Anthony: I called in to have my Samsung washer looked at after another company said what is was doing was "Normal" its not normal. I called Home Electronics and they automatically knew what the issue was and ordered the parts right on the phone with me. Parts came in, they scheduled the repair, washer runs like a dream now and no longer sounds like its about to explode through the floor. Highley reccommmend Home Electronics. They are super knowledgable and professional. Will definetly use them again.

Eric Myers: My LG tv broke, LG set up repairs by this place. It is a authorized service for LG. A technician was sent to repair in home. After an attempt to repair he took my tv and said it needed to be repaired at the shop. It's been a month now. Home Electronics will not answer the phone, will not respond to text messages or Face Messenger messagesWe were contacted by Home Electronics today.The shop was closed because of the holidays and they had covid cases as well. My tv has been repaired today and will be returned tomorrow.I have upgraded my star rating.

Scott Scotson: The place is called "Home Electronics" so I walked in to see an older man busy at the desk and waited for him a few seconds to get my radio fixed. He just shook his head at me. That's it. Shook his head. No hi or anything. So I said "what?" as I felt like I'd done something wrong. He says, "We don't work on those" So I left. I just wanted a really simple solder on the connector for the AC power, something all electronics have. But I guess they just offer really bad customer service. He mumbled about some other store as I left, but I felt annoyed and didn't listen.

The first time was a few years ago and it was when I still had an "old school" TV. It was fixed within a week to 10 days--which is exactly what they promised. And the price was good as well.The other time I used them was in December of 2014. I had an LCD TV that was acting up. They fixed it within a week's time with no problem. If I have a TV that needs repairing, this is the place I will be taking it for sure.Also, I have an old tabletop Donkey Kong game that needs repairing. Not knowing where else to turn, I asked them to take a look at it. They gladly took the game in and found some problems right away. I appreciate their willingness and diligence in helping me out even with something that they typically don't service.
Paul Johnson: This place was great on doing some warranty work on LG's recommendation for our LCD TV. They came and picked it up and returned it at the times they said they would and it has been working ever since. Very friendly and speedy service.

A part did have have to be ordered. With in a few days they were back and our tv is working the like the day we bought it :). My husband and I are very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use them if needed in the future.
John Customer: I called Home Electronics a few years back about getting my 1975 Pioneer SX-939 Stereo Receiver fixed. The lady who answered the phone asked me what was the year of manufacture of the unit. When I told her she started laughing very loudly on the phone and sounded just the the Wicked Witch of the West, you know : "WHO ha ha ha, WHO ha ha ha." Incredibly unprofessional loud swinish behavior. Not a chance I will ever take anything there (WHO ha ha ha)..

Store should not list themselves a local Wish pickup if they cannot keep track of the items.

The staff worked through diagnosing the problem, ordered and replaced a part, and kept me informed throughout the process! Even though they didn’t have the exact spec, they looked around and tried helping me as much as they could (ended up getting the right capacitors). Very nice people and straightforward. The second time I went in looking for a peculiar shaped woofer for my vizio sound system, the went above and beyond trying to help. They gave me tips and tricks on how I could possible overcome my situation. Small business but I highly recommend and they’re very professional with what they do.

They would not even refund my bench fee. I took it to another shop in Lansing and had it fixed in 2 days. I could not recommend this business to anyone.
John Customer: I took a vintage receiver and a turntable there for service. I wasn't thrilled about the place. Seemed like an unprofessional fly by night type of thing. I don't know if there are any certified electronic specialists there. They did tell me it might take awhile to fix. 5 months later, I decided to pick the stuff up. It was still sitting in the same place I left it, apparently never touched. At least they gave me back the $40 I deposited.

Zackary Wojtan: A good store for the hobbyists, they had a decent selection of electronic components, tools and wire. Perfect if you're in a pinch and just need a simple resistor.

Go to Best Buy if you're looking for overly tattooed college kids who step away to Google your questions...Fulton Radio will stay with your questions/problems until its figured out.

They are helpful and always make sure I have everything I need. Sure you can find this stuff online, but this place is local and has it. I first discovered Fulton's in junior high school at the start of my tinker days, they have never let me down since. Thanks Guys! Your shop and services are much appreciated!
G L: Very Frustrating. I always try to do local business; but these guys make it too hard to do that. I special ordered a few pieces and I was told a few days to receive. I left my phone number. After two weeks, no call and the order was messed up and was not complete. He lied and stated that he had called. Do yourself a favor and just shop online as life is too short to deal with excuse-makers.

Steve Burtis: Contacted Gary reference bathroom vent fan parts. Apparently I interrupted Gary's day and he was in no mood to answer questions about the parts I needed. If I remember correctly his response was "Listen! I'm not going to sit here and explain to you what needs to be done." I assumed I was talking to an hourly employee who didn't care about what a customer thought of the company. I asked if he was the owner and he said he was. I told him he must be doing well and didn't need my business. He had no response so I ended the conversation. Never calling him again.

