Brandy Falsetta: This place begged me to be their customer when I lived near them. And it was more like a pushy used car sales place then a pharmacy. Constantly calling me, filling prescriptions I didn’t want refilled without asking. (Older meds I hadn’t got refills on because I didn’t need the refills) Then when I moved out of the area I thought oh ok maybe it would be nice to have a pharmacy that delivers being I don’t have a car even if they do annoy the death out of me. But they started not wanting to deliver then. Ugh.....
MOUNTAIN: This Pharmacy just opened it's doors in our neighborhood a few weeks ago. I had my perscriptions at another good pharmacy about 20 minutes away. Recently, I was in a pinch for time and made a decision to move my Rx's closer to me and try the new pharmacy. To my surprise, I made a a good choice. I was delighted to meet the new Pharmacist...he has been in the business for 26 years. I found him to very nice and compassionate towards me. He did a good job in getting my Rx's transferred. I feel that he a competent Pharmacist . I sense that he will take excellent care of us. I also enjoyed meeting his beautiful wife who has a interesting gift shop at the pharmacy too. Welcome to the neighborhood, It was a pleasure meeting you. Thank you.

Nathan Janssen: This is by far the most convenient pharmacy in lansing. This family owned pharmacy has the nicest staff out of any pharmacy in the greater Lansing area, if not all of michigan. I am always treated very kindly and my prescriptions are always ready when I need them. I have never had to wait in line and their free delivery is wonderful. 10 out of 10. I would never recommend another pharmacy in my life. I have had nothing but great experiences with Your Pharmacy!

Chris Hendrickson: Not a reliable pharmacy if you have any medications that are needed. After filling my perscription for 6 months I went in to pick up my prescription and was told he would lose money and wouldn't fill it. I had even stopped in the day before I called it in to make sure he could fill it. Now it will be another week before I can get it filled somewhere else.

Bethany Huff: We had a prescription called in for my children. I wasn't able to pick it up that same day. This place proceeded to call me repeatedly several times starting early in the morning telling me to come get our medications. When we called and explained why it was difficult to come get it the man said he would have it delivered. Here it is 6 hours later and no medication has been delivered. When we called to have it checked on the lady on the phone got angry and blamed us for not picking it up. I asked to have the prescription order transferred to some where closer, they refused basically holding our medication hostage. Not at all impressed with this place! Terrible customer service. I had to call the doctors office to have a different prescription called into the pharmacy closer!Update: The guy is impossible to talk to. The nurse called and cancelled the medications here and called them into our usual pharmacy. The guy then tried to deliver the medications and would not listen to me on the phone when I tried to explain that the medications had been cancelled and tried to tell me I HAD to take them. I am not taking medications that had been cancelled in the first place. We will NEVER do business here again!

Plus they do free delivers and the delivery person takes time to answer all of your questions! She has such a strong medical knowledge and a warm heart. Walking into the place feels like you’re walking into the home of a close friend you have known for years. They are the example of what a pharmacy should be!

RJ Cormack (Fireguy): This store is NOT 24hr, it closes at midnight and reopens at 6am (if they have enough staff). The drive-thru pharmacy is 24 hours (if they have the staff). The line is always over an hour! Hire employees at a wage that keeps the store staffed. They never answer the phone due to 1 pharmacist alone, and occasionally they just close due to lack of employees. COVID is over, this is poor management not paying enough to retain staff.
Muzappar Okyan: Never ever come to this location. Unless you want to die while waiting to pick up your medication.If you have emergency situations DO NOT come to this location.

Jamie Hall: Worst pharmacy ever I came up there 3 time and every time the staff said prescriptions will be ready in 30 minutes. Wasted gas and time could of just said about a hour and eliminated me wasting time of running up there 3 times are you serious. Last girl was rude af. They really need to teach their staff customers service skills. If you don’t like your job lady then get another one. Smdh.
Chad Jubeck: The only pharmacy open in 100 mile radius on Christmas Eve they seemed really busy and yet the Pharmacist/tech Chet and Cisco were so nice and knowledgeable and prompt. They told me 30 mins which I thought it would be even longer but Chet saw I was waiting and immediately helped me as well as other people around me and I was outta there in 10-15mins instead of 30 or longer! His kindness and professionalism impressed me and was so appreciated after sitting in the ER for 8 hrs in pain leaving rating worse than when I went in, I wasn’t in A good mood at all. The staff at this type of pharmacy was one i’d Drive outta my way to GOTO again.
Joe Shmoe: You let me wait 30 min on a script to get filled just to say you gotta call the doc before you willfill it. This is on a sunday, did you really think the doc was going to be in his office on a sunday? before making me wait for nothing.

