yashesh dhebar: We had a very bad experience with the service we received. The sound engineer had no clue regarding how to conduct sound testing on "Monitors" and we were left with the option of giving the performance based on our instincts. The sound on monitors was almost at zero level and the sound engineer gave up on conducting the sound check. He was both "unprofessional" and "un-apologetic" and was most of the time engaged with his mobile phone (maybe playing some game but definitely not doing something related to soundcheck). No sound was heard on the "stage" and our band had to play blind.

Anthony: I called in to have my Samsung washer looked at after another company said what is was doing was "Normal" its not normal. I called Home Electronics and they automatically knew what the issue was and ordered the parts right on the phone with me. Parts came in, they scheduled the repair, washer runs like a dream now and no longer sounds like its about to explode through the floor. Highley reccommmend Home Electronics. They are super knowledgable and professional. Will definetly use them again.

Eric Myers: My LG tv broke, LG set up repairs by this place. It is a authorized service for LG. A technician was sent to repair in home. After an attempt to repair he took my tv and said it needed to be repaired at the shop. It's been a month now. Home Electronics will not answer the phone, will not respond to text messages or Face Messenger messagesWe were contacted by Home Electronics today.The shop was closed because of the holidays and they had covid cases as well. My tv has been repaired today and will be returned tomorrow.I have upgraded my star rating.

Wells, Sr.: When I converted from a Tube to a Flat Screen Television in 2008, I researched for months looking for the Perfect 1080p with 240hz refresh but the search was disappointing until I found my LG. Well last week she started showing signs of exhaustion and I wasn't ready to put her down so I took it to Home Electronics.I was told the the Main Board needed to be replaced and after they searched, found and installed the new Main Board, she's like New! Thanks Again 😊

Scott Scotson: The place is called "Home Electronics" so I walked in to see an older man busy at the desk and waited for him a few seconds to get my radio fixed. He just shook his head at me. That's it. Shook his head. No hi or anything. So I said "what?" as I felt like I'd done something wrong. He says, "We don't work on those" So I left. I just wanted a really simple solder on the connector for the AC power, something all electronics have. But I guess they just offer really bad customer service. He mumbled about some other store as I left, but I felt annoyed and didn't listen.

Melissa Spadafore: I have used Home Electronics twice for broken TV's and both times they came through for me big time. The first time was a few years ago and it was when I still had an "old school" TV. It was fixed within a week to 10 days--which is exactly what they promised. And the price was good as well.The other time I used them was in December of 2014. I had an LCD TV that was acting up. They fixed it within a week's time with no problem. If I have a TV that needs repairing, this is the place I will be taking it for sure.Also, I have an old tabletop Donkey Kong game that needs repairing. Not knowing where else to turn, I asked them to take a look at it. They gladly took the game in and found some problems right away. I appreciate their willingness and diligence in helping me out even with something that they typically don't service.
Paul Johnson: This place was great on doing some warranty work on LG's recommendation for our LCD TV. They came and picked it up and returned it at the times they said they would and it has been working ever since. Very friendly and speedy service.
Angela Sparks: I was introduced to this company through my warranty company. My tv is a larger model , they were able to come out to me, and diagnose the problem in my home. A part did have have to be ordered. With in a few days they were back and our tv is working the like the day we bought it :). My husband and I are very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use them if needed in the future.
John Customer: I called Home Electronics a few years back about getting my 1975 Pioneer SX-939 Stereo Receiver fixed. The lady who answered the phone asked me what was the year of manufacture of the unit. When I told her she started laughing very loudly on the phone and sounded just the the Wicked Witch of the West, you know : "WHO ha ha ha, WHO ha ha ha." Incredibly unprofessional loud swinish behavior. Not a chance I will ever take anything there (WHO ha ha ha)..

AnonaMouse: Wish I could say I had a pleasant experience but instead a very negative one. Ordered a few Wish items and had them delivered as this was the local pick up spot. Unfortuntley my items supposedly "never arrived" although the app had said different. The owner proceeded to scan the qr code even though the items never showed up; so therfore I was unable to refund anything. Lost around $100 in missing items. Store should not list themselves a local Wish pickup if they cannot keep track of the items.
