Employee development would help turnover. Behind the scenes, lots of unfairness. I don’t and haven’t worked here, but know a few people who have.

Heather Field: Great place! Wonderful atmosphere! Find just about anything you are looking for and lots of stuff you need that you didn't know you needed. Like fresh ground peanut butter, delicious vinegars, and flavored cooking oils. Their produce and spice selection can not be beat. Don't forget to enjoy a glass of wine or beer and pizza out in the garden before you shop. Beautiful annual, perennial, and fresh cut flowers/plants. One of my favorite places to visit. It is a little pricey for certain things.

Chris M: Lots of plants, produce, wine, flowers, beer, grocery including ethnic food brands, and even prepared foods are sold in one place. It's great but gets very busy and the parking lot can be an adventure. Early mornings on weekdays are a great time to visit if you prefer to avoid crowds.

Asha Hope: I usually go shopping at the store but I'm very disappointed. I purchased apples from the store for Thanksgiving dinner a specialty salad that I make. All of the apples were bad and had worms or something in them. I was unable to make the salad on Thanksgiving. I contacted the store not to ask for a refund not to cause any issues but to let them know that they had bad apples. But instead of apologizing or just say I'm really sorry that you had that experience at our store Nicole decided to ask me questions that like if I'm sure they were bad or did I buy them at that store?! Not good customer service I would have preferred if you would have made me feel like a liar. It would have been better Nicole had you been trained properly to respond with "I'm sorry you've had that experience at our store and I'll make sure next time this isn't something you or another customer will have to deal with". That's how you respond to a customer when they have an issue at your store do not accuse them or make them feel that you're accusing them of not knowing where they shopped or if they were really bad.

Kristen Reese: There are good prices on most bulk items. You have to shop around between here and the club stores. Some things are cheaper here, but other things are better at Sam's, Costco, or BJ's. It's definitely easier to shop at than the club stores, and I don't spend an additional $100 on other things!
