My mother passed away last week and I personally wanted to take charge of her funeral program. I had one designed and there was a couple small delays but I had spoken with Carrie a couple times over the week and she assured me that they could handle my order regardless. I didn't make it in until Friday morning so I was very nervous and worried that my order wouldn't be ready in time to be dropped off at the funeral home. Carrie was there she soothed my nerves and told me not to worry that it would be taken care of, I left to assist my cousin with locating a suit. Less than 2 hours later I received a call and my order was ready. I couldn't believe it but not only did they take care of me but these are the most beautiful funeral programs that I have ever seen. I'm speechless over the service, professionalism and sympathy that Carrie and her wonderful team showed me. I am forever grateful and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They will always be my print company. Thank you Carrie, you are the best.

The procedure and policies (or I should say, lack thereof) are borderline at best and the accounting controller is an absolute maniac. As far as the printing production quality....I would also go elsewhere. You will be able to find the same quality of prints at a much cheaper rate elsewhere in the greater Lansing area. I worked for this company for 5 months before I accepted another job position, which I was actively looking because this company is so chaotically run it's insane. Not to mention, the "higher ups" treat the employees like they are worthless. The morale is so low at this place I don't know how they still operate.
