James Leindecker: On 11/30/22 I had winter tires put on my car. Made a 3pm appointment and arrived at 2:52, with one car waiting in front of me. At 3:45 myself and the car in front of me pulled in. Waited 15 minutes for anyone to begin work on my tires. Work completed at 5pm. Two hours later. What is the value of having an appointment if it isn’t honored? Given the amount of backed up customers, there was no sense of urgency, purpose, or customer service when there was clearly a need. I know Ralph and he doesn’t like people standing between him and his money so I’m not sure if this was just a one-off day for this center or if this is business as usual. The dealership sales/service is OUTSTANDING so I’m not sure where the disconnect is happening. I won’t be returning, but hope others have a better experience than I did (and it seems like most will, given the majority of other positive reviews).Service:Tires

Kiflam Hurlbut: You should consider the your dealership if this place's prices are acceptable to you. I asked my daughter to get an oil change for the car she regularly drives, and she texted me some time later asking me how much an oil change should cost, and she told me that this location was charging $98.00 for a synthetic change. I suggested she ask them why the price was that high, and she said they told her because they check the other fluids, which was a laughable response since that has been included in oil changes since they existed. Plus you get the usual barrage of up-sells as if that is not enough. If this place thinks their prices are fair and competitive, I would suggest that they post them online. The dealer may not be the cheapest game in town, but they are at or below these prices. Plus they are knowledgeable about your car, you know what parts you are getting, they can check for recalls, do a REAL inspection (not just to up sell the stuff they have on hand) and they often wash your car as part of the deal. I just don't get how these places can stay in business when their primary goal is high margins and additional sales.

The techs, Lorenzo, Avery and Spencer were so awesome. They showed my husband an air filter we didn't even know existed. Our car is a well maintained 2001 Toyota Avalon and this filter had NEVER been changed. It was the air intake under the car, like THE AIR WE BREATHE, and it was so gross, my hubby took a picture of to show me. Changed that baby out and the air/heat works so much better now. And I'm allergic to mold so I'm sure I was breathing it in from that filter. Wondered why I always got super stuffed up whenever the heat was on. Above and beyond. Never going anywhere else. Daniel Myers: The oil change itself was quick and easy. Seems like they did a great job. I would never send my wife or daughter here because they really push extra services that you do not need. My wife was very uncomfortable with all services that were pushed. Even if you say no, they will still tell you why you need the service and ask if they changed your mind. CC: The mechanic who worked on my car over tightened a screw on the slash shield and broke it off and didn’t tell me about it. I was on the highway when the splash guard fell partially off and I ended up driving on the shoulder as it scraped against the ground. It was disorienting and nearly caused an accident. I would have understood that a screw broke, but to not have told me about it was reckless.

Daniel: Oil Change was done in a quick and efficient matter. The tactic of selling you items and services that were not necessary was used which is understandable for an oil change shop. However, technician forgot to tightly put back the clamps back on the battery after checking my voltage which resulted in my car not turning on. Not a big issue as I tightned them myself, however, greater attention to detail is a must!

Didn't check my lights, didn't put air in my tires, and didn't clean the oil pan making me think I had a leak. This is on top of not finding my car in their system when it's like the 4th time I've taken this car there. Normally they have good service, but this time was awful.

Always have a good wash here and the basic wash is still under $10!The guys that work here take the time to wash off ALL the mud and salt off my car before I roll through AND hand towel dry when you come out. They have a tip box and I usually don’t have cash on me but when I do, they get a good tip as it’s well deserved!!Keep ip the great work!!

Alicia F: Toby, Scott, Paul were able to figure out my cabin filter was in desperate need of maintenance and replacement. They replaced the filter,cleaned out the fan/holding area and vacumned out my glove box and passenger seat area, got my engine cleaned out and oil replaced. Fuel injector maintenance (with a bonus going to breast cancer awareness for this service) found my license plate bulbs were blown through the light check so they replaced those. All legit maintenance needed on a car turning almost 200,000 miles. They did NOT pressure me into buying anything. They showed me exactly what maintenance was needed in a professional way and explained reasoning. Well recommended!
