Chase Hasper: Loved the expansive and creative menu. They have some predesigned options, but also let you customize and curate whatever you’d like. The options felt endless. What makes this place extra fun is that you could order something completely new every time you came in, and you’d never be able to try it all.

I ordered the unicorn Galaxy drink which looks so so so aesthetically pleasing but tastes like pure sprite, still good. I also got some rolled ice cream which was really fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to try more menu items soon, looking forwards to trying the boba drinks, teas, and coffees!
Cyril Wolbert: This place was an amazing find. The staff were quite helpful and friendly they were also patient with us as it was our first time there and we have never had rolled ice cream before. The suggestions were amazing. Everything we got I would rate at an eight out of 10 or higher. Thank you to the kind and engaging staff for a wonderful experience.

Joshua Diaz: A real hot spot! Not much room to park. Drive through often backed out into the road. If you go in the evening make sure that you go well before closing. Walk ups will not be served after a certain time regardless of how long you've been standing in line. I felt bad for the father who had been in the drive-thru got out and parked, went to the walk up and got turned away because they don't take walk ups after a certain time and only serve drive-thru.

Nabeel Kasim: Growing up in Okemos, this place has been a timeless favorite. As much as I like Ice Cream, I am grateful that my parents kept me away from this place, aside from a couple special occasions. Now that I am older, I try to exhibit self control, but my love for ice cream is hard to keep in check. I was driving back from Grand Rapids and decided to meet a friend here for an ice cream cone. Vanilla Soft serve is my go to and all-time favorite. SO, What did I do? I didn’t get distracted by all of the fun flurry flavors, banana splits, and hard packed options they had. Instead, I ordered a plain ol’ medium vanilla soft serve. When she handed me the cone I was surprised by how large the medium was. She certainly did not skimp on the ice cream. I like to bite my ice cream, and Tasty Twist ice cream had a nice firm creaminess that made it enjoyable with nice mouth feel. If you’re a “licker” I have no doubt you’d experience a similar sensation. But, make no mistake, this ice cream is no where near the quality of the classic Vermont Creemee. After a while, I did find the outer edges of the ice cream to start melting around the cone abnormally fast so consider that along with how quickly you eat your ice cream when selecting a size. Or, you just may end up with ice cream dripping on your shoes and sticky hands. The best way to describe my experience was like that of a McDonald’s ice cream cone but, bigger and a little better. All in all, this is a great place for a cold summer treat.

Won’t come back anymore.

How can you take a less-than-full box for the host!!! It looks like we eat from it and were bringing remaining leftovers...This happened even before, it was for us, still less than what we paid for, but this was embarrassing!! Why do they do that??? Don't they understand that when they are charging for a full box but only filling 2/3rd's!!This is wrong! Stop cheating customers!

I've never had so bad of customer service in my life..
Megan Catron: A worker in a teal/blue mask and darker hair required me to wear a mask although I am fully vaccinated and proceeded to say it with some attitude. She then allowed a dog to be be in the lobby which seems like double standards considering dogs usually aren’t allowed in franchises. I have also been able to to go inside this Coldstone without a mask since being fully vaccinated without any issues so it seems like she’s the issue and putting her personal beliefs onto other customers which is wrong.
Chelsea S: I’ve been here 3 times and every single time my order is wrong. I request sweet cream, I get vanilla. I would say I have a pretty easy order so it shouldn’t be hard to mess up. Not to mention I paid $14.14 cents for 2 signature ice cream with waffle cones. Seems a bit over priced especially when they can’t get my order right the last 3 times I’ve gone. I don’t mind paying for the ice cream if it was actually made how I requested.

Rich B: Stopped in to order 4 dozen cookies. When I told the scruffy guy behind the counter that, he said it would be 30-45 minutes. Had he stopped there he would have made a sale. Instead he lectured me about how busy he is and how things work around there. When I called him out for his attitude he got very apologetic and told me it’s because he’s used to dealing with college kids. I’m not sure how being rude to your largest customer base was supposed to make me feel better. He lost a big sale today and more in the future.

