Nadia: This by far is my favorite B & BW, I'm usually outside waiting for the candle sale, and I love how clean and helpful the staff is. However on my last visit I went in for the first time with my son and there were about 5-6 employees on the sales floor and they were too helpful. I have over 10 years retail experience under my belt including being a GM over a store w/a major retailer. So I know about Loss Prevention, and helping customers to ensure they get the products they need but also LP. However the employees were on me like paint and my shopping experience was rushed, every 30 seconds the same 2-3 employees kept coming up to me or my son and it got irritating that I just finally picked something and checked out. I try not to think that because I am a poc that this Is the reason for them being overly helpful. I appreciate the help but It was overwhelming and I couldnt enjoy my shopping experience.

Theresa Grace: I do have to say if you've never been into one of these stores their products are more expensive then you would get at a retail store, see Walmart or Target. I would say they're pretty close to what you would pay at a drugstore for a product.With that set It is so worth that extra money I go in every every year about this time to purchase their pumpkin and apple scented everything 🎃🍏I do wish they would keep to the same sense every year. My favorite is the sweet cinnamon pumpkin. This year, however, I purchased an Apple hand sanitizer that I just love.I also like that they have different things like I purchased a Halloween tiny little bag. I purchased an air freshener for my car that you can push it and it lights up. It's got a bad on it. Last year I got a. I don't know if it's a lotion or soap holder that's it's actually ceramic in a bat. I just use them as a decoration though.This year I got a cute little pumpkin that I can put my soap in and when you push down he lights up.This is why I like the store. It's not just perfumes. Lotions they change with the seasons and they also have a few little cute decorations. Like I bought a pumpkin cover for hand sanitizer. The one I bought last year I wore him out. This year is a little bit different.

The sign said big red letters 2499 but I got up to the register and it was not on sale. They said it was a future price of 2799 happening shortly but they will not honor the sign on the rack, nor would Sam honor the future price for me. You need to train this guy in customer service. horrible experience. Please train your people and customer service JCPenney can do better than this

Brian Lehman: After one employee messed up the ring sizing, and costing me $500+ in cancellation fees from it being late and told "my order is lost, delayed and we dont know why, and waiting for pick-up"! After getting the ring it was the wrong size! Returned it reordered another one, was told i can cancel it before feb.13. On the 10th (after customer service verified) a " I only worked here for less than 3 months" (we interrupted her on her phone) employee was raising her voice to the point of being yelled at, called the supervisor over who is the one that said i could cancel it refused to with an attitude and a condescending smile as if she enjoyed NOT HONORING THE AGREEMENT, AND WHAT SHE SAID TO US and treating customers like trash! DO NOT SHOP HERE GOTO A PAWN SHOP OR THE JEWELRY STORE JUST WEST OF THE MALL ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE STREET!!!

Scott Bialek: Deceptive advertising. I picked items from 5 different racks of clothing. Each rack has a sign saying " sale, up to 70% off " not a single item from these rack were on sale. At checkout I was told full price. You keep it, I won't be back. There's too much competition out there for you to spit in my hat and get away with it.

Britney Gutierrez: Went here today to return a product. Doors opened at 10am and I walked in at 10:01am. They processed my return and another beauty advisor came over and said we aren’t actually open yet because we need to finish inventory but we can take care of the return. Okay…then I said well can I shop now? They said, “No our manager wants to finish inventory and we won’t be open till 12.”You guys didn’t put signage on the door or lock it or honor your open time or a customer who what going to drop $$$. Horrible customer service. Good luck making up for this one.

tamara walker: So, 12/13/2022 my daughters went to Ulta to shop for a hair wrap today. They called me upset because of how badly they were treated/ignored by the cashier (who was carrying on a conversation with someone that wasn't shopping.) THEN there was an older lady standing around just STARING at them and wouldn't even crack a smile. Upon ending the transaction at the register, my daughter said thank you to the pre-occupied, rude cashier and you guessed it! She didn't even reply with a response. Now, I can name one reason why they were treated so horribly, but I'm sure you might be wondering what I already know was the case. My daughters are non-white and my first thought is that they were treated unfairly and rudely because those two people feel a certain way about people that don't look like them. Anyway, once my daughters told me of their awful experience, I called the store and spoke to Rachael, she was kind and very apologetic and assured me that she would be speaking with those ladies about how to treat customers (no matter skin color or whatever their differences might be.) Ulta Beauty is a very well-known beauty store / salon and I would be ashamed is my employees were being this blatantly rude to shoppers. It's a sad day in time when folks are still hanging on to that old mindset.

Two other associates stopped, while I was browsing, to see if I needed help. When I was checking out, the cashier, Dianisse, could not have been kinder. She was very patient with me and assisted me in finding a coupon. She was polite and professional! I cannot say enough good things about this store. I am not use to such fantastic customer service! From the time I entered, until I left, I was a happy customer. Thank you Ulta. I will see you again soon.

My color wasn’t really what I wanted. I asked for root blending and keeping the blonde on my ends and it was basically just an all over color. Much darker than anticipated. Jane would always ensure I was completely happy with my service before leaving, the new girl seemed in a rush (I was the last person of the day and I think she was ready to go home) I told her my color was “OK”, didn’t offer to fix it, said we could change it next time I came in. I’m about a week out from my service and can’t tell anything was done to my hair 😢. Still can see split ends and feels like it needs a hair cut. This didn’t happen with Jane. $130 and tip- I don’t feel the service was worth that since I now have to go somewhere else to get what I wanted completed. In her defense, I did say I’m growing my hair out and to not take too much off, but I at least wanted the split ends taken care of so it will grow. I don’t think I will be back, Jane was the best.
Paige Smalley: ULTA never disappoints! I went in for Tarte concealer and was greeted as I walked in. I ended up needing advice on what kind of moisturizer and dark spot remover to get and the lady was right on it! I can honestly say both products have been working tremendously!
