Star Wish: They closed almost an hour early without notice. Me and a friend are graduating and they closed early because "they were low on staff" even though they had enough staff to put somebody in the back of the line to tell people to go away.The staff was completely unaccomadating despite knowing we are graduating. We even called in 30 min in advance to make sure that they would be open and they failed to inform us that this would be a problem.Completely ruined the night and honestly completely unacceptable. Why are you understaffed on move out week and graduation week?

AmarieB Lansing: The location at North East street has a very rude manager. She never greets you or speaks to you if you are brown skinned. I've been ignored when speaking directly to her. Worst quality dairy I've ever been in. I live 1/8 mile and will travel to go to another QD just because of her. The QD on Michigan Ave is great and the staff friendly and helpful.

Stephanie Navarro: I LOVE QD!! My kid loves their donuts! They're made fresh every day! They have a great selection! They also make muffins that I have a preference for :) The blueberry is the BEST!! They have ice cream that you can get by the cone or in a cup. They do have curbside pick up & delivery @ this time.

phillip curtis: Don't go in there very often and this is yet another reason why, employees don't know what to look for while cleaning the fountain machine, the employee that I let know about this didn't seem to really care about it and just went on about her deal.... Machine should've been shut down immediately to be completely cleaned. Who knows how many people have used that machine and never seen it for that matter it makes me wonder how long it was there due to employee negligence. Considering the fact that these machines have been around for years you'd think the companies using them would implement training on how to properly clean and in some cases diagnose the issue at hand. Messaged the QD Facebook page and got the automated response bs. Glad the one I go to all the time is on top of this kind of stuff before it starts.
RyRy LeSeney: I cashed my paycheck at the ATM and bought 2 beers.. I discovered the beer cans was dented and banged up to the point if I would of opened em they would have exploded. LOL The senile clerk called me a liar after notifying him.. I didn't ask for my money back I just walked out before I b#$ch slapped him. The clerk suffers from dementia and needs to seriously consider retirement. He is lucky I am patient with senior citizens because it could have been way worse for him.. Trash store and trash staff!

Just not this location in the mid afternoon and evenings as this is when the wicked witch seems to work. I really would feel sorry for this woman if she wasn't so mean. Elijah Marzorati: Worst customer service I've ever had! I bought a gallon of milk, literally an hour and a half ago, and opened it up. Right away I got a nasty wave of sour, spoiled milk smell. I called the store right away and let the guy who answered know what was going on. Besides telling me he wasn't going to do anything to address my problem, he was rude and brash. And before I could even ask for a manager to talk to about this, he hung up on me. Hell of a way to treat a customer.
Logan Walton: Usually go to this store once a day. Have never had any problems with any of the employees. Had a issue today with a product and called them and let them know. When i brought the product back, the manager was in there complaining about me. She did not know i was in the store. Did not make me happy at all. She was a little shocked when she realized it was me. Maybe she needs more training!

Charlie Beals: Long-time resident of Lansing. I've been to many a QD, and this is consistently the one with the best customer service. Especially right as COVID started, we noticed the staff became incredibly friendly and kind. Great people working here. The donuts are straight up legendary.
Ryan Jenkins: The dryers are trash and the washers take skill to even get to start. Put my clothes in for 90 minutes and came back in 70 to start folding them. They were wet and the machine wasnt running when I got there. Such a waste of time and money and now I have a hamper full of wet clothes and work in 4 hours. AVOID THIS TRAP

KnightInd: Clean, spacious. A lot cheaper then most and it's 24 hours and has plenty of wheeled baskets. Super is 4.50, 35lb is 3.25, the 6 load is 6, med machines are 2. The super ran for 27 minutes and was done. For 1.25 in the dryers you get 40 minutes. Awesome prices. Unisex restroom, snacks. Best part is its connected to a 24 hr gas station with fast food across the street.

Michael Schmidt: Clerks are pushy about leaving a review on the tablet by the door before leaving the store.In one single visit, I was repeatedly asked “don’t forget to leave a review” as I’m trying to walk through the doorway. With the employee acting passive-aggressive about it as if you can’t leave the store before leaving a review and also becoming frustrated that I didn’t know what they meant or where the tablet was near the door as I haven’t visited any QD location in quite some time.Getting frustrated & pushy with customers ended up making me leave a bad review, instead of just being a continued customer.

Seems clean enough although it usually smells strongly of lemon scented cleaner which may bother those sensitive to strong smells. It makes me wonder if it gives a false sense of cleanliness. Admittedly this is nit-picking but the floor makes it seem dark and gloomy in here. I’ll keep going here as needed, it’s fine.

Harold Kaplowitz: Love the eclectic vibes and locally made offerings at this establishment. I’ve even made up names and personas for the regular crowd of employees I see shuffling in and out. First we have “Barbara” - that’s the elderly white lady. She used to be a receptionist but then she decided she wanted a career change. She loves QD butter pecan ice cream. Next we have “Carl” the portly Asian fellow. He’s a mild mannered fellow who’s lived in Lansing his whole life and just looking for something to pay the bills. Next is “Ted” the lanky white guy who looks like he still lives in his moms basement. He likes to spend his time playing video games. His fingers smell bad, and he loves QD donuts. She was cussing at me and refused to service me when I said "ok" and went and got a pint of already packaged ice cream. I am a regular there unfortunately live nearby. The man with the silver hair and beard is great, and I've never had an issue with other employees. The date was 5-13-22 and time was @11:30.
Matthew Klepac: This is not the place to stop for coffee on the way to work. You will wait at the counter (with nobody else in front of you) for five minutes watching employees carry on and complain without so much as even making eye contact or pretending to start ringing you up. It's like nobody works there, they just hang out behind the counter.

Stephanie Navarro: I have been going to QD for over 45 years...for coffee, hand-crafted ice cream cones, milk, their huge selection of ice cream pints and my favorite-DONUTS! QD Donuts, muffins, croissants & pastries are (& always have been) amazing! There's quite a selection! You have to be quick & get there early if you have a favorite! They go fast! Oh yes, QD orange juice has always been a classic too in our household.

Sean Finnerty: This is one of the rougher Quality Dairys (although they could all do with renovation). The clerks are friendly but can be a little rough around the edges. The clerks are nicer than the people at the one down the street at Cedar and Saginaw.What I don't like about this Quality Dairy is the number of panhandlers that swarms this place. Like I live a block away, but will drive to this QD just so that bums do not follow me home asking me for fifty cents or for some kid to ask me to buy them some smokes.
Jake O'Gorman: Walked up to the ice cream counter and employees went from hanging out to suddenly having something else to do. Had to pay for the ice cream first, then wait again for other customers to be helped (4 employees behind the counter).When the employee handed me my cone there was almost nothing in it. It wouldn't even have filled half the inside of the cone.Not coming back to this QD

D S: I've been going here for over 15 years. Never remember having a bad experience. You can't help the customers that come here of course but still the employees keep the rowdy ones in check which is good. Fountain drinks, ice cream, and donuts are the best here.

Just this AM, did some banking at the ATM, and bought some bananas. Lots of friendly banter early in the AM. One clerk, at checkout, was having a customer's child help count how many donuts in the bag. Heartwarming. Customer since 1997.

Ethan Akerly: This is a somewhat rundown convenience store that has what you need. It has booze, smokes and great donuts baked fresh on the South Side. Liquor prices are higher than other places that sell at state minimum.