Good thing her coworker was there cause it would have gotten worse. You may have worked there for 20-some years but you can keep working on your customer service cause that is subpar .
Kassi Novello: The most patient staff, and most helpful pharmacists. I feel very comfortable picking up my medication and asking for help if I have questions.
Sarah Fireflyfarm: The pharmacists here are kind and friendly. I’m always delighted to say hello when I visit my doctor, even if I don’t have a prescription to refill. The shop has a lovely supply of gifts, cards, and snacks as well as many over the counter medications. My doctor, a lab, and x-ray machines are all in the same building. I’m accident prone, so I’m grateful to have all of my medical needs in one location.
Jen D: I used to go to the pharmacy #11 on Michigan Ave. and service was always fantastic and timely. If they said it would be 20 minutes, that’s exactly how long it took. Now they’ve moved to be combined with this location. I’ve been waiting 40 minutes now, they said it would be 20 minutes. I have other things to do. I could have left and come back if they would have given me an accurate time.

A. Jones: Years ago this pharmacy used to GREAT. Dan the pharmacist really knew his stuff! The owner retired and sold it, and since then it has gone DOWNHILL. Today I was directed to them as being a "specialty pharmacy". I needed to find a place that sold a certain test kit my doctor ordered. I was greeted by a VERY RUDE young woman in the pharmacy who said they were NOT a specialty pharmacy, but that the Pharmacist told her that "Assensia" (sp?) on the west side of town was one. I asked her where they were, and she said, "I don't know". I asked her how to spell the name, "I don't know". As a typical young clueless person, she told me to "Just speak the name into your phone." I told her I don't have an Iphone, I was calling from a LAND LINE. She was stumped, and basically told me it wasn't her problem! I looked the word "Assensia" up on the internet, and it was ASSENSION Pharmacy. and not ASSENSIA. I called them, and they also said they were NOT a specialty pharmacy either. The hunt goes on for a "specialty pharmacy" in this area that carries the test kit my doctor ordered. Once again Lansing lives up to it's reputation for being a backwater town!

It’s such a refreshing change after 13 years of Chicago and San Francisco pharmacies. 😀The pharmacy staff is so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly—I’m always greeted personally, with a smile. It’s nice to receive a call from a person when prescriptions are ready...almost always same day. Also a huge bonus, they offer delivery—even to the west side—free of charge (though a tip is always good instant karma).
Jen Melendez: My scripts were faxed over Thursday afternoon to be delivered on Friday. They didn't read the script and sent them to an old address. It's now Monday after 6:00 an still no medications. I have heart meds, blood pressure meds, and insulin that I have to have. My Dr ordered my diabetic supplies and they came through the mail and arrived today, but still no meds. I need suggestions for a pharmacy that delivers when needed, not when they feel like getting to it.

Sam Korson: These people used to be helpful/nice but today the Russian sounding woman (Ana I think) decided to be nasty with me and hang up after saying something rude to me; she's always had an attitude and I never liked her but now they're totally out of line.She first refused to fill my prescription since I wasn't a "regular patient" even if my doctor called it down. I had done nothing to her besides having some of my prescriptions switched to the nearby Rite Aid due to this place's overly restrictive hours that I honestly just can't work with. Then I asked what exactly is keeping her from filling a prescription sent down by a doctor, and she lied and said she's already told me "five times" without any further explanation. When I asked "five times?" she immediately just hung up the phone. This woman is nasty and I would recommend strongly against doing business with these people. They have a couple of normal humans who also work there but you never know if you'll get the nice or mean one on the phone.

Michael “The Boondoaked Saint” Smith: Great store, great employees, but what’s up with the pharmacy? I walk in today at 9:45am. Literally no one in the store but employees. I walk back to pharmacy counter and again no one waiting. I hand my prescription the the pharmacist and he tells me that I will receive a text when it is ready? It takes at maximum 2 minutes to put my 60 pills in a bottle and print the label so why am I forced to make two trips to this store? What was so time sensitive the Pharmacist was doing that he couldn’t take 2 minutes to fill my prescription? That’s nothing but laziness and quite honestly totally pathetic that my health is taken with a grain of salt by this pharmacy.
Ash: Garbage pharmacy. They hate women's rights and almost everytime I pick up my prescription there's an issue. The world would be a better place if this disgusting corporation never existed

Jeffrey W: 10 years of this place is ENOUGH! Constant problems with prescriptions. NEVER accountable for their mistakes. The auto refill service is a joke and they constantly make excuses for that. SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH THE PRESRIPTIONS in the last 5+ years that I can not list them all here.One hour photo was comical last year by telling me to pick up in 3 days. I waited 3 days delayed me again, I called the store and asked why, they said they won't have regular 4x 6 photo paper for quite a while and order at another Walgreens 3 miles away (I thought maybe they could have taken it upon themselves to borrow photo paper from that store for ALL of their photo customers)The rewards program is almost a scam with hoops that you have to jump thru. Along with the system creating a second account for me which also created constant hassle for me (once someone at a second location figured out I had two accounts).Two stars because there is one employee that always seemed to care and did a good job here. Others not worthy of ZERO stars, including one in Pharmacy who blatantly laughed at me when I was mad that their system screwed up and believed they should fix the problem, not me or my doctor. (By the way I have learned several things about my prescriptions at my new pharmacy that no one ever took the time, or professionalism at this place to explain to me).

