Mary Ellen Lowe: Our preferred store for my granddaughter's art supplies/paints. She uses Posca paint pens and they have a large selection at $1 less than other places in town. We really the employee that helped us out with a few different questions. He was super nice and informative. You can sign up for their email or go to Michaels website to find a 20 or 30% off coupon to save even more.

Timmy Andrews: This location used to be my go-to place for beading items, but it seems like prices have drastically changed since my last visit. I'm not sure about anyone else, but $10 for a single string beads that was $5 just a year prior is a little egregious. Shelves were hardly stocked as well. A lot of empty hooks for beads or multiple hooks with the same exact products on them. The cashier was wonderful though which earned a third star from me.

Stefani Ellis: I love the store but am not satisfied with their order online and pick up in store for those who "need it quickly" as they advertise. I placed my order just shy of 90 min ago. Thinking it would be ready for me to pick up by the time I ran another errand and picked up lunch for the office. I called to inquire, hoping to bring an employee's attention to my order, being that my order only consists of 5 yards of the same fabric. Unfortunately I was brushed off instead. The employee was polite but told me to look out for the notification email that I will receive once the order is filled. It has now been over 90 min and I still have not received a notification. I could have been to the store, shipped, paid, been home by now x 5. I've already paid for my order which means I'm stuck waiting. Rather than receiving my item "quickly", I am now falling further behind on my clients order being that the fabric I ordered is what I need to complete this project. Soon it will be time to pick up the kiddos from school and begin the evening routine of homework, cooking, preparing for tomorrow, showers, family time, etc. I will now have to inconvenience myself as well as others, in order to take time elsewhere in my day to pick up my order when it is finally ready. That is, IF it will be ready today. 🤔 Makes me wonder if the service had been created to accommodate store employees rather than it's customers? Ipre order online and pick up in store a great deal at 🎯, Michael's and Tractor supply as well as a few other local stores. Most of them ask for customers to give them 2 hrs. The longest I've ever had to wait is 45 min. and that was for a large groceries order. The human obsession with "convenience" is humanity's greatest fault. We've done more harm to each other, our planet.... to (ALL) life all together...more destruction... In the name of convenience. We're aware, yet, keep pushing for more "convenience". Which is why I'm more mad at myself than the store because I know cutting corners and calling it "convenience" always creates problems where problems had not existed beforehand. Whether it may be so small we just brush it off, or it's so big that is erases an entire species. An order online for pick up in itself is not life altering, of course. But... Aren't these the little things that only make way for the bigger to BIGGEST problems? Besides, it it NEVER matters until it either affects you directly OR when it's to late to do anything about it. Just like you'll read this honest review but you'll still order online for a quick and convenient (lol) pick up. Good luck!
Mark Witbeck: This store is smaller than the more common Joann stores i am used to going. However, they still managed to get a lot of stuff into the store. They had a good selection of fabric, which was the main purpose we came here today. This store did lack some of the extra crafty stuff you see in a large store. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. Despite there being a roof leak, they are trying to get fixed.

It’s against their policy to use tape for customers use. I understand it’s their policy but may not be too appealing to customers.

Kayden Downey: I stepped foot in the store in February chasing a special ring I had my eye on for many months. I found it and for MONTHS I could not get this ring due to some financial constraints however the entire time I worked with the staff in the store Mary helped me through the entire process and guaranteed I would get this ring, I followed her guidance on what needed to happen before I could get this ring and boom, after a few months I scored with an amazing engagement ring for my partner and left happy I put in as much time and energy with Mary as I did, so thank you Mary for all your help!

Sean Anderson: Not too bad of an experience. The jewler didn't really show me everything they had in store to offer.. I asked to see Amethysts and a that I needed a nice valentines day gift for my wife.. they showed me everything under $200 and only 4 pieces with Amethysts. They had much much more on display..I felt like I was pointed in a certain direction and that made me not want to purchase much at all after that. I would have spent way more on some nicer pieces.. I suppose they would like me to spend my money elsewhere. The items I did buy are very nice and my wife does like them.

