Music Instrument Swap: what do users think?
Dennis Deatrick,CRES: Good place to find vintage gear
Casey Culhane: Awesome ppl. Great service. This is a passion of the guys who own it. They are musicians themselves. Reasonable prices and they're always willing to work with you.
J. Ervin Bates: Shawn is a great guy. Honest, fair, and always willing to help. Highly recommend this shop!
Gabriel Helma: Super cool store and awesome staff!
Manuel Washburn: Just found out about this place it is a good place to go to get new and used equipment for a reasonable price
Undercover Citizen: Cool stuff decent prices, but both times I have gone in there they've paid no attention to me whatsoever! I was gonna buy an affects bored and all the chords I need for my two guitars and for amps and the guy just totally blew me off. I just walked out severely disappointed they won't last long treating customers like they don't matter. Idk of its because was all dirty from work or what but I'll never go back
untuned: I love this little store. It has all the equipment for your drumming needs. Also these guys have a whole ton of acoustic guitars, basses and elec guitars. Really great guitars for really great prices. I was genuinely surprised at the selection of amps too.If you ever need some new pickups, or a new guitar, I definitely would recommend this place.
John Brownell: Great friendly staff, just hook me up with a guitar stand for five bucks!
Ruben Drake: Found a bass speaker that works great at a GREAT price.
Aengus McIntosh: If you are a musician or even a beginner this is the place to grab some quality equipment. Their selection is huge! Drum kits for days!
Greg MacBeth: Found this place on google since I was in town for work. Super cool place, especially if you’re a drummer. One of the owners is a drummer and clearly knows what’s good. If you’re looking for cool stuff that you can’t find in big box stores definitely check this place out. Lots of cool old amps and guitars you don’t come across very often. I didn’t spend a lot of money there but I was treated as if I had.
Joel Pierce: Good place to look for great used equipment to buy, sell or trade. Owners Roger and Shaun make you feel welcome and can help with any questions. I try to stop in at least once a week as inventory is constantly changing and you never know if that instrument you've been looking for has turned up
Jayne Snider: Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The largest used musical instrument stock in Michigan. Drums, cymbals, guitars, basses, amps- they have a ton in stock! Lots of parts, pieces, cables, strings, drum hardware, pedals, and other miscellaneous items too. Worth checking out!Of note: they opened today (March 25, 2022) at a new location, 8741 W Saginaw Hwy. Lansing, MI 48917. They are no longer at the Potterville location. Go check them out on Saginaw Highway in Delta Township, in front of Menards!
Julie Fisher: Great selection of items, staff was knowledgeable and prices were very reasonable.
Zeb Gomez: Great stuff sold for AMAZING prices
Austin L Grove: I went in today and I was playing and a guy just came over and started playing with me. They are really cool there. The wah wah pedal I bought was $60.00 and he said that he would give it to me for $50.00
S.O.P: Great customer service and friendly helpful staff. Down to earth environment and a decent variety of new and used instruments. 10/10 would recommend supporting them with your business.
Gabe Elarton: Great owners and great gear. So thankful to have a local gear shop!
Bruce Oberlin: Great selection! Great prices and even people!!
yo_its_gingey: Dudes there are pretty cool. Prices are unbeatable. Just bought a $400 guitar and $150 amp for $300. Some stuff has little dings but I mean that’s to be expected with used stuff. Honestly I’d really recommend it in stead of buying new.

Meridian Winds: what do users think?
Melissa Mackey: Sarah did a fantastic job on my Buffet clarinet. It was long overdue for work and it now plays like a new horn. Absolutely top notch job. Thank you!
Shannon Chatman: We have been here a few times, repairs by Sam and Bird on 3 different alto saxophones over the past couple years have been fast and efficient. We prefer to drive an hour to them rather than a closer music shop because of their knowledge and skills.
Jay O: Excellent shop for expert repairs and supplies.
Denise Barnes: Needed an adjustment for my new Buffet Crapon beautiful clarinet. Sarah was awesome, knowledgeable, and efficient! Great experience that left me confident Imade the best selection.
Gokhan Dogan: Helpful staff has great guidance to pick right tools for your needs.
Michael Dease: Can’t say enough good things about this place. They are a premier woodwind (especially saxophone) specialty shop, and the store it full of all major brands of supplies and accessories for all instruments. Many of my friends, students, Professor colleagues and local pros come here. I’ve had plenty of work done here on my trombones, trumpets, as well as an overhaul on my baritone saxophone. Proprietor Eric Satterlee and the staff are fun to visit with and they really know their stuff.Lately, I’ve been getting very good brass repair and customization from MW brass tech Jacob Hoskins. He’s done some 11th hour emergency fixes for me that I’ve been happy with. Eric (Bird) replaced sax repair guru Brennan Lagan and is doing great work as well. Great shop on several levels- highly recommended.
Carter Haugen: Won’t go anywhere else for horn repair or equipment. This is the spot.
Jacob's Saxophone: Absolutely amazing experience and I never even went in the store!! The customer service here is crazy, I was able to try multiple selections of mouthpieces for free other than shipping. I'd like to thank Mr. Weiler for being very patient with me and my trials and generally being a big help. I'll never shop in any other music store as long as Meridian is around.
Jeffrey Farell: My family has had good experiences here with both sales and service. Great for instruments, accessories, music, and any kind of repairs.
Bridgette Harms: 1,000% recommend here. I had to get a couple parts on my F-attachment trombone fixed (a dent taken out of the main slide and another spot realigned) and when I had asked if I could possibly get a loaner if they had any seeing I had a concert in 2 days he looked at the repairs needed and said that if I was willing to wait in the area for roughly 2ish hours he could get it fixed day of and ended up getting it fixed in less than an hour and a quarter and did a fantastic job fixing it. All the staff in general was extremely nice and I know others of my friends who have come here and had excellent expirences as well. Fully recommend going here.
Asa Wheeler: Great selection for all instruments. But we all know Bassoon is best.
William Salfai: Great place, well stocked, great service
Celest Burge: Just took my sons sax in to be repaired. I called the day before and the girl who answered the phone let me know it may not be fixed till Monday which I understood. I went in today (a Saturday at 1pm) there was a nice man there who fixed in less than 5 minutes. Price was more than fair. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you and good job!!
Edward Keogh: Knowledgable about local school music programs, helpful, and friendly.
Mary Lander: Great place to shop!
Chris McLaren: A great place to get a musical instrument repaired.
Steve & Beth Hayward: If you want knowledgeable help with a local flare go here! Not just a small mom and pop shop They know their stuff! They Alway has time to take a look at and fix my kids band instrument on the spot. The staff and repair technitions are members of orchestras and 1st chairs around town! Plus you might get a treat when you go in. All around a favorite to visit when I have any need for musical instruments, books, repairs, Reed's, music stands (free with rental) music gifts...ect. In fact in our family:. Every kid picks a Christmas ornament size wind instrument to match thier own. Going has become a tradition! Thank you Meridian winds for the great service over the years!
Phil Reseigh: Excellent knowledge and expertise with clarinets.
Darren Atiyeh: Excellent repairshop with knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Benjamin Frost: Very helpful! Fast friendly service!! Felt like I was right at home, left with a smile on my face! And at a cost way lower than I was anticipating, save yourself some trouble and come here!
Maria VanOchten: Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
