Lindsey Kincaid: Went to get ice cream at 9:20pm. All the ice cream looked fine, the lady there watched us choose our flavors and we went and stood in line. She was so rude and short with the two people ahead of us, and I watched her look me up and down while I was standing in line. We went up and asked to get some ice cream and without looking up from the cash register she just said the ice cream station was down. We kinda stood there for a second and she looked up at us like we had the audacity to still be standing there. I asked if all of it was out of order and she did a little head motion and said yes. I said okay thank you with an annoyed look on my face and walked out because how can you be so rude to every single one of your customers? You work in customer service. Leave your personal issues at home. We drove to another QD and had great service. It's obvious this lady needs to not be in customer service if she can look her customers up and down.

Store 349 Biggby: Our Biggby employees come to this QD location frequently for whipped cream, bananas, and other supplies for the store. The QD employees are always friendly with us, going above and beyond their service. When we buy several gallons of milk, someone is always offering to carry it to our cars for us. Y'all rock!

They act like customers and customers must give them the smiles and for that store the customer is always wrong and clerk is always right. If you even so much as not smile say," have a good day", mention how something could be better,you will be screamed at and kicked out.while yelling the QD customer account number at you. If you don't smile the male shift manager will tease and be little you. Ask to look at Id again after u put it away. Chuckle at you every time first time isn't enough.But not do that to young men buying booze but get on the medical worker in her 30s for cigs for her husband.. when he's with me who btw he's older than me they will say must see his that's OK but God forbid you explain how it's a silly rule and understand, say anything but thank you and you will be attacked. The workers are nice, shift managers harsh, if the bottle machine is jammed and everyone but one clerk with a long line is helping line. Shift manager will come out of back room and scold customer. Even though you didn't say anything to mgr. I will never go there again unless I was given a public apology, & a free tank of gas.I left in tears and shaking from the trauma. I used to go there weekly and get gas donuts for the kids in early morning on my way to work.$600 a month I spent there. Never again.
