Horrocks Farm Market: what do users think?
Barbara Hamilton: Horrocks had lots of vegetables and flowering plants. To many people. The food was good.
Gregory James: Busy but always find lots of good things
Craig Bowman: A bar and beer holders in shopping carts. That’s all anyone needs to know
Gaurav Garg: If you are in Lansing this is a must visit. Their beer garden and Thai food truck is not to miss. Very relaxing and they have everything you need.
Mary A. Shaffer: Horrocks IS the absolute best - for EVERYTHING!Flowers, cheeses, meats, FRESH produce, gardening ANY-THINGS, beer, wine, outdoors plants and shrubs, you NAME it - they have it - and it's ALL "high quality"😉Their employees are awesome and VERY helpful and friendly.High class EVERYTHING! 👌👌😁
Megan Shattuck: Get place! great food! great experience! Great mead!
Tina Gauna: Great shopping center!
Georgianne Newman: Huge, good selection.
kimberly lee: OMG this place is amazing!! My friend brought me, I can't believe how much stuff they have. Prices are reasonable and so much to choose from, plan on having lunch outside there's lots to choose from
Debra Shattuck: I love the choices and health of the flowers I purchase. Must admit that they seem to have outgrown the space they are in. No room left to expand except up. A little to crowded inside with product and people.
Kelsey Bridinger: They don’t treat employees very well. Need more parking and bigger aisles. I wish they rewarded their hard working and loyal employees more. Employee development would help turnover. Behind the scenes, lots of unfairness. I don’t and haven’t worked here, but know a few people who have.
Heather Field: Great place! Wonderful atmosphere! Find just about anything you are looking for and lots of stuff you need that you didn't know you needed. Like fresh ground peanut butter, delicious vinegars, and flavored cooking oils. Their produce and spice selection can not be beat. Don't forget to enjoy a glass of wine or beer and pizza out in the garden before you shop. Beautiful annual, perennial, and fresh cut flowers/plants. One of my favorite places to visit. It is a little pricey for certain things.
Chris M: Lots of plants, produce, wine, flowers, beer, grocery including ethnic food brands, and even prepared foods are sold in one place. It's great but gets very busy and the parking lot can be an adventure. Early mornings on weekdays are a great time to visit if you prefer to avoid crowds.
Ryan Kain: Worth the trip!
Casey Culhane: Best place for all around Michigan. Everything... produce, goods, etc...
Laurie Dennis: Its always busy
Callie Paige: Love it here!! Plan to spend a good hour at least looking thru all they have to offer!! So fun even for a evening shopping trip, they have lights and out building also, not just the shopping. The lay out can be quite confusing, if you're unfamiliar with it.. my first few times coming here were like that, you can easily get lost in all the different sections of merchandise😁
Anas Al saiasneh: Good place to buy vegetables
Tina Hoover: Love this place! There is so much to look at, so add extra time to your visit.
Daniel Cogswell: Outside of the shopping, plants, and other nursery fare, this is a great spot for lunch. I get sushi here, and it is tasty. All around, I have a great experience and good mid day break from the office.
Jim Olds: Great place very big.. has everything you need in food and plants.. was surprised they have a beer garden and pizza place..

The East Lansing Farmer's Market: what do users think?
Farah Siddiqi: Good organic fresh produce ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ashlie Weckle: Not a lot of product or vendors when we went. I will be trying another farmers market in the future.
Christopher Swinson: One of the best farmers markets in the Lansing area. Not too big, not too small, plenty of parking, and a wide range of vendors selling the freshest 100% home-grown, Michigan produce and mushrooms, cheeses, meats, soaps and personal care items, plus hot food trucks, live music, and more!
Nickie C: Very small. Wasn't worth me driving 20 minutes to get to it. For an extra 10 minute drive, the market in Williamston is much better.
Jillian: Wonderful! Fun! Entertaining
Stephen Moose: This place allows businesses whose owners openly celebrates when police are killed. Go somewhere else.
Destry Hoffard: Avoid this place like the plague.
Janet Baerman: So welcoming. Not a lot of fresh produce yet. But in a few weeks I'm sure there will be much more!
Yoga queen: Very small. Not worth the drive.
Mary Avery: It is a small market with a great variety of good. Music was added bonus.
Ben Eysselinck: Wide selection of products. You should make sure to show up early cause a lot of the vendors will run out of popular items (especially fish for some reason).