I wanted to try their vegan cookies but had to settle (which is a word I use lightly because I actually enjoy them a lot l for the chocolate chunk cookies. Another improvement they could make, given they carry a selection of lactose-free cookies and a lactose-free ice cream, is to carry at least one type of lactose-free or non-dairy milk.I look forward to going back again. They're seriously good cookies. Gooey and sweet.
Teri Myers: Ordered cookies to be delivered at noon today for my son’s birthday. I received an email saying there was a delivery issue and to please call. Attempted to call the number multiple times during the day and after being on hold for a few minutes the phone would disconnect. Finally just got through and the call center clerk indicated it was NOT a delivery issue but rather was a store issue. The store was not able to make cookies. If they had communicated properly and timely I could have placed an order with another bakery to honor my son on his birthday. Disappointing and terrible customer service

Officer Paw Patrol: So let me start off by saying that the quality of the cookies is incredible. I’ve had all of their permanent deluxe cookies and they are always great quality. My deduction of a star comes from this particular location. The most recent time I went in there (12/3/22) the girl working behind the counter was clearly high as a kite. The location also did not have their seasonal/limited edition cookies even though they advertised having them online and IN THE STORE. I highly recommend their deluxe chocolate chunk, deluxe salted caramel, and deluxe confetti. All amazing. Soft and gooey on the inside and crispy on the outside. Will still go back even though the location itself irritated me.

Riley Tucker: This is a "2 scoop sundae" that cost ~$6.50. There were two flavors and I verbally verified with the employee who responded "that is the two scoop size." I am fairly certain that this was owing to the fact that I did not leave a tip (most people don't tip for ice cream?), as the employee has to hold the card reader and watch you press no tip if you through the drive through. If this is genuinely a two scoop size, then I have never felt more ripped off when buying food. I've never left a review for a food place before, but this got me a bit heated. I would recommend avoiding this location.

Mariah Price: I didn’t have the best experience tonight, I got there at 9:15 which is still 45 minutes until close & when I got to the window the two workers just started at me and didn’t say a word. She acted as if she was writing my order but wasn’t and just stared at me again to keep on with my order, very odd. When they handed me the first ice cream he still proceeded to not speak & just looked out to see how many cars were behind me and got frustrated. I ordered an oreo layered sundae and it was pretty much all fudge no ice cream … i’m very upset with the money i spent for my experience , I even left a tip.

Peter Myers: Having teenagers sometimes means going to BR at 9 on a weeknight. Very surprising how many people were there, both in the store and in the drive thru. The kid manning the drive thru was crazy slow. I was in there watching him, and it took him 20 minutes to make 2 sundaes. No joke. In the same amount of time, the nice woman helping us served 3 groups of people, including more than 10 items, AND filled 3 quarts for a Door Dash order. My sundae was pretty good even though the hot fudge wasn't hot (broken machine).

Jacklyn Smith: My ice cream was delicious and I’ve always loved eating here but I would not recommended eating here if you have any food allergies that are in any other ice cream that they serve. I found out not too long ago that I was lactose intolerant and I was exited to see that they had dairy-free ice cream.. I did not know until after I gotten sick that all their ice cream is not recommended for people with milk allergies because there could be cross contamination. They must not clean their scoopers before scooping out another ice cream and they didn’t mention anything to me about it possibly being contaminated, they do have it on their website though. Be careful if you have food allergies!

Mary Lindsley: Yum! Great service. I just needed an ice cream cake for my son's birthday. Pulled right up by the door, found a wide variety of cakes next to the door, grabbed a cake. In and out in less than 5 minutes. And the cake was awesome! Fudge frosting on the outside, Cookie dough in the middle. It sliced into perfect pieces. I would leave it out for 20 minutes if putting candles in. Yum!
