Deanna Baker: We used grub hub. They delivered us just a portion of one of our meals. It was Cracker Barrels mistake. The second meal wasn't delivered at all. Had a raw hamburger (which was supposed to be med-well), dessert, 2 fruit cups and a tea. Then called them. They left us on hold, closed the store and never came back on the line. How rude!

Once the food was ready they forgot the chicken so the rest of our food was hard and room temp when it finally arrived. Ryan D (Boys of Summer): First time here after hearing nothing but good things. Had a meat plate with brisket, chicken, mac and fries. The BBQ chicken was honestly the best chicken I have ever had. The Cornbread, Mac and Fries were all amazing and top notch. The brisket was ok. It was not bad by any means but lacked flavor as if no rub was put on it. Ill admit as a former Texan I have high standards for BBQ but the brisket was lacking. Don't get me wrong it was cooked perfectly just needs more rub. This was the best BBQ in Lansing by a long shot,

Plenty of BBQ dish presentations that you can flavor to your taste many ways at your table. Lighting is dim and cozy for an old rock n roll saloon feel in their dining area. I thought the meat mountain would have more meat but it was more of a pie tin loaded with mashed potatoes and some brisket mixed in and topped with shredded cheese, corn and bacon bits.Parking: Parking lot by the river and arcade bar has to be paid for hourly with a smartphone app.

Richard Knox: So tonight my wife and I attempted to order some food from here. Sadly they were sold out, unfortunately these things happen. The reason why I am leaving a one star review is because we drove from Battle Creek to Lansing specifically for dinner and tried calling several times. No one answered the phone, and when we walked in we were greeted by three girls standing at the front counter laughing saying they were sold out. No apology, no nothing, just laughed and turned us away. The least they could’ve done is answered the phone to advise that they were sold out. This is extremely poor customer service and will make me rethink the next time we come to Lansing for dinner.

Martha Ann Toy: All was great until the last 5 mins. My she said the "girls" (women's) and the BR was disgusting. It had been reported to the hostess.I then went to use the same restroom and also found in unacceptable condition..toilet paper and paper towels on the floor. A toilet not flushed with stool in it and smelled. Water on floor and countertop.I mentioned it the the same hostess and as I was walking away she was telling the manager Alan Sczepanski. He asked which one and she said "girls".The manager quickly shot back "I don't do the girls" in what I heard as an irritated tone. I was 3 steps away and felt he was rude and voicing that with customers near was inappropriate.I got his name from a server and left the restaurant. It was just after 2pm and restaurant was not full.I think Mr Sczepanski needs an attitude adjustment and to learn the professionalism his position needs.I am a long time customer and fan of Cracker Barrel and love breakfast at any time of the day!
