Lansing Mall: what do users think?
Nicole: This mall has gone completely down hill. It just needs to stop trying. All of the stores are closed. Just run into the TJ Maxx or Barnes & Noble if you need to. Browsing this mall is pointless.
Elaine Fisher: This Mall needs your business.
Linda browers: It looks like more stores are opening.
Meg Hill: Glad to find out JC Penneys isn't going anywhere.
michelle pojeta: Was here for a Free screening of a Movie. Not many stores left open, hopefully more get out back in. This used to be a happening place. The Regal cinema was way way too cold, especially for seniors.
Chris Jensen: This place is dead. I was there at 10:50 and nothing was open
Judi Dempsey: Very nice area and stores.
Kayla Kenny: First time in awhile being to a mall and was very disappointed. The food court had just about nothing and the store selection was disappointing.
Larry Colman: Very clean mall seen some young Marines marching
Dead Cat Games: I was overcharged on an 8$ purchase not sure if it was an oversight or what but stay alert.
Aimee Atwell: must be nice maybe you can live there
Charity Cole: It's a ghost town
Katie Woodhams: Like all indoor malls, this mall is struggling. Many stores were closed. We visited while an event was going on, and it was SO loud! We liked the Binz store and spent a decent amount of time checking things out.
Luke: Very boring, shopping was okay, not very many options to choose from, it's definitely not how I remembered it when I was young and shopping for cool clothes and stuff to make my room look better. Over all for sure a big thumbs down!!
C Rich: Needs help
Jeff Panaka: This mall against all odds has remained open and shockingly enough has carved out its own niche in Lansing. This is not really a typical mall. There are a lot of random community events that just sort of pop up here. I walked into a trading card expo last week that appeared without warning. This place is best experienced on a rainy Saturday in January. Grab an Auntie Ann’s Pretzel. Sit and watch the world toil by. Play a game of chess with the oversized chess pieces. Check out the store that sells mystery boxes. A perfect Lansing afternoon. 5/5.
Barry VDV: The curb appeal is in need of updating. They should use the Woodland Mall as the desired target, or, the Centerpoint Mall if they desire to replace the mall using a different concept. The individual stores within the Lansing Mall need storefront updates. The common area floors within the mall are very nice, including very clean. Very little daylight within the mall which i rather enjoyed as I could open my eyes fully, no squinting. There were several Athletic Wear stores. They seemed to be in competition since each had top of the line wear. I enjoyed every store into which I went. The mall lacked one important element: shoppers. If space is what you desire, Lansing Mall is the place to go. Many stores within the mall had less than top-of-the-line so the prices were much lower. I enjoyed that.
Ronnie Haines: Meh. Place has gone down hill. Same with some other malls.
Lyn Dale: This has always been a pet friendly mall but now they have quietly changed the rules. In fact, no signs, just a small note on the website. And at least one store (Shoe Carnival) was rude about it. I come from a distance to shop here and cannot leave small pet at home. Not once have I been and not spent a substantial amount of money. Guess Lansing Mall can afford to lose more customers?
Richard Pritchard: Great items to purchase customer service is good.
Richard Wayne Laming III: The Lansing mall, lol pretty self explanatory

Eastwood Towne Center: what do users think?
Jessica Jones: Multiple shops and restaurants to choose from as well as a movie theater . Hotels as well behind the complex .
Mary Lindsley: I go here as seldom as possible because parking is an absolute nightmare. Whoever designed this needs to go back to school. Parking is hard to find and the spaces are tiny. This is not a walkable shopping center at all. This is Michigan, not California. So you can visit a few stores then you have to park again in another area if you don't want to trudge through the sleet, rain, snow, and cold - that is most of the time in Michigan. If you want a pleasant shopping experience, go first thing in the morning when the shops open and you can grab a place to park.
Virginia Porter: Ann Taylor is a good place to shop. Didn't have a certain color I was looking for but I bought 3 outfits. Good sales.
Spirit Wolf: One word. Menchies! I love menchies
Elizabeth Mestelle: Lots of retailers and restaurant to choose from. Excellent parking. Close to the highway so it's easy to get to.
Dan Palmer: The food was delicious, and the service was good, considering that the place was packed with Prom kids.
Claire Belmont: Good selection of stores, clean, easy to navigate.
Tyler Korn: It's a good outlet mall with really nice shopping. Always clean.
Jase Arz: We had lunch at BJ's, it was my first time there, the food was tasty
Steve Boucha: Parking lot kinda sucks sometimes sort of like frandor
Lucas Schartzer: It's okay...it's a good training place for when unwanna hit an actual mall-ish type place..kinda dumb stores
Danielle Santee Lott: Nice stores, good location... a little far from where I live
Ono: Lots of choices from food to clothes to hangout spots
Boost Custy: Friendly people
Robert Clarke: To congested
Erik Robinson: Great restaurants. Nice shopping although outside.
Tim Lackey: Place has a lot of parking
Sherry Trafford: Went to Sam's club to get gas. The prices are on the rise again
Rick Harden: Love Eastwood Towne Center. Lots of great shopping store.
Erik Owens: Big
Amillio Patino: Love the layout and many businesses they offer

