything at low prices
Herbert Seymour: Bought a dresser there people were very friendly and helpful.
Tina Welch: Helpful, Courteous..I got what I came for!
Terry Wampler: I always find something I like.
Pamela Hunter: The free part of store is an aisle to right in side store. Clothing, curtains, jars, clothing, paint. Then there is 5 aisles of household appliances, fine condition textiles, radios, tv, exercise equipment, furniture. There are frequent 50% days, and some best offer. These are clean out houses goods. Well worth the trouble to take a look. Staff uber pleasant.

Dicker & Deal Second Hand Str: what do users think?
Jeremy B: Pay pennies on the dollar for things than ask almost retail when they sell it. Every once in a while you can get a decent deal.
Connie Roberts: Good store to go too
Scott Isham: Used stuff for a brand new price. It's like a horribly overpriced garage sale. I really can't understand why anyone would pay these prices.
lava burst: KEN ALERT AT THIS JOKE OF A "STORE" Worst and rudest service IVE RECEIVED I LIABILITY GOT HUNG UP ON. YOU WOULD THINK YOU WOULD WANT TO DRAW IN BUSINESS NOT LOSE IT BUT 100% LOST MINE WITH THESE RUDE A**Holes. Just let this place die its a joke put these jokers out of business.
Lisa Powers: Always an interesting experience at Dicker & Deal. I wish I remembered to come here more often for those things you gotta replace semi often like vacuum's or leather coats or a small appliance, etc. It smells inside (to be expected) but sometimes you can find some real gems and/or things you forgot you needed 🤪
gone cray: You need to change the name of the store because we tried to dicker on a deal but the mean guy shot us down and said everything was already marked 20% off and didn't even look at the overpriced item we were interested in......Guess we will just buy new off Amazon and only buy from the taco truck.....Rip off 100%
Money Green: Good people& honest
Cole Hazeltine: This place offers next to nothing for what you’re selling and “dickering and dealing” is impossible; they don’t move on prices. Thumbs down.
Joanna Cain: Call to speak to about a product the man was very rude would not listen and was very over talkative when I was speaking.. Very unprofessional and hung up the phone I will NEVER do business here!
Mike Bradley: I use to buy and sell guns there but there staff knows very little about there products. Was called retarded when asking a question and I proved he was wrong. Then they set a cap on consignment for price gauging and yet all there glocks are 120s over recommended retail. Moose creek has turn to ships creek unfortunately.
Chris K: Allways helpful
Brandon Mickel: Posted same review in Moose Creek as they are located in the same building.Wasn't exactly sure what this place was at first. Moose Creek, at least as shown on Google maps appeared to be a gun store and Dicker and Deal appeared to be a consignment store located next door. I like guns and consignment stores, so I thought it would make for an interesting stop since I had business in Lansing. When I arrived I noticed a very cool looking taco truck in the parking lot. I wanted to try them but the line was a few people deep. Maybe the line would be shorter on the way out.I couldn't find a door to Moose Creek. I found their display window but only a door to Dicker and Deal.Upon entering Dicker and Deal there was a door to the left with a sign reading "sell your stuff" and a door to the right that read "buy our stuff". I entered the right door. Dicker and Deal is set up similar to a consignment shop, with the different rooms and booths specializing in different items. Moose Creek has its own room located centrally in the back. A little disappointing, I didn't realize initially that most of the antique items in display cabinets and along the walls are for display only and not for sale. The cabinet full of antique camera equipment and tin types were off limits. DAMN. I love me some nice tin type photos!Everyone was friendly and pointed you in the right direction. The person working inside Moose Creek was knowledgeable and friendly. Although I was only window shopping and not really looking to buy anything. However, I was curious but not enough to ask, some of the stickers in the rest of Dicker and Deal read "firm" and as the name Dicker and Deal implies, prices are somewhat negotiable. Did that hold true to Moose Creek as well or is it its own thing and prices are as marked? I found the prices to be reasonable to include the selection of ammo they had on hand. Maybe the next time I'm in Lansing I'll do more than just window shop at Moose Creek.I found an old Craftsman driver and bit set for a reasonable price. It was untouched in very old packaging. The set usually runs around $19.99-$24.99 and it was marked $12 and some odd cents. I have the same set at home but with missing pieces and broken bits so I couldn't pass on that deal.On the way to the checkout I noticed a used bolt to an Automag Paintball Marker in the clearance bin for $1. It wasn't in original packaging, it was in a paintball lubricant plastic bubble container and unmarked except for the price tag. Only someone who knew what they were looking at would realize that was deal you couldn't pass up. The only markers I saw in the paintball case at the time were various Tippmann products but I have to imagine at some point an Automag and spare parts were for sale. That alone makes me want to check back.I wasn't sure exactly what to make of the store. With the "sell your stuff" section, it almost made it feel like a different type of Pawn Shop. Most of the consignment stores I've visited don't have a live person willing to buy you stuff with the exception of something like Disc Replay or Game Stop. That makes Dicker and Deal with Moose Creek very unique to where I'm from in SE Michigan. I would definitely check them out again when in the area. Unfortunately, I'm only in the Lansing area once or twice a year but maybe I'll make a special trip.PS, the taco truck had a much longer line on the way out. I should have got in line with only a few people. Maybe I'll try them next time.
