River Town Adventures: what do users think?
Isabella Howard: Rating a 1 star because of their poor customer service. Back in July I booked a Friday night glow kayak trip. The weather that day was rainy and was probably going to storm so I called just to ask if it was going to get rained out and they told me yes and asked for my name and email because I was going to get a voucher for another day. Few weeks go by and I received no call or email. I have called several times with no answer- left detailed messages- and still no response. Disappointed is an understatement.
Jasen Barker: Jasen Barker-Great time , price and a gorgeous girl with blue hair and an amazing personality !!! 😁 Absolutely will go again !!!
Elena G.: Perfect for a relaxing afternoon out! Kayaking is a wonderful hobby for anyone!
La'Rae M. Trice: Nice workers, nice experience, especially on a warm, sunny day. The boats and equipment are solid.
Lindsey Allison: We came across some other more popular older companies that def charge about 20% more. But in the end we chose this one. We got a deal online from their website that got us the bikes for $22.4 per day. Very good deal. The bikes are average quality but seem to be well-maintained. The guy was very helpful. The price was reasonable. Overall we loved it. So don't worry whether the lower price suggests worse services or inferior quality. Unless u look for some professional, performance bikes, this is the place u looking for.
Theresa Thompson: Beautiful trip, a great time, great prices for the fun we had. Will come again.
Danielle Fait: Super friendly, beginner friendly!!
Jordyn: Workers were very friendly and rules were easy to abide by. Employees helped you put in and come off the water. Life jackets were provided for the adventure and I thought the price was very reasonable. Great company to have access too in the middle of the city!
Elaine Jaklic: Great place to rent from! Very informative. Had a wonderful day!
Yaxin Cui: 第一次体验皮划艇好嗨呦,这运动容易上瘾
Jahata Bryant: A great place to relax and kayak. I always love going there
Christopher Sandker: Just used the boat launch but if I ever wanted to take company and go other places this would be a good option. Nice people..
ReyCuban Tv: Every weekend I’ll be there renting a kayak!Thank you guys
Eric Woelfle: Best place to go and Enjoy Mother Earth
prudhvi bellamkonda: They have great prices and wonderful staff who are very helpful. Enjoyed the weekend and look forward to more Kayaking.
mike thackeray: The crew at River Town Adventures went out of there way to make our time on the river great! Thanks again for the great customer service!
Chris Upshaw: It was a blast!
Randy Barton: A bit unorganized the day we went but we had a great time.
juan holguin: Kakay
Tania Castilhos: Great place with equally great service. When in doubt what soup you want, try a sample. I really recommend the bowls too.The place is clean and that's a hard thing to accomplish with the amount of traffic at lunch time. They are just too small for the amount of clients they have which is not really a problem for them 😆

Michigan 4-H Children's Garden: what do users think?
A. Tatara: I love the children's gardens! Growing up in the area, I've gone many times, and it's nice to return as an adult and enjoy the plants, as well as the activities - the foot chimes, the spitting frog fountain spinner, the maze, etc. The rest of the gardens are great, too, and even if they aren't all planted or blooming yet, there are plenty of trees, bushes, and perennials to see.Playground: There's no playground here, just little activities in the garden, like a maze.Restrooms: There are restrooms in the children's garden, as well as some in the buildings that border the horticultural gardens the children's garden is attached to.Dog-friendliness: Dogs aren't allowed in the gardens.
HDI Builders Okemos MI: Great place to visit with kids in the summer months. Nice gardens and play areas, with some good shady areas and places to sit. Bring a lunch and make an afternoon of it!
Jeff Lange: Great place for kids of all ages! The first Children's Garden in America.Playground: Think garden playground, not swingsets and slides.Restrooms: Restrooms are available.Dog-friendliness: Don't bring the dog.Picnic area: Benches and tables are available.
Heather Hallett: Even on a rainy day. Had a great time walking around. Can't wait to go back in the summer to see what is blooming!
Catherine Caswell: Need to go back in warmer weather but being there for earth day was pretty special for the grandchildren
紀嘉淯: 202208My mom says my sister and I loved coming here when we were little. I don’t really remember but I can say for sure we absolutely loved it this time visiting as adults 😻😻 I hope it’s not another 20 years before I come again!
Nick Shorkey: My kid loves trains and this right on the train tracks that run through the south side of MSUs campus. There are usually young and old kids strolling and playing through the area. It has an amazing variety of plants and creative artwork and is perfect for a short afternoon walk. Lots of photographers and college kids on dates as well. Highly recommended.
Kate G.: Beautiful place to explore! The kids love it.
MK D: Beautiful
Yvonne McCumber: A kids dream. Run. Spin. Music.
Daniel Andrella: Loved it more than I expected.
Latasha Bailey: Nice. Very children Oriented and Educational 🤗🤗🤗
Theresa Zavisa: So much fun!!! Free(except to park), beautiful, educational and a wonderful experience all around!
Lily Schultz: i used to go here quite often, but it needs some attention, which i realized when i went a few weekends ago. it’s a great place to walk around for awhile and is super cute. the little bridge, treehouse, geocaches, etc. are amazing
Ron Offenbecker: Beautiful and relaxing place to spend an afternoon.
Faith McKenna: Ingenious layout of beauty, function, and teaching opportunities
Chad Anderson: Good place for photos
Michelle Maiochi Mazon: What a surprise for the kids! Very interactive and a pathway with a suggested order to follow. Kids (7 and 9) had a good time there!
M. Syarif (omcalip): If you visit horticultural garden with your kids, don't forget to visit this place too. It's next to it.
Natalia Beal: This place is nostalgic for me. But it's a good place to take kids there are flowers and some games to play in the garden.
Sylvia Lin: Spring is on its way

Impression 5 Science Center: what do users think?
MFK R: We have a membership and go often. It's great for all ages. My youngest enjoys the baby/toddler area the most, while my oldest enjoys exploring the activities. Every few months the theme downstairs changes and it's always done so well.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait …More

Trevor Benoit: Impression 5 Science Center is an incredible place for kids and adults alike to explore the wonders of science. The hands-on exhibits are engaging and educational, allowing visitors to learn through interactive experiences. The staff is enthusiastic and knowledgeable, always ready to answer questions and provide guidance. The center's dedication to promoting scientific curiosity and critical thinking is commendable. The atmosphere is lively and inviting, making it a perfect destination for families and school groups. With its wide range of exhibits and activities, Impression 5 Science Center guarantees a fun and enlightening experience for all.
Brooke Rosek: My kids had fun but I have been waiting (and excited) to take my kids here for several years, and I was rather disappointed in our experience. The building was pretty warm, and when I went to use the nursing room it felt like there was absolutely no air flow in there and it was way too hot, so I did not stay. As far as exhibits, the ones my kids were most interested in were not functioning or out of supplies. The bubble room was sad and looked like it needed to be refilled everywhere, and there wasn’t any bubble solution in the big bubble maker which was disappointing. I can’t remember the names of everything specifically but there were multiple broken activities. The water room was the best but online it makes it appear like there are ponchos available to stay dry but I didn’t see any anywhere, all the hooks were empty and my kids got soaked, I’m glad at least it was the last thing we went to.

Elizabeth N: My 2.5 year old had a BLAST in the water flow room and the bubble exhibit. Lots of hands-on activities for kids, and the displays really encourage the children to explore and play and experiment with different things. I was amazed at some of the things my kiddo picked up on, just watching what was going on around her. There's a lot for adults to get out of it as well. Almost lost dad more than once. 😆 Plan at least a few hours, there are places to sit and have snacks as well!
Julie: So fun! Great location and parkingVisited on Weekday …More
