The only thing that matters is what a attorney write down on the order they type up. The judges allow recommendations from FOC that intentionally voilate your civil rights and liberties. Rob your children of a loving parent. Allowing an ex to one day denying an and all contact with my children so she could pretend her new husband was the kids dad. she even changed their last name and told them theIr dad gave them To him. That crushed their little hearts.They have assumed the worst about the honest person because we don't make up faulse alligations to manipulate the court.. parential alienation is not frowned upon through this justice system it is incoueaged. Slandering someone is completely excepted even though evidence has proven it to be fausle. Ingham county promotes divided families in my experience they financially drain everything from you and treat you as are beneath them. Judges say they care about the children but they don't because they always seem to take everything from the none selfish parents and side with the manipulating, faulse alligations and support alienation of the parent that trys so hard to do what is in the best interest of the children. In ingham county you are not innocent until proven guilty. You are the enemy once a court or Government employee personality conflicts with yours. I sent in more than they required to try and ensure that I wouldn't spend a week playing phone tag and dropping off or emailing documents.Instead, I got a recommendation saying no change or even review process was done. Why, you might ask?? Because I didn't submit any of the documents... according to them.. They STRAIGHT UP LIED. I had to submit a objection with all the same forms and documents. It was so much stuff that it couldn't fit in a regular envelope the first time around, it had to be in a large sealed Manila envelope. They lied about receiving any of that.. like I'm still astonished on how they could even put their response on a legal document and send it out to me in the mail. Incompetent staff through and through. Untrustworthy on top of that.

However, this SAME notice also says if child IS in school full time, even AFTER age 18, theb support may continue until the child has reached age 19 years 6 months. They have given me 3 tickets for not paying to park there and they should not be giving out tickets for people not to pay that have to handicap license plate. I have a disability which I have epilepsy and I should not get them since I have every right to park on those spots. So now I need to write them a letter and explain about my disability and they should let the people with a handicap stickers or license plate park for free.

They make it incredibly hard. I asked them to clarify how much time I had to appeal (it did NOT specify business days etc.). How am I supposed to know and comply with an indirect deadline? I appealed within a 14 business day time frame. Overall not happy at all and am currently fighting to get my license back. This is ridiculous and there is no personal touch with how they handle cases. They look at us all as numbers rather than people. I am thoroughly upset and will keep trying however I expect very little.

When I addressed the issue with Landlord he told me if I wanted it nicer I could hang some drywall myself. My storage area was unable to lock because it had been kicked in. When I moved in I didn't go into the storage. My grandchildren and son and daughter helped me move. None of them noticed the door jam was damaged. A couple of weeks later I sent my niece down in storage take something down there. She came up stairs and told me. she didn't need the key she just pushed it open. I thought someone had kicked it in since 🤔 I'd moved in. When I told my neighbor about the door he informed me that the door had been kicked in for a long time. And Monzo should've fixed it before I moved in. He gave me the HOA number to call them. My mentor suggested I call the attorney General. I put on 2 masks went down there to take inventory of my belongings. At the time I only noticed a Gucci purse missing. The purse alone cost over a $1000.00. Over the course of time after Attorney Generals office made him do the repairs. He has not been responsive to issue I'm having now. Flys, knats and bees entering thru ac unit some type of way. When I addressed issue he sent me a Google search to address the issue myself. Ac doesn't cool unit down.

They wanted to take him to court or put a personal Tax lien on him. We finally decided to find a tax lawyer off the internet and this the place we found . Bridgette went to work right away gathering all the information she could from my son who lives in New Jersey. My husband and I then scheduled an appointment with her and within 2 weeks we had our meeting . She explained what was going on so it was understandable. She was professional, articulate, and very knowledgeable. She gave us information we hadn’t heard in ten years. The decision was made to pay off the debt because they were either going to take him to court or put a personal tax lien on him. Within 3 weeks we wrote a check and gave it to her.
