Mary Sharpe: Two young men visited us to repair faulty outlets. We were having trouble with it and they informed us it was working fine. Needless to say, a month later we were having problems again. They did fix two outlets in the kitchen. I spoke to them regarding additional wiring for new light fixtures. The guy said he would refer it to the service department and they would call back with a quote. A year later, I still have not received a call. The young men that was taking the information was not paying attention to what I was telling him and I doubt he even submitted it. He was very arrogant. So essentially I paid $280 for 2 plugs to be replaced, with no followup.Service:Electrical outlet switch installation

Grimz: Awesome company! I can't remember who came out the first time or the second time sorry, but anyways they were awesome they installed a new panel for us and did a great job. But about 3 months down the road one of our circuit's kept popping and couldn't find the reason. United electric came out with no hesitations and fixed our problem in a few mins with no charge.
