Charmaine: Be prepared to be followed through the store by a creepy lost prevention worker the whole time you shop. From the time you enter to the time you leave. So uncomfortable . I won’t be back
Paul Blur: It was a horrible experience and I will not be returning. The Manager BJ was super rude. Its a clothing store but wouldnt let any of my children try on clothing. They claimed to not have enough employees for the dresssing rooms but yet there were 5 of them standing around. BJ claimed "If she did it for me she would have to do it for eveyone" My daughter is 8 years old and couldnt understand why we had to leave and go shopping somewhere else. She was super bummed. I will not be returning to this location ever! I suggest you spend your money else where. Super rude and not worth the hassle. Will be contacting the coperate office.

J S: I used to go here all the time on my lunch break. I stopped in last week and noticed the line was backed up all the way towards the dressing rooms. There were 2 cashiers. I browsed for a little while, but then decided to leave because the line did not move 1 person in the time I was there. The folks in line looked irate. I could see other employees around the store. Not sure why no one came to take a register..

Linda Chaffee - Gogarn: I went to Burlington in Lansing for a coat. No leather jackets were available, but I found a nice Michael Kors. My husband and I were treated very rudely by the cashier at checkout. She was there Tuesday, December 20th at 9 AM. I have worked in retail management for 20 years, and if you don't want to work the holidays get out of retail. She did not show me the receipt or ask me if I wanted the receipt in my purse. We're from Reno, NV spending money in your state - Be Nice!! This was on Saginaw in case the manager reads this review.

MKD Homegrown: I love the store as far as fashion, however the employees there do not greet nor engage. I had this happen at the Ann Arbor store and East Lansing. I hope its not a race issue, but I did notice that they did engage with the Caucasian customers with ease. We like and can fit your clothes too. We also can afford too aswell. They came apart at the seams at the waist after my first wear. A shirt I purchased started pilling where it made contact with itself in the armpit area, also after the first wear. I don't recommend this store at all.

Kevin McCreary: Don't expect much from this Urban outfitters, it's very small and so is the inventory.Update: They moved to the Eastwood town center parking is now easy and the store is much nicer. Still small but it’s a small city. Glad we have an urban outfitters!
Ed D.: Has taken way longer than the 24 hour window for pick-up order to be ready. I tried to call the store to see if anything was wrong, and no one is picking up.
Emily Jane: Smaller sale section than at the Somerset UO, but still a decent selection. I pretty much only shop out of the sale section, on account of being broke, but I still get fun stylish clothing, and the sales are generally pretty good. It's been 50% off the sale price the last three times I went in, which hopefully doesn't end any time soon, haha.
Megan Cole: Cancelled an order that I was really looking forward to and sent me a shirt that was waaaaayyyy smaller than I ordered. Spend your time shopping elsewhere!
Angela Sorrells: I've been shopping at Urban Outfitters for years beginning with their original location in downtown East Lansing.Regardless of your age, if you've adapted your own personal sense of modern/trendy style, Urban just may be a fun place to shop. We've dressed our daughter from here as well as purchased her room/apartment items as well.If you're looking for fun, cutting edge fashion with staff that doesn't follow you around and just lets you shop, check out Urban. Plus they almost always have a great sale going on. Definitely worth your time.
Rhiannon Shook: Every time I shop at this store I am sadly reminded of why I should not shop here anymore. Don't get me wrong, the clothes and accessories are super cute and I usually have a hand full of things to try on. However, for the age demographic that the merchandise is targeted towards, the prices are honestly outrageous. $45 for a tiny tank top, over $100 for jeans that are not actual denim.. I mean cmon. On top of that, the workers are never attentive or friendly in any way, they look at you as if you are a bother, they don't offer to start a dressing room or take any unwanted items, no conversations started, just judgemental looks and RBF. Sad because I used to shop here quite often. I also asked if they would take back used shopping bags since they're made of fabric material and it's extremely wasteful to throw them out (I've returned some before) and they told me that they don't do that. Highly recommend shopping at cute local boutiques instead!

Eric Kelley: Brought my teenage daughter in and it is a fun store. A little pricy, but they had a lot of different items you don't see everywhere.
Rachelle Lamberson: Had about 400.00 in merchandise that I was looking to purchase for a trip and waited at the fitting rooms for 10 minutes to be told they were closed “for cleaning” for the rest of the day. Might not have been the largest purchase for the day but lost my business.

S: I'm so lucky and proud to call this fab shop and its owner my neighbor. They embody positivity in all that they do! Whenever I'm feeling salty I just look in the window and my whole mood changes. Amy Dennis: I came into the store with a coupon for $75 off $200. I am a petite size pant, which is not regularly carried in store. I asked the store associate prior to shopping if I would be able to order petite. I was told yes. After spending time shopping and trying on clothes, I was told I couldn’t use the coupon because the online order needed to be split with the in store purchase. I then asked if I could order everything online. I was told the jeans that I had picked out actually did not come in petite sizes and when I asked to see what jeans did, the store associate was not able to show me. Guess I won’t be buying pants from Express anymore. Used to be my store of choice. No wonder the brick and mortar stores are going out of business!
Bianca Price: I have been an A list member since 2015. A note to other greater Lansing A list member the slim manager with the glasses does not care if you spend the amount of money to become a A list member. I asked to have my coupon reapplied (the same day) after I bought pants that were see through. She told me she was the "manager" and it is against company policy to reapply coupons. These were earned coupons from purchases.On top of that she was providing lost prevention customer service.Then I went to make a return, and she was overly hovering over the wonderful customer service person who is helping me make my return, as if I was going to try again to get a coupon around reapplied.I encourage all A- List customers to stay out of that store because it's not really the place for you.I hope it was worth aliening a customer who spends money that can assist in the stores daily/monthly/yearly goal.I feel undervalued, singled out and penalized. So, all my purchases will be made online and all returns made to the store.

Bob Rios: Spent $325 during my visit. One of the items zipper in the pants were slightly defective and Donovan the manager couldn't even help me at all. In fact while he was ringing me up he didn't even ask how my shopping experience was, he didn't talk to me in fact he rang me up wrong and then didnt give me my 5% discount on my Express card and when I explained to him that he should let me know what he's doing he just continue to ignore me. I can't Express myself enough do not go to that location again