Colonial Village Shopping Center: what do users think?
Tom Lott (tomASS): Getting to be not so great these days
Chris Ottney: This place is now closed, out of business.
Sylvia Boyd: Rite Aid Pharmacy Department Is Always Prompt With My Refills, and Great Customer Service!!!
Prudence Rogowski: It was ok.
Michael Mcdonald: Closed down now.
Elizabeth Hackney: Clean store pleasant cashiers
Zac McKenna: Not well maintained, valueland couldn't survive, and losing such a close grocery option, as inadequate as it may have been, left only the rite aid as my reason to shop here. The PNC that was here had to shut down after covid, and overall.. really wish they would put something like an Aldi or Trader Joe's here.It gets two stars for the awesome staff at the Rite-Aid staff, and easy parking, but this is being generous in my opinion.
Lenny Robinson: It's starting to look run down. The loss of a grocery store was bad for the location.
Buggy Jones: Close down
Mark Cantrell: There out of business.
Jen Tyler: Always very nice staff at the dollar store and pharmacy, nice clean stores.
RoseLynn Robbins: Sad value land closed but the dollar store and drugstore is nice
Raymond Gill Jr: Good shopping
MrBarney Knows: Was jus chilling listening to music passing time. While I roll up and put it in the air.
Stephanie Howard: Good deals
Monica Slone: Nice staff. Great selections and very great pricing..
Joseph Hubbard: Great price building might fall apart on you while your shopping but ....
A M: Really good prices on close outs and close dated food. Great value.
Maggie Johnson: GREAT..... I'M SO HAPPY that Value Land has reopened..... Everyone there is so nice and helpful.... Can't wait for them to finish filling in the shelves....👍🤗
shana hampton: I'm miss them when they close 😥😥
Rene: I went to Rite Aid for my 3 months supply of prescription medicine. The people that work in the pharmacy are very helpful and nice. Even under pressure.

Frandor Shopping Center: what do users think?
Robert Piesz: Traffic is a bit hectic, but convenient access to plenty of stores
Nicolas Soria: An unsafe and unpleasant outdoor mall.If you're looking for chain store shopping and eating, I'd suggest the nearby Eastwood Towncenter. If you're looking for a place to hang out on this side of town, you'll be hard pressed. I'd suggest Old Town or Downtown.Nestled between US-127 and several main thoroughfares, the side roads and parking lots here are a confusing mess yet seem to be the feature of this place. Dangerous for people in cars, worse on foot or on bicycle. The place is almost entirely asphalt, so although there are plenty of stores and restaurants, there is nowhere here that is pleasant to be in-between these storefronts. No trees or nothing. The owners of this mall show no interest in maintaining or improving this property. The only change I've seen is a few ugly stormwater runoff upgrades and the downgrade of the CATA station by removing the shelter.Be aware of your surroundings because you have to walk through traffic to get anywhere here.
renee hall: What can you say? Frandor just is...
Tiffanie Denby-McGee: Kroger
xosro d: Very good
Dan Davenport: Frandor is my favorite place to cry in my car. There is no plaza that is more dedicated to sadness and commerce, and it may be the ugliest place in Michigan. I love it.
Winnie Gailey: Verity of stores to get shopping done
Johnny Xtreme: Every thing you need in one place
Mike Jenkins: A bit lacking in clothing selection for junior girls but overall a nice place to shop.
ERICA GERRED: Great place for shopping. The worst thing is the parking lot, lots of drivers disregarding the stop signs at cross walks, among other things.
Eric Brockway (Bruke): A good mix of shops, including several good restaurants. Parking is adequate. The Kroger's there isn't the best one in the area.
Tim Lackey: Hello, name is Tim I'm a door dasher in lansing Michigan. I been shopping here over 3 year now and have a lot of reviews to imput. This place is not well stock. And over crowded.Dasher rate this place a 1
michelle: Nice
Kathy Kreimer: Dont go to h & r block they dont want your business i made a appointment to meet with a person and they decieded when i got there they decieded they could only offer drop off service hey just drop ur papers and we will do ur taxes i make a pretty penny have a child under 2 and im a senior who works fulltime at home for a very lg corporation i took the time off to accomplish this task and they couldnt be bothered to help me i feel discrimination against me they profiled me and they were wrong
imallwayshappy: Pretty much just your bog standard mall nothing to see here folks move it along
T Fish: Not to busy. Easy parking. Somewhat dated.
shay jensen: it's a miracle every time I visit this place and don't get in a car accident because there's at least a handful of narrow misses every outting. I think most of the people driving through here must be asleep behind the wheel.
mv od: Kroger, great service
Christopher Parks: Love it
adorablyjacklyn: We only went to Olga's this time, but there are lots of fun stores to visit. And there are a lot of good food choices.
Nathaneal Tomanica: One stop shop for food, craft and entertainment
