Joshua Radon: This place is a joke! I had to make a appointment to cash a winning ticket and the only appointment available was 5 days away. The appointment was set for 9:45 am on Friday so they call me at 9:00 am to notify me they canceled my appointment. So as of now You can only mail your prizes in which takes several days for them to receive it then a few days for them to process it then another few days for them to issue a check. When it comes to paying out winners the Michigan lottery is a joke I would highly recommend playing online betting websites “ NOT MI LOTTERY” that pays you out in 24 hours directly to your bank.

Belinda Bednarski: I am inclined to tell others about the treatment I received from Michigan lottery app. I have played there games by adding money to my account on there web site via credit card. Once you put money into your account on there site it's theirs, litterely. So I got the itch, and deposited $100 into my account. I proceeded to play a game and had deposited $50 into shocking 7's game when the rules were not apparent I disengaged from the game. When I checked my account the $50 was not credited back to my account. I called customer service and was told I will not get it back so go and play the game. When I went back to play, i tapped the play button and my other $50 was taken out of my account. I lost $100 without playing game. When I read the protocols for playing games, it states a player can disengage from a game and your money goes back in your account, I knew this. They will not let me play the $100 I deposited nor will they reimburse it. I have my credit services working to get my $100 back. Their a sham and have fraudulent procedures and don't care about their customers. Michigan lottery banned me from playing their app. Belinda Bednarski
John D Hayton: The building is at a good location, being literally around the block from the bus station. I can catch the bus at the Mason Meijer, and for a dollar twenty five go within walking distance of the lottery headquarters.
Bill Chrouch: The wild time app crashes time after time and the lottery never responds or fixes the issue. The game is part of a ticket I bought and this is denying me the right to gamble. Which the lottery has no issue with. This app has crashed at least 300 times on my phone and all the feedback goes nowhere.

Rick Kellogg: So went to dinner last night at Amore's in Chesterfield, Michigan. Decided to play Keno from their machine, Put $10 in selected 5 Draws at $2 each for 5 games. Forgot all about it and after having dinner remembered to scan ticket before leaving. Screen displayed " Player must visit lottery claim center to file a claim with the original ticket, their valid government Picture ID, and Social Security Card" We had won $820. The manager gave me the number for the Sterling Hts Claim Center and I called this morning to set up an appointment, they do not take walk ins due to the Pandemic. I was shocked when the lady said first available appointment was on Monday November 30th at 8:15AM, 18 days out? I took the appointment what else can one do. Decided to try two other offices, Detroit New Center, and Livonia. Guess What? Same story, first available appointment is November 30th. How is that even possible at 3 different claim centers? Convinced that they just make everyone wait regardless of their work load, Typical Bureaucratic Government BS. Yes I will wait as they hold the cards, but kind of takes the shimmer off wining when they put you on hold for 18 days. I am sick and tired of this Freaking Pandemic being the excuse for Sub-Par Customer Service everywhere and especially in Government.

Trever Trombly: Its your usual liquor store. But be prepared for a guy, who is always standing outside the building (but not on the property), to ask you for 3 things. Change, a cig, or if you can go in and buy for him. If you do buy for him, he will always be short on change and ask you to cover him. He stands there damn near every day, all day.As soon as you get out of your car or walk out the door, he will IMMEDIATELY ask you (from the sidewalk), for one of those three things. Unfortunately since he's not technically on their property they really can't do anything no matter how many customers he bothers. He also lives across the street so expect him there no matter what.
