Amanda Partin: The intake lady was rude our whole time talking and hung up on me for no apparent reason. Not a good bye, sorry we can't help, we need more information. Just hung up mid conversation.
Mandee King: Gave me great advice I thought but then I didn’t end up getting a lawyer because they didn’t have room for me and I screwed myself over listening to them. I’m proud of there hard work but I was one unfortunate one to get the wrong advice

Gregory Graham: got bad legal advice from them as the defense to use in an eviction, told so day before the court appearance, too late to do anything. they also recommended a negotiated voluntary leave, which is great for no eviction on record, but also means i can’t ask for emergency moving assistance. so i end up homeless.not impressive.

I recommend calling this service first and foremost before scams or hackers out in this world try to take advantage of you and your financial aspects. I also learned a few things along the way which to me was very educational. The representatives that I spoke with, were both generous with informing me of what I needed to know.Thank you!

Kalee Ridge: They have informed me they only have one attorney for every 20,000 cases. Also the federal government decided how they can help with funding and where it goes. So they were unable to help at all with the issue i presented.

Michael Spencer: She left without a trace, and with them, the divorce was easy as pie. And they didn't charge a dime.
A Marines: Legal service for low income individuals. Excludes criminal and malpractice cases. You have to call the intake line based in Southfield, MI to open a file, which is staffed by attorneys. The wait time has been cut in half because of new intake hours. They also have a "self help clinic." Cases are evaluated and you may be assigned to the clinic. This happens when the staff attorneys have full loads or depending on your situation, you may be able to prepare your own forms utilizing the Michigan Legal Help website. The clinic is designed to help those that have access to a computer and have a fairly simple divorce or custody issue. The Lansing office has some of the hardest working attorneys in the Lansing area. The Lansing office provides service to Ingham, Eaton, Clinton, Livingston and Shiawassee counties.
Nukia Williams: Didn't like that office is only accessible for information only, they only direct you to the customer service hotline for referrals on Legal Aid help..Was a waste of a trip to visit their location