EL PARAISO STAR A: Well first off I went in wanting to get a small part of my necklace fixed.. It was a long chain necklace with a healing stone at the end.. And when I asked one lady about it another attitude behaving lady budged in the middle n shes all looking at me awkward n weird with her not so friendly look.. To put it in a "decent" way.. I was like y did she hop in the middle when I asked the other lady bt the jewelry fixing issue.. Either way she told me they can't bc they only do sterling silver or. Gold?? Which amazes me as to how jewelry shops here can't fix any kind of broken jewelry n I tried to keep calm with her nt so friendly attitude n while i was walking away she gave me weird looks n I'm sure was talking behind my back.. She had pink highlights.. Not a great behavior for a jewelry store employee @! @! @! Very displeased@😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😠👿👺

Although I may still not agree with all of Kay Jewelers corporate policies, Regis sold me a new ring. I also brought my father in-law back three days later to purchase a new ring.Regis has customer service skills rarely found in the jewelry business. I will be recommended everyone looking to him at the Eastwood store. I think he not only did a great job smoothing a crappy situation over, but made it feel like I was buying from a friend. I just feel like I cant say enough good things about him. Thanks again Regis!

Melinda Smith: I don't usually write reviews but I must warn people about Kay Jewelers. My fiancé, got me a beautiful Leo diamond ring and we sent it out to get sized the following day. They said, it would take two weeks for the sizing which was understandable. After the two weeks, I went to pick up my ring and I noticed multiple big starches on the band. The starches were extremely noticeable and I told the customer service lady. She took a look at my ring and said, "I don't know, what we can do about this. I'll have to let my manager know". First of all, what do you mean, you don't know what to do about it??!? That right there, was the wrong response. I certainly did not do that to my ring. I had to come back in the following day and talk to the manager and she apologized about the scratches. She then said, it would take a week to send it out and get it buffered. It had been a week and I still didn't hear anything from Kay about my ring. I decided to call them, to see where my ring was and they said the scratches did not come out of the band. So, now my band needed to be totally replaced and that was going to take about 2 weeks to do. So, I finally, get to pick up my ring and I'm extremely excited. This entire process, has taken a month to resolve now. As I go to pick up my ring and try it on, my ring is not in my size. So, yet AGAIN my ring has to be sent out and get resized and it's going to take another week. Also, the only thing they have offered us is a gift card for the inconvenience of their mistakes. I am very, unhappy with the way my fiancé have been treated during this entire process.
Breezy Michigan: Poor customer service. I only needed my 6 month inspection and I waited about 30 minutes. I understand busy, but everytime I go in there it is busy--never enough staff. However, when I see people being helped that came in after me, that makes me angry. I may not be buying like the person you skipped over me for, but when I do I will remember the rotten service. This happened 5/6/12 around 12:30/1pm at this branch in Eastwood. There were two women and a man on duty. All three moved like molasses and a couple of them laughing and talking with each other, but the man is the one that skipped me. Kay Jewelers - ever consider a "speed lane" for people who need quick service?

We were hesitant in the beginning but Nikki walked us through the whole process- ordered stones in for us to choose from and even 3D printed the mold of my ring so I could make sure I liked it before we had it made. Could not be happier with both of our rings. Thank you!! Mine was a Green Amethyst with rose gold and moissonite. His was rose gold sleeve with Carbon Fiber exterior. Sorry it took so long to post this review! We had these done in late 2021

Charmica Terry: Let me start by saying I rarely do reviews...I haven't been to jewelry dr in years but they normally are fairly good. My issue is customer svc & bias. I ask to have ring resized, guy looks at ring, then walks away for about 2-3mins never explaining anything to me as the customer. Comes back & then says are you sure on the size, cause if we have to size again, we would charge for that. Well duh, doesn't a business charge for work even if not their fault? Or do u think I won't pay 🤔 now the second ring, he says he can resized, then pushes me off to the lady working beside him saying resizing is too risky. He explaining this to her as if I'm not standing there, & has her explain to me. What was the point! The lady was very helpful, however this is not the way to treat a customer. I feel alot of assumptions where made which played into this negative experience.

riley forkner: Not a handicap friendly store. Between the isles and the movable shelves they have in between bigger isles you can barely get a motorized wheel chair through. The chair was fully charged and stopped working while shopping. Very disappointed in the lack of handicap accessibility in the store.
Timmy Andrews: This location is not very comfortable to be inside of. The shelves were hectically stocked, there were items on the floors, and it just didn't feel clean. The cashier I had was NOT pleasant... He didn't even look at me once. No small talk, no greetings, no nothing. I didn't feel welcome here and I don't recommend this store.