Phil Damico: Very cool little farmers market with great vendors. Always a HUGE plus supporting local farmers. Bought $40 worth of garlic and bulbs/seed from the garlic guy from Bath, Phil Throop. Got 4 different varieties. Plenty of other vendors with a lot of other stuff and amazing foods. Cool live music was nice to. And the park was clean, smoke free and really nice.Definitely worth checking out. I'd give 10 stars if possible.Plus prices considering the amount of organic food available was very fair.
Victor Lee: Assortment of fresh farmed products. A dozen or so vendors and live music. Kids playground and field nearby. Everything is a little pricier than grocery store but you pay for freshness and quality!
Karen Henry: Wonderful vendors, chill environment.
Doug H: Outstanding vendors
Yomei Shaw: A nice place to visit on Sundays--buy cheese, produce, and bread. Cold drinks and coffee are available. We always come for the fresh pastries from Stone Circle Bakery. There are benches and places to sit in the grass.
Louise Abrams: Not a lot of vendors at this farmer's market. However, did walk away with a nice loaf of bread. The musicians were great. Parking was easy.
William Blundell: Fresh everything you want or need. Fair prices as well.
RaNeal Edwards: All of the merchants were very pleasant and had fresh good quality products
Shafaat Mehedi: Nice and simple weekly farmers market. Like it
aidan cristoforo: A great market with interesting and diverse selections to appeal to everyone! Than you for making this market possible, and I hope it keeps growing.

Capital City Market: what do users think?
Shantai Brown: Very friendly staff ! One of my favorite places to shop !
Karla Darnell: Like the setup but some of the Employees arent to friend mainly the guys They act like its an imposition for them to be there.. But otherwise its a pleasant place to do business.
george gouin: Just cool upbeat place
David McCarthy: Refused to accept a bottle return at 8:05pm, almost two hours before they closed. They claimed they were only required to accept bottles during certain hours of the day. Since I had biked there with the bottles, I had no room to buy new containers without simply forfeiting my deposit. This is the kind of customer service we get after giving millions of dollars in public subsidies to a multi-billion dollar corporation.
renee hall: Great store. Always has everything I'm looking for. Good parking. Friendly staff. It's so awesome to finally have a grocery store downtown!!
Rachel Fredrickson: Most of the produce is spoiled.
Melissa Davids: I love this store and location. My daughter and I go here and get good stuff . Prices are resealable and you check yourself out.
Jason Watson: Great to have a real grocery store downtown.
Tonino Pacifico: Very easy to find items. Nicely organized
Robbie Scott: i like this place! even though its a grocery store everything feels so cozy as soon as you walk in, and they have a lot of stuff i don't usually see at other stores
Anthony Amirante: Best grocery store sushi ever.
Jadenplaysgames: (2022 july)I havent been in there but my mom goes and there sushi is good and I heard its a good store and The items are! I suggest going here i go to the grocery store big ones but this one It seems okay(A month after that i went Nice place)
Quentin Moon: This is a terrible place to shop for anyone who isn't a street walking addict looking for a fight.
Trevor Benoit: Not just a grocery store, but an essential part of creating a walkable downtown in Lansing. The market is located in a prime spot in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible for both locals and visitors. Their selection of fresh produce and locally sourced products is impressive, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. By supporting local farmers and businesses, they contribute to building a stronger community. Capital City Market offers a unique and exceptional shopping experience that is hard to come by in other grocery stores. If you're looking for a store that is dedicated to providing high-quality products and supporting the local community, Capital City Market is the place to be.
Jenni Taylor: So u can use your mperks at this meijer but they do not validate meijer sales ads!? That's ridiculous... why are u named, meijer? I'll never do here again! It's a rip off
Medardo Antonio Rodriguez: Always a good place to do convenience shopping because its location.
John S: Too many homeless people just hanging out all day, charging their phones and whatever else they have with them. Used to enjoy sitting down to relax with a cup of coffee but got tired of people wanting to sit at the table with me to charge their phone. The little cafe area used to have a microwave, but due to the homeless population, they took it out. Why won’t management do something about this? I’m sorry these folks are homeless but enough is enough. You can barely enter the store without being accosted for money, cigarettes, food, etc. it’s the same people all day, everyday. The store imposed a 1 hour limit but the people just leave after an hour and come back. Prices are also very high and selection is a bit limited. Produce is the high point of the store for me, it’s fantastic. Sadly I won’t go in anymore bc things are just out of hand.