Not only did he answer the phone, he is a very busy person. his ability to quickly identify the part I needed for a discontinued exhaust fan he provided the replacement part explained how to remove the existing fan motor all in a very easy short conversation. His recall from all his vast experience (over 40+ yrs.) is invaluable!! Thank you Gary I was able to replace two bathroom exhaust fan motors in less than two hours and have them back in operational condition!!! Can't find that kind of assistance any more, everyone just wants to replace everything that costs much more !
Fairy Wings: I needed a part for a fifty year old doorbell. gary's had it. he bought three boxcars of old nutone stock that broan was going to scrap. from what i learned about the demand for this stuff versus the supply, it would seem that if he would advertise better those three boxcars of stuff would evaporate in about ten minutes.
John Grabowski: I needed a replacement motor for a Nutone 663L bath fan/light. Nutone does not stock this particular motor. They referred me to Gary's Electric in Lansing, Michigan. Gary answered the phone. We had a nice chat and he said that he would ship the motor out tomorrow. It was a very nice customer experience.

shay jensen: apple has a reputation of above and beyond customer service and positive attitudes — something sorely absent from this location. this is the worst apple store i have ever dealt with (and i’ve been to plenty across multiple states).every time i enter this store, i’m treated as if i’m a burden or impeding socialization between the staff. there’s only one staff member that has ever been helpful out of the nearly half a dozen i’ve encountered personally. unfortunately, since she’s the only person who is friendly, knowledgeable and seems to be there to work she’s usually busy assisting other customers:on two separate occasions staff members have tried to give me the run around about doing a warranty exchange. the first was for my magsafe wallet that came apart less than six months after purchase. i had the receipt but i was told if i didn’t have the original box i couldn’t do a warranty exchange (false). the second time i was exchanging a usb-c cable (2m) that was defective after only a month of use. i had the original packing this time to avoid any argument from the staff. the person assisting me grabbed a usb-c cable and handed it to me. when i got home i noticed there was some discoloration on it but didn’t think much of it. when i went to actually use it, i noticed instead of being wrapped as it would when it’s brand new from the package it was partially tangled. my cable i purchased less than a month ago was replaced with a used cable with visible wear.i’ve also been given the wrong information many times from people assisting me at this store. a few examples are being told i only needed a 30w charger for my Macbook pro, a staff member telling me only the iPad pro charges with usb-c (this was after both the Air and Mini switched from lightning), being told I couldn’t reuse my SIM after a warranty exchange (as an excuse for why they lost or tossed it). i luckily do my research so for the most part i know when i’m being misled but many others do not which i am sure is a frustrating situation when they trust the staff to be knowledgeable.the worst example i have of bad customer service at this store is me asking about a product i wanted to purchase that i had seen online and the staff member assisting me shrugged and told me he didn’t know what it was before walking away from me. i located it myself and returned to where he was hiding in the corner of the store chatting with another staff member. he rolled his eyes and sighed when i approached him so at that point, i was no longer interested in purchasing anything from that store. i put it back and left.i love apple as a company but if there was any other option for apple stores reasonably close, i’d go there instead. in fact, i’d probably drive an hour just to not deal with the staff at this store. they’re that bad.note: the quality of the products is not my reasoning for the low rating but the quality of service i received — sometimes stuff is defective. i understand that and since i work customer service myself, i’m always polite.

Not only was it in poor taste, it was a fire hazard. Don’t smoke near furniture warehouses/customers new furniture. The process took much longer than necessary. Terrance Lonnie: I spent close to 5000 on a living room and bedroom set. They set the bed up but that’s it. Left the boxes and styrofoam all about the hallway of my complex. Not only did I have to set the dresser up and put it together, I had to flip it because it was upside down. No biggie but they put it in the room with the bed where I had to lift it and place it on my bed to maneuver it. Upon moving it I noticed it was slightly damaged. I called the store and they told me that the delivery techs are third party and they did what they was suppose to do. Idk bout ABC Warehouse but where I’m from, someone spends that type of money with your business you either right the wrongs or go into detail why things are done that way. I wouldn’t advise this place for you first resource
emily jones: After having a very disappointing experience with a decent appliance purchase at a bigger box store down the street- from the delivery showing up without a call, outside the 4 hour expencted delivery window, to the appliance having a giant dent in the side that looked like Christiano Ronaldo was using it for kicking practice... It was a breath of fresh air to work with Todd at the Pennsylvania location in Lansing. He was kind, friendly and very informative. He arranged the delivery on short notice and told me what to expect, and what to do if there were any issues. He assured me he would be at the store and to call while the delivery was happening if needed to sort anything out. All that to say... if you need an appliance... go see Todd. He will do an excellent job!
SuperNinjaJuggalo Durfee: The store is like a ghost town.They sell mostly beds and major appliances.Only a couple of TVs. One stereo receiver.No speakers. No DVD or Blu-ray players.No car audio.I don't think ABC isn't going to be around much longer.Especially when you send your customers to other stores because you don't sell anything anymore.In the 12 minutes I was there, I heard them tell 3 different groups of customers to shop at other places.Crazy....

Phil Damico: Good products and staff. But rent to own is gonna cost a lot more. So i guess if u got the money to waste. They work with you but its only worth it if you pay it off in the first 90 days.
Joe Stubblefield: Doug Wedley, he did a great job informing us on the unit we were looking at. He also walked through all the paperwork with us. He has been a great salesman through out the years. Hate to see him leave, but hope he has a great retirement.
