Hannah Smith: Don’t go to this location.The store is messy, boxes everywhere in the floors. The locals that shop there are unnerving. Just trashy all around. I did not feel safe there, even in the middle of the day.

Derek: 9:22 am. Employees were walking around in the store. One employee was having a cigarette outside the door but both doors were locked. Hours clearly posted state 9a-9p. It was raining so we left.
Carol Green: Lights were on, nobody's home. We came at a little before 7pm (within the store hours on the door) and the doors were just locked. Super weird. Saw the reviews with similar issues in the morning but in the evening? Wouldn't recommend.

Wow.But the cashier at the dollar tree in Frandor did a great job, they were kind, personable and fast workers. Pretty easy store to find what u need. All though being the holidays the store was VERY picked over and quite a bit of stuff was out of stock, lots of stuff was actually.Hope they pay their staff well as not only do they have to run the cash register but also stock the store as well. Probably why there's always a high turnover of employees there.The location is convenient, plenty of free parking. And perfect pace to get toilet.paper cause no one should ever pay more then a dollar for TP or u may as well be flushing money to.Overall if you're on a budget this is the place to go. Convenient being near MSU for students to.
D N: This the horrible dollar tree in Lansing . Stuff always on floor, cashier always outside smoking or always on the phone....

The cashier sneezed into their hands, instead of using their shoulder, then went back to ringing customer's up (at least use some hand sanitizer if can't use your shoulder). Just starting to turn in to an unkept, dirty, and nasty location.

It looked like it had been hit by a tornado, with products all over the place and randomly covering the bottom shelves. Hector DeLeon: I went in there the other day and I was not amused on how disgusting and horrid the store was and how unorganized and scattered everything is. The manager is barely insight of the store and as for the assistant manager who has the most rude, look and tone needs to be fired for her customer service. The floor is nasty it looks as if someone had used 3 year old water with expired supplies. The store smells as if an extermination need to be in place as for the dust and spider webs. Do not go to this store if you have low patients for Rude and nasty customer service

They literally mop tge floors with the same water everyday. Somebody in corporate should pop in very soon.
Kathryn Gilluly: This dollar tree needs to close or rethink some staff. Not to mention the store is dirty, dark and cluttered. An older employee was filling balloons and there was a line of about 10 people waiting. She started saying derogatory remarks about other employees, then cuss in front of customers, then got in a heated fight with the younger cashier who was just asking for help. It was so awkward and I can’t believe any of establishment allows that behavior, if I could give this store a 0 I would. I will never go back and I feel bad for the cashier. Please be kind.

Dianne Wassa: Dollar tree in dewitt always has some of the most friendly staff. The store seems to be pretty organized as well. Shelves are full with products. It's also nice to see coolers with food items !

Pamela Hunter: I shop Dollar Tree 2 times a week. I purchase mostly food items, me and pets. I routinely buy cheese, diet juice, frozen fish, and sausage. I really love the expanded craft section. Especially the yarn, love the chenille. I use the floral wire and glass beads for "French Beaded Flowers." Dollar tree is very similar to the old Ben Franklin/ Woolworths/ T G And Y. I assume Dollar tree will drift towards Family Dollar due to inflation pressures.

Katherine Medbury: Have shopped here for a long time and have spent a lot of money over time here at the store. I normally deal with the manager and he is amazing. I had to deal with the owner today and he kept coming up to me are you buying all this stuff and I said yes which was not a lot in my basket. So then I get it to check out and there was two things that I did not want cuz I didn't realize how cheap they felt and the lady check was ring me up, and the owner said I had to go put back those two things while he sat there and did nothing and was ungodly rude. I told him I would never be back into the store again and he lost a long time customer and he said "fine with me, ok"