Reese Clark: Produce is great, and they do offer some affordable choices
Darla Dowker Jackson: This place is great for finding nearly everything you need, without that feeling of "embarking on an epic quest, possibly never to be heard from again" feeling of the larger Meijer stores. They also have a great selection of local foods, and often there are weekend days when area vendors have food samples. The downside is that nothing ever goes on sale, and it lacks the wide variety of its larger cohorts. So depending on your shopping needs, this may or may not be a great fit for you.
Jim Lott: Some unusual groceries available but certainly not everything from a normal store. Eat in area looked good but I'll have to try it another day.

Allen Farmers Market: what do users think?
Shantai Brown: Very appreciate of this ! They are very helpful , and the stuff they give is good quality ! Highly recommended for families that could use a bit of help.
-Just Another Corpse-: The little store next door had free ice cream and lower prices than Meijer!
Julie Powers: Grabbed dinner from Picnic (Gouda grilled cheese, brussel sprouts), bread from Stone Circle, and goat cheese from the cheese people that I can't remember!
Hippias major: Great market and vendors. I'm happy to support the local producers that dedicate themselves to bringing these great products to the community.
Medardo Antonio Rodriguez: Good but not many options.
Kim Klepper: Small but lots of variety - fresh produce, artisanal cheese, plant starts, bread. The vendors I chatted with seem to enjoy talking about their products.
Vic Reynaud: A little sparse
Erica Munchbach: Buying food from friends with friends is THEEE BEST.
Nora Bancroft: Small but good
Phil Damico: Excellent place for your organic awesome food needs. Supporting locally rocks. Highwater farms and Magnolia farms always have great stuff. Look forward to this weekly and so much other stuff there u can get. Well worth the trip you won't be disappointed.
Renee Jordan: Best farmer's market I have ever been to! Tons of vendors and lots of veggies to choose from! They are also part of the double up food bucks program!!
Kelly Johnson: Great!!
Thomas Remington: The breadman was missing today!! Bummer!!
Whitney Beaird: Always has something interesting and I love the community partners they have. I love coming here on Wednesdays.
Dennis Strzalkowski: Garlic scapes and some goodies from Stone Circle Bakehouse.
Susan Martin: Great market! Lots of organic, local items. Very fresh and tasty. Food trucks and vendors keep my kid happy.
Emily Jarvis: Amazing vendors, produce, plants, soaps, syrup.... many items! We go as often as we can. Also, double up with a bridge card and get twice as much for your money!
Great Lakes Narwhal Michelle Erskine: Small but plentiful
kathy dobson: Great produce... Friendly people..
Jake Rufenacht: Great market with great people. Fresh local veggies and fruit, baked(gluten and gluten-free)goods, local meat, spices as well as coffee and a couple of food truck or prepared food options. Favorite vendor is Green Eagle Farms for organic+ produce.

Fresh Thyme Market: what do users think?
Michael Matkowski: They are unfortunately not following the return policy outlined by the company. Had receipt and unopened item. Was willing to accept cash or store credit but told that it could only be refunded to the card (not an option for me). Forced to keep the item. Asked if there was any other way to return it or if I could speak to a manager and was told that she was a manager and nothing could be done to rectify the situation. Will not be shopping there again unless it is rectified by the company and will be spreading this information among friends here in East Lansing (will update if this is corrected by customer service).
heroangel20: Nice place but you really have to go on the right day at the right time, otherwise youll be hard pressed to find everything you want. if you go at the right time, the place is awesome.
Brian Moore: Although Fresh Thyme Market had a decent selection of quality produce, I gave them 2 stars because they did not have actual cashiers working their checkout lanes. I begrudgingly used the self checkout, but will avoid ever returning to this store because of this lack of basic service.
A S: Enjoyable shopping experience. Friendly staff. A little bit of everything. Cashiers replaced with self-checkout.
Gary Fredericks: I don’t know if they’re under new management or what but the produce here is AWFUL anymore! It’s all moldy and wilted. Last Sunday I couldn’t find even ONE bell pepper that didn’t resemble a wrinkled raisin and they were all mushy. Their apples are unfit for deer bait. Even the stuff that spears good seems to rot within two days. Cauliflower, good luck finding done without black mold on it. Also, they went to all self checkout. Im just done with this place. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years here and now I’ll be moving on to the other farmers market on the west side of one of the other produce sellers in Lansing.
Shean . Z: I and my family have been shopping at this store for almost 20 years (before some of their employees were born) but since they started the Self Check Out I, my family and my colleagues rarely go to this place and I recommend it to others not go! Employees at self-checking look at all your items one by one and think that all the people who go there are thieves!!! It’s been a few times this issue has happened to me and my Coworkers and we really are sorry for this place to have such a weak management Because we have never seen such disgusting behavior anywhere. I don't even need your special discounts and with the two months profit of my business I can buy your entire shop! Before you judge customers as thieves, try to understand who they are and where they come from.
