Perani's Hockey World: what do users think?
Drosoula G: Awful service! Took my skates for baking there. I asked them to get them widened both on the toes and one of them on the heel. The guy (Lance) there showed us a tool that we could use to widen the heel and even though it didn’t seem to fit in the heel he verified that he would fit it. The result was that he widened the boot at the level of the ankle instead of the heel making it even more uncomfortable for the heel and he refused to take any responsibility for the bad job apart from not charging me for their “service”. They ruined a 200-dollar pair of boots both functionally and aesthetically and I should be grateful for not getting charged for it. Stay away from their store!Edit: I guess we agree with the manager that I should have taken my skates elsewhere and never trusted their store to work on them.
Johny Yantsos: Beware of the store manager baking your skates! He is willing to make "a judgment call" and make your skates unwearable and take no responsibility for it! Too bad there isn't a negative star rating to use!
James: Went in today to try on some new skates, the one employee there couldn't even be bothered to stop sharpening skates for a minute to even say hello or ask why I was in the store. I waited by the register for 15 minutes while he blatantly ignored me and just kept sharpening, even taking ones from people that came in after me. Won't bother trying to go back, I'll just find another store for skates.
Boyer: Higher level skater, staff took great care! Fit, consulted, and educated was top notch experience. Thank You!!!
Paul Skinner: My 6 year old daughter is moving over from figure skating to hockey. Perani's had everything she needed for a young player. Tyler helped her get fitted for new skates and was awesome helping her get all the right gear with the right fit. I grew up going to Peranis in Ann Arbor and Windsor. Awesome to see 30 years later they are still the best and we have one right here in East Lansing. Thanks again Tyler. Update* Alaina is the best skate sharpener in town, she knows her stuff too if you need new skates or any other equipment.
Billy Franz: Store was closed but listed as open on its hours
Georgianna Baldwin: Great place for hockey equipment and skate sharpening! Friendly staff and helpful plus shop when they have sales for a discount and get a perani coupon card for money off after so many purchases!
Brennen Litwiller: Very helpful people that will basically set you up with anything you want!! They also sharpen skates for extremely cheap and do a very professional job with it. Their customer service is next level and even though it’s a small store they have pretty well every size you could need
Michael Spagnuolo: Guys helped me out big time in selecting the perfect stick.
Kevin Mory: Friendly and helpful staff
Tatiana Prozhoga: For a fraction of a store they seem to have most essentials. Great, polite salesmen.
Dude dude: Rude, stuck up, not professional, zero communication among employees
Rick Stanton: Really nice place very clean.
Mike Kostecke: They are always very helpful.

DICK'S Sporting Goods: what do users think?
Dee Webb: This store is clean, organized and usually has what I'm looking for.The cashier's are always congenial.Received excellent help and suggestions in camping equipment and athletic shoes departments last night.Always walk out of there with a purchase.
Dave Moore: Mary at the front end was extremely rude, impatient and not willing to hear that another cashier had my return behind the counter. She rushed me out the checkout lane, saying “ have a great day in a really Condescending rude tone” I shop here all the time, but I will not be returning if she is still employed here. Terrible customer service. Everyone else was very welcoming besides Mary. She looked like she was in a very bad mood. You lost a good weekly returning customer over one employee with a terrible attitude. I’d give this spot zero stars if I could. Thanks for the terrible experience Mary!!!!
Luann Renteria: 5* for the greeter. Told him we were looking for golf clubs. He was very informative about what was available in the golf department and named the two guys that would help us out. Was looking around the golf department for about 10 minutes and no one came out of the office to help us....very disappointing...
Susan Jaminet: Disappointed that you don't have much of a selection of golf accessories.
Island Ewert: Solid place for your sports equipment. The online order is nice for picking things up quickly too, they are friendly.
Katina Richardson: I came in today and had to leave because there was a pit bull in the store OFF LEASH. I felt so unsafe and couldn’t believe it.
Marleen Cornwell: Went to exchange shoes. Shoe dept employee was very patient and helped me alot. Thank you!
Farah Siddiqi: Very good quality clothing and shoes
Karen Doty-Gorman: The golf area young man was very helpful!! The young lady at cash register was great too!! It was nice to see such kind people at the store again!!
William Parker: Had a fishing reel spun with new line gentlemen was very helpful with picking right line for what I'm fishing for.