Adam Grimm: I brought my spouse in for a vaccine. After having problems with our insurance information, we finally got checked in. She was called back to the vaccination room where they were prepared to give her a flu shot. When she informed them that she was there for a DIFFERENT vaccine, they had her come out and fill out more information.Although he got it right the second time, she received poor and cold attention from them and no apology. They seemed to rush her out as she was asking follow up questions about subsequent doses. She witnessed the same pharmacist providing friendly service to other customers and was very upset when she left. We won’t be visiting this location again.
Roberto Flores: With the precision of a Surgeon, Bryce gave me my second covid-19 vaccine dose & without the help of three Walgreens locations in Lansing & their entire staff willing to assist their customers to the fullest, I'm afraid I would'nt have recieved my second dose. I am extremely greatful to Walgreens, their staff & Bryce for doing such an excellent job today & for his impeccable customer service. Thank you very much, I greatly appreciate you all.
Cartier Jones: This Walgreens is horrible. Every time u call in a refill it’s never ready u have to wait 20 minutes or come back later. They can never find your insurance info and they even given me the wrong medicines which is very dangerous. They are always running around in a hurry. Switching pharmacies ASAP.
Talitha Koum: Quick and easy to get what you need. The people who work there are smiling and so kind! Lots of candy. They did have out Easter candy when I was there on 2.28.2021. If you need any cosmetics they have lots to choose from!
Kelly Warner: I went on Sunday to get a covid test, it's now Friday and still don't have results. My job is getting irritated as am I. I will never, hoping I wont need to, ever go to walgreens or rite aid again for any form of covid testing!!!!

Staff was great.Original post:Scheduled my covid-19 vaccination, as arranged by my work, for 12:30 arrive 15 minutes early as instructed with all my documentation, to find out they didn't have any vaccines. They had known this since yesterday and did not call or text me (when they when they definitely had all this information) and let me waste my lunch break coming over there. Very disrespectful of my time.Edit: Now the vaccine is in, and I'm trying to reschedule my vaccination, the website isn't working to schedule. I called the store to try to bypass the website not working and I talked to a machine and was informed that the store can't help me schedule, I'll have to go to (the not working) website.Called customer care to try to get an answer, was willing to wait on hold, but they disconnected me after several minutes of "we're experiencing higher than normal call volume, please hold we'll be with your shortly".Three disappointments for one unsuccessful visit.

Vee Petersen: If you are sick and need the pharmacy... do NOT go here. The pharmacist who is prepping your medication refuses to wear a mask. I have tried calling the pharmacy manager... reported the 3 pharmacists that were working that day... none of them wearing masks. She said she would do something about it. 3 days later went back and they were still NOT wearing them. I don't want someone breathing on my medication and bottles. If you are taking meds... your immunity system is already compromised.The mask is not to protect them from you... it is to protect you from them.
Jay Huizar (Junior): Yes. Was open on Christmas.Update: I came here on several different occasions and on one, there was a homeless man asking me and everyone to buy him something to drink. The employee at the counter told him he couldn't ask customers for requests and that was great. Made me feel better. The next time I came in, one employee was demanding another employee that she had to stay later until 10pm, the female employee was saying how when her ride was to get there, she was leaving. They went back and forth until I chimed in and said "This conversation shouldn't be in front of customers." They both went back to work and nothing further to discuss.
Life Love: This walgreen pharmacy is very fast and expedient. Staff is friendly and caring about concerns and answers any question i have! Thanks walgreens for being there when i am sick and for all my other needs!

Phil Damico: Don't always send texts. Don't follow their own policies. Not open weekends. Staff is rude and could care less about your quality of life. Very, very inconsistent pharmacy. Your definitely better off not going here.
Evan Husted: Timely text reminders and prescription refills, parking in the ramp kinda sucks tho.
Mrs. “BD's Wifey” Franklin: The pharmacist is so helpful and will come answer any questions you have. The ladies at the front are also very nice and extra helpful. They remind me of the old small town pharmacies, where they knew who you were and they always greeted you with a smile. Better than any big name pharmacy.
John Ruge: They are always helpful when I have insurance issues. Always friendly. I've been going there for years. Turnover is low so I've got to know them.

I had to switch it back to this Pharmacy because they are the only people that actually try to help me get my prescriptions. L D: The staff is fine but the store manager shut down the entrance by the pharmacy. In fact out of 3 entrances they only have one open. I suppose to allow maxiumum covid exposure by really packing everyone in. I wont walk all the way from the other entrance to get to the pharmacy and it is deplorable that they make elderly people do that so I am taking my business elsewhere. Id like to say that the staff has been fine. There was one lady a year ago who seemed temporary who was really rude to me for some reason but every other person working there has been great.