Elvin Clay: Bought a speaker box about 2 weeks ago never installed it and wanted to trade it for a smaller one because of my trunk size. Been living in Lansing for about a year and have spent thousands of $ there. They didn't even take the time to look me up in the system. Just said we will give you half of what you paid for it. Some new chick I have never seen before. Must be the bosses daughter. It's ebay and Amazon and garage sale from here on out
Hector Muriel: Nice place
Richard Eddy: Bought a ring for Christmas gift was told it would be sized for free took it back to get it sized he told me it would be $35 when it came back from sizing it did not get sized or at least they said it didn't it was a 7 now it's 5 and 3/4 it was supposed to be at 5 and they said that they would accept credit card or DVD for payment then they said that they could not accept credit card or debit card we have to have cash it seems to me that they cannot make up your mind how to do business very unprofessional very disappointed they still have my ring supposed to be sized I don't know if I can trust them very upset he was bought for Christmas. It is February and I think they lied to me several times I don't know how they stay in business sorry for bad review but I think you deserve it you should do better business practices
Madysun Desgrange: i’ve been here a couple of times now, i met a super friendly lady but the male employees that i had to deal with are just asshats.great assortment of items to buy, but i absolutely don’t recommend selling things here.
Bradley Dillenbeck: Bought and engagement ring for my fiancée on Christmas Eve. Was told I could resize from the size it was (6 to a 4) and that they only do returns within 24 hours of purchasing. Finally get in front of someone to resize and they say it can’t be done. Go to someone else and they say it can’t be done. Get to Dicker and Deal and they try saying it can be done again so I tested they’re knowledge that I have now gained on setting. Let it be known the people they have working in their jewelry department only have experience in making sure gold or a diamond is real, beyond that do NOT take their advice or it’ll leave you like me. Where all you can get is an exchange for another ring (all their rings look subpar and mediocre, I got lucky beyond belief when I found this one) or in store credit. Glad you guys were able to take most of the money I had for Christmas and completely waste it 👍🏻
Monica cain: They will sell your valuables,I got paid one day and ask them to hold it for one day and came back that very day it was so they told me they will hold it but they sell things and they're lied to you about what they'll do to make it make you a valuable customer deal and deals sucks.if you can find a better place to take your valuable if you're broke please do.
A QUEEN BY ALL Means: Went to buy bullets for my 38 special revolver.
Tim Spence: Used to be able to dicker and deal on prices,Not anymore,me and my son went today and the tool salesman said ever since Covid they were told not to drop the prices any or do any dickering on prices.Sad,this place used to be great,so much so that when I lived across Michigan I would drive atleast once a year just to check stuff out.Good luck, atleast it keeps the sales team from having to talk to you,Just pay the full price or dont get it,For years Ive went to this place but doubt Ill be returning or recommending it to anyone. Its right in their name......
Justin Lee: Their Buy back pricing is a rip off for merchandise sold to them. Tried selling a 400$ speaker practically brand new only used for 3 events and they wanted to buy back for 75$ :-( after looking up the retail price
