Carol hargrove: This place is so unkept I don’t know how they can charge the prices they do. Sure you can see the newest edition of markers but let me tell you I went out there and my dogs have been in there a long time. I couldn’t see my pets markers yesterday and I was out there on Memorial Day weekend. I had to pull the weeds and grass away to see all 4 of them. It’s mowed but they do not keep up on the markers. There are markers that aren’t sitting properly either. I’ve thought about asking if I can just take my pets out of there. They are all in a casket. I’m so disappointed and angry at the same time. I’ve talked to the these people before about this situation. One year they called me in the spring and told me that they had cleaned their grave markers. But this is a continuous job that has to be kept up. My dogs would be much better just to bring them home and re-bury them. Someday when I’m gone their grave markers will be totally covered up with grass

Liz was kind and attentive and answered questions for him and us and even kept him entertained while the adults were greeting those attending. Teresa Silk: UPDATE…My mother in law got a call two weeks ago saying the death certificates came in and were to be mailed immediately. She called last week to check on them and they hadn’t mailed them out yet. I called yesterday b/c as you all know it is very important on your finances to have that death certificate in hand to move forward with finances and benefits, I was angry when I called and told the lady that answered to have the Director call me back but of course I didn’t receive a call so I called this morning and the same lady says let me check your status, Oh they were mailed out yesterday. Imagine that!!! And did I hear back from the Director, not at all. Very poor customer service and having to wait for those should have never been the case. They should have mailed them out the day they called to say they were in. No excuses!!We sent in pictures and unfortunately they all did not get put in the video. It kept replaying the same pictures. As soon as we noticed it in the website we called and they said they would fix it and never did. It was only a handful of pics that they uploaded and used and we had lots of pics as they said we could have as many as we wanted. They also got the date wrong and we had to tell them twice and the day of the funeral service as well. We ordered the food in the package and supposedly the caterer was supposed to have containers to be able to take the food home in and there was nothing so we had to leave a lot of food. Just keep an eye out on those things, especially the pictures that can mean so much and want to share with family and friends. That was important to us and most certainly the date of your loved ones passing. Those two things should have been corrected immediately.

Cathy Lienberger: We arrived as a family at the funeral home. We were greeted by the members of the staff. We handed them my husband's burial clothes. They dressed him and they allowed us as a family to view him and take pictures. Then they put him in the Hearst and took him to the cemetery. Courtesy was abounding. Deborah L Jackson: It was hard to get the funeral home and cemetery to match a date and time. It was a long meeting with the funeral director who had to keep leaving for various reasons. They have been slow returning phone calls and doing what you ask. For instance I forgot a nephew who passed away, called them asked that it be changed for the newspaper. What it changed for the newspaper No. They had five days to do it. My family has used this funeral home for many years with no complaints about their services.

Heather Dashner: Everything started off great with the initial visit, I was pleased with my choice. However, that was the extent of ease. The paperwork didn’t get filed in a timely matter which means it took forever to get the the death certificates and nothing could get accomplished. We called a couple times to check on the status of everything and the woman we worked with was extremely rude to my mom as she ensured her everything was submitted. We called the county and they informed us they were waiting on paperwork from the funeral home. We called the county back a few days later and they told us they still hadn’t received the required paperwork. We again called the funeral home and were told everything was filed. It was later that day that the county received the paperwork. Once we finally got the certificates, the date was incorrect. There were belongings that were originally missing but HAD to be on the deceased. The funeral home said they checked but would recheck for good measure…they found nothing. About a week later, after the cremation was supposed to take place and after I spent $600 on key fobs, I received a call saying they had found the belongings “deep in his pockets”. How hard is it to check pockets?!
