Chelsea Dee: The url is just a link to the national website for all locations. It says on the website they carry a variety of products but there is no information on what any specific store carries or has in stock. I drove to the location in-person only to find the door locked. I called them and they said they strictly sell automotive paint. Not a very helpful experience, basically it wasted my time because they couldn't be bothered to be upfront on the website or any online listings about what they sell, and despite driving there I couldn't even talk to someone in person, you have to call them.
CJ Lutz: Not very helpful on picking out a paint color for my project. Hands me a book outside and says here lol...... it's 40 degrees outside.... I'm good, thanks though ✌

I call and Josh answers half asleep I say how you doing I see the doors locked.. he replies we're not open to the public.. I say ok can I place an order ? Is that how it works? Gina S: There's a great group of folks at this store. They are helpful and friendly and make sure you get what you need. I dropped off wood samples for matching new wood to existing, and they did a great job very quickly.

L Phillips: Took current oak trim in to have matched to a stain for the new oak trim which I also took in. I was told they would custom match it. They called the next day and said it was ready. Come to find out, instead of taking time to mix it properly match it, they gave me one off the shelf. It isn't even close!This was a waste of $50.00 for a gallon of stain that wasn't even custom made. Go someplace else!

Tim Quick: I've had a lot of work done on my 1920s home by the owner, Vicente. Over the years, I've had cabinetry completely refinished, my ceilings plaster skim coated and painted, my exterior siding scraped and painted and my mud room tiled. Each of these jobs were completed separately over the years. I keep contracting with Vicente, because he does amazing work! His attention to detail, cleanliness and trustworthiness is rarely found. I'm looking forward to having Vicente out again soon! House work on a 20s home never ends!
Carrie jones: I've used Northern Painting numerous times and have always been extraordinary pleased with the results. Vicente is very detail oriented and takes great care with his work. He is incredibly professional. I would recommend him 10 times over!
Eric Kammerer: Our exterior paint job showed a blistered area, a peeling area and a crack within 10 months of being applied. The business owner wanted to charge us to repair these areas, saying it wasn't due to his work, but rather due to older peeling paint. Though his contract language protects him in saying this, I believe surface prep might also be a factor in these flaws. I was disappointed that, after investing a lot of money with him to do the job, he was unwilling to make it right. I perceive that he was more focused on arguing than on customer service. I wouldn't recommend his services.
