Chelsea Dee: The url is just a link to the national website for all locations. It says on the website they carry a variety of products but there is no information on what any specific store carries or has in stock. I drove to the location in-person only to find the door locked. I called them and they said they strictly sell automotive paint. Not a very helpful experience, basically it wasted my time because they couldn't be bothered to be upfront on the website or any online listings about what they sell, and despite driving there I couldn't even talk to someone in person, you have to call them.
CJ Lutz: Not very helpful on picking out a paint color for my project. Hands me a book outside and says here lol...... it's 40 degrees outside.... I'm good, thanks though ✌

Shelley Heindel: I was so angry after wasting my time at this Sherwin Williams on West Saginaw. My daughter called 2 days ago to make sure they had the paint that Westwind Townhomes (Lansing) uses, and the person said yes, and they knew exactly what she was talking about. I made sure I got in there tonight (before 6) to pick up a gallon, and the “floating” assistant manager, Kyler, had no idea what I was talking about. He said he had never been in that store before that day. He looked in one computer, and said he couldn’t find it. He asked me what color it was, I said I had no way of knowing that…it was the only color that Westwind used. He said my daughter must have spoken to the manager. I asked him to call the manager, and see if he could get the information. Kyler said he could not contact the manager. I questioned him on that, and why he would be left alone in a store that he had NEVER been in before. I asked him again if he had any way to contact the manager, and he said no. He then asked me once more if I knew the color, I said no. After he checked 2 other computers in the store (I was shocked they weren’t networked), he still couldn’t fine a record for Westwind Townhomes. I left extremely frustrated, and unable to bring any touch up paint to my daughter. I will NEVER go back to that store, and frankly, I’m pretty sure I will NEVER go into any Sherwin Williams store again, if that’s how they run a business.
Timothy King: You usually can expect a certain amount of arrogance when you go to a Sherwin Williams store but WOW this visit takes the cake. The young woman behind the counter at this store was extra extra! The store was dead and we were ready to get all our supplies needed but with the attitude given we will wait till the other store is open. We won't be coming back to this location, we clearly aren't welcome at the Saginaw shop. You pay Sherwin Williams money for a (usually) good product and some helpful expertise not for rude attitude.