Tyrone Williams: I want to thank Al Le Blanc and Tywan Williams fot help and support. Your only ad good as your team.Stay Healthy
Sarah Wright: Went looking for a bicycle 🚲 and found a selection that was fair sized...a little pricey but then again everything is nowadays...if you play sports this is a good spot to find your accessories...⚽️⚾️ 🏀🏐🏈🏉🎾 🎳🏏🏑🏒 🏓🏸⛳️🎣⛸️🥊🥌🤺🏋‍♂️🤼‍♂️⛺️🛶
Jeffrey W: Usually get good service, help in the golf area and fair prices.
Pamela Hill: Very helpful staff ! Lots of shoe choices!!
Jimmy Thompson: We need a Scheels in Michigan!! Scheels would be awesome in the Landing area. But this place will do for now
Matthew Scheel: Bike was a lemon and they gave me the wrong owner's manual
Think. It.: They had what I was looking for and helpful staff.
Franklin Irons: Helpful
Richard Schmitz: Nice place with choice products to choose from no mater what your sport is
Daryl Thomas: Had a good experience there today.👍👍
Brian Kiger: Golf dept is amazing. Kris K was so helpful and took care of what I needed

Dunham's Sports: what do users think?
Vanessa Smith: Very disappointed in the gun department and didn’t appreciate being lied to. Went into the store today and the lady in the gun department said the FBI system was down and has been down for a couple days before even filling out my paper work. So I went total firearms and they did my paperwork with no problem. If you’re African-American, like myself and this happens to you go to total fire arms, they’ll take care of you.
Ninja gamer77: Thus place has been here for over 20 years. Came and got some sweet football cleats for my nephew. Already peeped out the pricing before I came and he found an awesome pair.
Jim Wysocki: Ladders everywhere, change needed in drawers, but great selection and gear
Erin Baker: Great Experience 😁
Matt Hammond: Stock full of Kayaks at very reasonable prices.
Bryan Barrientes: I went to work and I wore new shoe it really good comfortable thanks
r h: When you try to support local brick and mortar, but the customer service drives you straight back to amazon.
Joe Nehls: It's not cheap because the CEO of Dunham's Sports is doing a public service. It's cheap because the products they sell are inferior to higher quality items.
Island Ewert: Not the flashiest Dunham's in the league but a solid choice when you need sporting gear in a pinch. Helpful staff
Michele Dodge: Very poor experience today .Not happy with the experience I had and will not return
Blake Bray: 👌
Al Maywood: Good service no product that I was seeking
Big J: Always great prices
C. Curtis: Sporting goods stores come and go in the greater Lansing area! a huge thank you to Dunhams for staying here, always having great prices and good inventory🇺🇸🇺🇸⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pam Rymanowicz: Finally had something i wanted. Seems every time they advertise they don't have it in any of the stores:-( this wasn't advertised so they had it lol
Aaron Dakin: Great deal on firearms and lots of ammo!
Tom “Pugdaddie” Olson: Nice place but half the stuff isn't priced. Used to be the attorney general would come down on stores that didn't price their stock in some manner. Apparently, that's not a thing anymore. It certainly keeps me from buying random stuff. No sticker? Put it back on the shelf unless it's something I really need, then I *might* ask someone or maybe I'll try to buy it somewhere else.
Wanda Morse: Great place.
jeff Rogers: Good service
Brandi Brewer: Looked around to kill time, seen my nephews & brother in law.
Steve Rogers: All the sporting goods I need

Dunham's Sports: what do users think?
Chris Jensen: Although I gave it four stars, the staff is highly incompetent and they have no fishing gear
Allon Robbins: Great prices on a Large Variety of sporting goods. They have gear from all sports including hunting and fishing equipment.
Richard Pritchard: Good customer service
Roger Tahtinen: This particular store was a mess. I could hardly get around.
Gregory Root: Terrible return policy I cannot return a Christmas gift just for store credit? I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!! I was gonna spend triple on what she spent on that YETI too. You blew it!
Jeremy Stock: Stopped in to pick up a pair of shoes the website said were in stock only to be told they don't carry that brand. It's not 1997 anymore, fix your systems.
Darin Johnson: Best source for guns and ammunition and shoes. Their clothing is a little on the high side but they do carry quality brands
Keith Nelson: They have a good selection of items. I think its a bit pricey. The service at the register was wildly slow.
Drew: Nice store but the prices on general merchandise seemed high.
