Nicolas Soria: An unsafe and unpleasant outdoor mall.If you're looking for chain store shopping and eating, I'd suggest the nearby Eastwood Towncenter. If you're looking for a place to hang out on this side of town, you'll be hard pressed. I'd suggest Old Town or Downtown.Nestled between US-127 and several main thoroughfares, the side roads and parking lots here are a confusing mess yet seem to be the feature of this place. Dangerous for people in cars, worse on foot or on bicycle.The place is almost entirely asphalt, so although there are plenty of stores and restaurants, there is nowhere here that is pleasant to be in-between these storefronts. No trees or nothing.The owners of this mall show no interest in maintaining or improving this property. The only change I've seen is a few ugly stormwater runoff upgrades and the downgrade of the CATA station by removing the shelter.Be aware of your surroundings because you have to walk through traffic to get anywhere here.

Dan Davenport: Frandor is my favorite place to cry in my car. There is no plaza that is more dedicated to sadness and commerce, and it may be the ugliest place in Michigan. I love it.

Mike Jenkins: A bit lacking in clothing selection for junior girls but overall a nice place to shop.
ERICA GERRED: Great place for shopping. The worst thing is the parking lot, lots of drivers disregarding the stop signs at cross walks, among other things.
Eric Brockway (Bruke): A good mix of shops, including several good restaurants. Parking is adequate. The Kroger's there isn't the best one in the area.

Kathy Kreimer: Dont go to h & r block they dont want your business i made a appointment to meet with a person and they decieded when i got there they decieded they could only offer drop off service hey just drop ur papers and we will do ur taxes i make a pretty penny have a child under 2 and im a senior who works fulltime at home for a very lg corporation i took the time off to accomplish this task and they couldnt be bothered to help me i feel discrimination against me they profiled me and they were wrong

shay jensen: it's a miracle every time I visit this place and don't get in a car accident because there's at least a handful of narrow misses every outting. I think most of the people driving through here must be asleep behind the wheel.