Joseph Beasley: Beautiful store with friendly staff and excellent leadership!!
Tracy Symanzik: Little pricey for not in sale items, but very nice and clean. Lots of fresh produces.
J and B: Worst experience ever! Bought over $200 of groceries, had to scan every item. No check out open! Only self check out! Lady watched me like a hawk while scanned every item! So overpriced! Not worth it!
Robert Hughes: I’ll take my business to Whole Foods in the future. After driving 40 minutes for a specific item in the deli I discovered that department doesn’t open until 10am and no one was willing to help me. Rather than wait around for another 30 minutes for that one item I put all of my items back and left. I’ll drive a little further to WF- at least I can get consistent service there.
Kathie Maurer: Clean, convenient and well supplied. Friendly and helpful staff⁰
Heather Joseph: I will never shop here again.....they need to update their website!!!!!!!!
Steve Underwood: Nice alternative to Kroger, Meijer and, if I can't get across town, to Horrocks.
Crystle Parker: Great variety of products. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable.
Phillis Mullins: I don't like the fact that they have only self-checkout
Sylvia Lin: Came in only to buy some local corns but there were many awesome looking produces that we ended up picking up way 4 bags of groceries!
Crissy: Great produce sales. Grocery staples are more expensive than other local grocery stores. The self-serve soup is not fresh.
Barbara Montes: Nice looking store but not enough organic foods and way overpriced.
Mary Avery: Love this store great sales. Staff helpful. Has a fresh meat counter. Great produce especially when on sale. So glad yesterday that a delightful person checked me out.
Ted K: I went there from work at noon hoping to pick up a sandwich and some fruit. After the lady next to me took my place in line (the line went all the way into the aisle and she said she was at the end of the line and I was not even in line) for the self scanning, I looked for a cashier at noon on Wednesday. No cashiers, self scan only. Long lines for self scanning. I left without purchasing anything because scanning is not my job! Other than that, the store displays looked nice.
Ben Eysselinck: Really good selection of goods, and a great grocery store alternative to Amazon type stores. Friendly folks and good food with great deals if you check their flyers.

Middle Village Micro Market: what do users think?
Jeremy Hurt: Such a cool concept and great place for local entrepreneurs to learn the ropes of owning a business before they are let loose into the wild. Always a very eclectic group of businesses in there.
Trevor Benoit: Middle Village Micro Market is a wonderful place to shop and support local entrepreneurs in downtown Lansing. It is a business incubator that helps unique retailers grow their brand and test their products in the market. You can find a variety of products from different vendors, fashionable clothing from CoCo Bella Fashion, beautiful jewelry from Nubian Jewelry, artisan pottery from Ornamalo, creative art from The Gold Mine, luxurious soap from Sylvia’s Sudsery, and hand-painted furniture from 2 Blondes & a Brush. All the products are high-quality and original, and the vendors are friendly and helpful. Middle Village Micro Market is a great way to discover new products and enjoy the downtown atmosphere. I highly recommend it!
Mary Toshach: Grand Opening for 2023-24 Cohort - April 29th 10 am - 7 pm
Rina Risper: This place is a must visit for everyone. This collective of different businesses provide interesting opportunities for entrepreneurs and artists.
Jennifer Hatt: Everyone here was so friendly! Great place to find gifts.

Dong An Market: what do users think?
annastylist: Place was a little smelly
Jacymar Gomes: Boa experiência
Bảo Nguyễn: Nice staff
Frank Abraham: great
Jared Palmer: Good selection and friendly staff
TKMB MN_Minh Tuấn Hoàng: Chợ việt nam
Andrew Schwartz: Excellent selection of authentic asian groceries, great prices, and friendly ownership. Some of the assets like the freezers could use an upgrade, but that's just an aesthetic issue.
A_Grey_Boy Vex: Huge selection of fish, good prices, patient and welcoming worker
Jason Hoffman: The only Asian market to go to in Lansing
Pang Chang: The owners are nice and really helpful when you have questions. Just kinda wish there was better price labels for the products instead of having to guess/keep having to take an item to ask how much are they.