Kevin Spinner: Great in store sales, anything your child needs for football is here but it seems like inventory is a little light on some products. I had to go back another trip to get a couple things that were out of stock but on my return trip back I was able to find the proper size mouth guard. They have a lot of clearance sales on end of season attire. Found baseball pants for 7.00 originally 30.00 good deals
Bryton Mathis: Best Dunham's I've been to in awhile!!! Highly recommended!!!
James Wertz: Damn associate I believe would not stop talking to another associate went to look at guns. I stood at counter for 10 mins listening to dudes conversation with a girl and he could see over the shelf I was looking but dint once think to ask if I needed help or anything. Then after his conversation he walked over to another area close to the gun display. My girl walked around and looked and the guy ignored her too dint even ask if she needed help or anything.First time going in this one. They all seem be the same no help in gun area of store so you gotta walk all the way up front and ask a cashier or whoever works there to help in gun department.Well there they had an add for buy this get something free I really wanted to buy it to get it free.
Tom Treanor: Good selection of everything
Stephanie Cruz: The air must have been broken, because it was extremely hot
Mitch Adam: Very nice Dunham's. Well stocked...... Bought two nice Carhartt hoodies.😉
Justin Miedema: Sometimes feels like this is the last place to buy ammo.
UnwholesomeImp: Friendly staff, had what I needed at a good price
JR Banks: Very helpful staff and affordable price
Aj Zapata: I'm in the market for pool cues. They have a few. I bought a few. No complaints, I just wish there was more of a selection. So, I started shopping online. But I still go and checkout what they have.
Chad Arnett: Although I was able to find a couple shirts in my size( needing them in a 3XLT). The shoes were a let down. I've been to a few Dunhams that had a separate rack for just larger sizes. This one didn't. And me and the family had a hard time finding someone to help with shoes for my daughter.
Andrea Vargo: Not much of a fishing section compared to other locations.

A Skaters Dream: what do users think?
K Wager: Great service. Had 3 pairs of skates sharpened. Was very fast and very reasonably priced.
Sean Harwood: I brought my very, very rough, beaten up, haven't-sharpened-them-in-two-years hockey skates here to see if they can do a good clean sharpening. I am very pleased with the results; my blades are now very smooth with a beautiful edge! Great sharpening job, especially considering the awful state of my blades when I brought them in.Hours are a bit unorthodox, but if you call ahead of time she'll tell you exactly when she'll be there for the next few days. Easy peasy. Price was very good, too.And my favorite part, "bring them back if you have any issues with them and I'll redo it for free." That's awesome. Being a new, small shop, if I did have an issue I'd still pay to have them redone because the price is so low/fair and she's trying hard to build a business centered around personal, quality, custom service and care.Very happy one of my teammates suggested this place! The primary product/service line is figure skating, but she knows hockey, too, and can offer advice and expertise on ROH and profile for blades.
Ivy Peplinski: I called to see if they carried hockey sticks or hockey skates. The woman who answered was very nice, but she let me know they only do figure skating merchandise, no hockey. Should not be labeled as a hockey store.
Tongtong Zhao: I, my family, and my friend all bought our skates from Bobbie. This is the best local store!! Bobbie made sure we find the skates that not only fits our skill levels but also within our budgets. I would recommend this store to everyone who’s looking for buying anything related to hockey or figure skating. Bobbie truly cares about what you need and what’s best for you.
Yana Rozenfeld: This shop is owned and operated by hockey and figure skating family. They truly care about what they do and take pride in the products and services they offer. We have been getting my daughter’s skates, blades, accessories and sharpenings here over the last year (since they opened) and she couldn’t be happier!Their prices are very fair and competitive.
Rachel Bechard: Bobbie was so kind and helpful and really worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and comfortable with the price. I got new blades and very lightly used boots for a fraction of the normal price. She is definitely not one of those people trying to take advantage of you and nickel and dime you. If you are looking for your basic ice skating necessities in the Lansing area, I highly recommend supporting this small business!

DICK'S Sporting Goods: what do users think?
Ky'el Wentz: I’m new to golfing, and I went in to get some irons extended, and joe answered all of my questions, even showed me how to grip better and helped me look for a decent driver. Really awesome guy, and I had a great experience.
SeaVion Jones: I was followed around the store by an associate after I told him the first time that I did not need any help. He proceeded to follow me 3 more times to make sure I didn’t need help. Racially profiling customers….
Aaron Stafford: Had a TERRIBLE experience at this store yesterday. Awful management and we walked away empty handed after renting a truck and driving an hour for a treadmill. Completely clueless staff.
Matthew Fryover: Great selection of MSU clothing and accessories
Pam Rymanowicz: Finally found my 5 gallon water container at a reasonable price at a reasonable price. Surprised it was a sporting goods store that was the least expensive compared to Myers in Walmart. Asked 25-29 but they were 2-3 gal. Dickson had a 5 gal for just under $20
Jack Klott: Very nice, clean store. Plenty of friendly staff to ask questions. Wide selection of everything I could ever need from a sporting goods selection.
Tony Bryant: Couldn't find any 3x gear
Brian Kiger: Great service in the golf dept.
Richard Gilchrist: Fast efficient curbside pick-up.
Anthony Washington: So so
Dominique Tasic: Orlando in the shoe dept. was stellar! He went above and beyond to recommend shoes and has very extensive knowledge about brands and support
Zachary Clough (NapoleontheLesser): It was kinda salty, poorly kept, and wasn't as big as I was expecting. Would add photos but I don't want to subject people to the disappointment..
Pedro Estrello: Customer service is horrible. I literally was told to shop online. This is the big reason people don’t shop at malls anymore. I was looking for a Lions jersey and I asked if they could tell me if another one of their locations would have the size I needed and I was told to just shop online by the man at the counter. Tuesday December 14th 2021. I will never set food in that store again.
Terri Mitchell: Not what it once was... employees need to walk through the store and learn what's on the shelves. Prices are a bit ridiculous.
DJ Bowser: Always a good experience in here.
Alonzo St John: Good place to go with the family. They were very helpful.
pope luke: Everyone should boycott these snowflake stores go to sportsman's warehouse.
Patrick Yates: I recently bought a $500 mountain bike here and was mostly just pressed by the salesman on an additional bike maintenance program and buying extras. They took the bike in back to get it to what I assumed from the pamphlets the guy gave me would be ‘ride-ready’ but it turned out the tires were not inflated enough and the front brake was rubbing. I had to fill the tires myself and then later that day bring the bike back to get the brake adjusted which was of course an inconvenience. I then looked the bike up on the internet and found out that Dick’s had sold the same bike in the past for half the price. I will not be back to Dick’s for anything ever
Chris Pancoast: Management is horrible here. Apathetic employees with bad attitudes. I’ll never spend another dollar here, be smart go to Dunham’s.
Travis Stoliker: Great kayaks!
J J: The sales people were good supplies were short and the prices were high

Dunham's Sports: what do users think?
Jeremy B: Weekly deals are nice. Some of the store policies regarding firearm sales are undesirable. Overall good place to shop.
Rob Mckay: Doesn't open on time
bernie kilmartin: Adds say they have stuff, but when you get to store they don't have it.
Mandee King: Oh I lovedunhams high quality stuff at great prices friendly people it’s a little crowded in there but makes a lot to select from
Mike Rayle: Seem to find deals from time to time. I'm asked if I need help but I've never needed it also hear customers asked if needed help. Awesome deals are usually out of stock.
Lexie Jackson: Love this Dunhams!
No Name: Staff was good. Store is so packed its hard to move and find stuff. Its got a warehouse setup but retailer prices
Rick Vega: Nice Staff, decent prices, great selections, and open until 9 pm.
Mr Krabs: Service was quite poor on top of that bad selection of shoes, and the store was unorganized.
Rose Beebe: Very nice staff
Dark Knight: For a dunhams pretty good selection on things, overall a pleasant store to deal with. The employees are chill.
K Size: Selection on shoes and such could be better, but still have good overall selection for sports. Store was clean and staff was friendly.
Anna Zemko: Did not have any 20 gauge shells at all
littlefeild jake: Surprised they had ammo
R Harris: Great stock, little wait to check out.
Carla M: Great store! Great employees and quality items
Bretten Mulvany: Went to check the hunting and sporting section out and the employee was super helpful and great to chat with. Would recommend
Mark Bratschi: Good selection and supplies. Shelves all well stocked.
Robert Camp: Went to get hunting accessories and they did not have what I needed.
aaron schafer: Poor management very disappointed wont be back.
Scott McMillan: Being a rural Dunham's, they carry far more hunting, fishing, and recreational outdoor products and gear. Worth the drive and time from Lansing when it comes to finding hunting gear.