Rohit Ratnala: Nice selection of Asian groceries and decent prices. They just need to work on customer service. I don't understand why the cashier was in such a hurry. I was literally the only one in store for the first few minutes. I looked through the store to see what they had as I've never been to this store before. After finding out I don't meet the cc requirement I went to collect change in my car to buy something small. I even took the item back to where I got it on the shelf. One additional person came into the store while I was in the car. I came back to buy one item, knew where it was so I went to get it. I had 5 quarters in my hand and was taking 2 seconds to make sure it's 1.25 after she finished ringing me up. Before I looked up she said it's 5 quarters like I don't know how to count and grabbed the change in my hand. I left the store with an unwanted plastic bag with one item in it and the cashier looking at me with the angriest face I've seen all day. I really hope that woman has a better day tomorrow.
Jean Riviere: Love it
puddlez17 wetter: Ok
ABWE JEAN DE DIEU: Very interested by the local products and food

Handy's Food Market: what do users think?
dom kehoe: Classic spot best tacos in town Hands down! Made sure to go in on Cinco de Mayo cuz they're the only people that make tacos better than my mom
Resisfutile Borg: An ok place in a bad neighborhood
Kim Garcia (Lilmskim): The best barbacoa in town hands down.. I luv this place . Great lunch menu too.
Slay by Shaye: This store has history within the community and has been around for years. But it is dirty and has flies bad. It's a super small store and is not kept up. They also sell homemade tacos & burritos with salsa. Alot of people love them but I did not like the taste and was worried of getting sick.
Bradley Hilts: Handy's has great burrito's! Probably the best I ever had! Reasonable prices and fast service! Great Chips and excellent salsa! A huge selection of Mexican spices and condiments! My only problem going there more often is I am seldom out of the house when they are open! Tonight I went there... They were out of shredded beef... So I had two chorizo potato burrito's best I ever had! Best ever prior to this was in Galveston Texas.. Glad I bought two... They are basically breakfast burrito's! Two were cheaper than one shredded beef... A side note while I was eating my Son called from Mesa AZ... after we got off the phone... The first burrito was cold... But much better than before I talked with my son! I put the second burrito in the fridge for when I took my late night med's... It was even better still! I love Handy's... Only problem is they close around 6pm!9/24/2022 (2nd Review) they were out of shredded beef burritos again last night! I decided to try the shredded beef taco's... they are even more delicious than the shredded beef burritos! Soft shell taco's with lettuce, tomatoes and onions...hot and mild salsa (mixed)! Glad I decided to buy 4 (based my experiences with other taco establishments) only ate 3 but just like the experience I've had with their burritos They are much better cold! I loved them so much that I went back today and bought 4 more! Very reasonable price (4 for $9.00)! I LOVE Handy's!
Loretta Sanchez: Not the sane as it used to be 😟 .... I still enjoy their chips & salsa 😋
Kevin McGowan: Barbacoa, fresh salsa, and good people. I’m going tomorrow for the first time in years and can’t wait!
Sarah Eldridge: Hands down THE BEST PULLED BEEF TACOS in the area!! No contest!!
Jaileigh Dalman: Catered a baby shower for us everyone raved about the delicious food. Absolutely wonderful.
Jim Bahr: Super nice employees, and delicious burritos.
Rose Brown: Oh my gosh! My husband and I were so happy to see that we finally found the chorizo! We have been looking at the Mexican stores for months for this kind and we finally found it. We were so excited that we brought 10 lbs. of it. We have family coming in from out of town, but we will definitely be sharing it with them. It is delicious with eggs 😋 for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. My husband's friends love 💕 when I make them some chorizo burritos to take to work in the 🌄. Thanks Handy's for having it when we came in 🤗.
Samantha Komolmis: Don’t say you’re open if you’re not I made a drive to get food and doors were locked and closed
Mary Birdsall: Nice store and good prices
Boppie: Chips and salsa, the BEST in the tri-county area. Authentic Mex groceries. Not the most organized place, call about the chips and salsa before you go. The place is dirty, and I mean dirty. However, I will keep going back for the chips and salsa. Check it out!
Kelly Hammerle: Always great service. I get my supplies for our church taco sale fundraiser every year and always grab a few tacos from their authentic deli!!!!
Sarah Spitler: Absolutely the best homemade salsa made here. Very little store packed with all your Mexican goodies. Good food too.
Ben Collins: Real deal Mexican food great prices and mutha lovin menudo great hangover cure!!!
Jessica Cortez: Thee BEST BARBACOA IN TOWN!!!!
Ahmadou Mbow (RedHairDarkSkin Beauty): Cool 😎 🆒️
Fernando Alaniz: Home made chorizo & chips
Sonia Campos: I have always loved that neighborhood store and they have been there for do long .I pray that God blesses them all
