If you don’t have enough time to read, I put one liner for you.Experience: Slow service, dishonesty, poor value for money. There are other local movers who are far superior than them, at least in my recent experience on move on 9/9/2022. To know in details, read on….I moved within 0.5 miles from 2 bed apartment to a single family home. I had a TV, a daybed, a computer table, a recliner sofa, 2 bookshelves, 15 boxes, 4 mattresses, 1 bunk bed (disassembled), 1 platform bed. All were packed and made ready for them to move within 0.5 miles. They only diassembled portion of daybed, wrapped the sofa. Can you imagine how much time it took? 4 Hours and 30 mins. They just reassembled the portion of daybed in the WRONG WAY!!! unwrapped sofa and kept in basement and kept all boxes in the living room, as I saw if I tell them to put all boxes in respective rooms, they will take another hour.DISHONESTY: They bumped and made dings on multiple walls, one mover told proactively, while the other literally suppressed him not to say like that (yeah, I overheard their talk)! They told they have made a note and will call to fix, but it has been a week and I was the one who called and send mails.As Slow as Hell - They seem dead tired, as ours was last move. They took break for 15 mins, one of the mover was even saying that there should have been 1 extra guy.I have moved multiple times and all of that they moved would have been done by my earlier movers in half the time! Unfortunately I couldn’t hire them as they don’t service this local moves!After a week of my move, nobody had the single courtesy for feedback (of course they know what I am about to give), no follow up on damages!!If you value money, try different movers. As a proof, I am sharing some pics.Review update (After a response from the owner, 7 months after I posted the review).There is a level of dishonesty, a service company can do. It seems this owner has crossed all levels.Responding after 7 months, telling lie, that I had another moving company, I don’t know if I should laugh or just leave it.There was no other movers that were there on the same day. Stop telling lies. If you have seen my complaints, there were few items, and no stupid would summon 2 moving companies and then keep complaining about it.If you see the pictures, I was supposed to be called and taken care of the damage. I called them multiple times, and finally stopped. Now I see a reply after 7 months, where there are false justifications.Please do have the guts of telling truth and do a decent service before you defending yourselves.Your workers themselves told that, they were told it is a very small move, where, to them, this was a big move.Do a proper business, please!

Brianna Garrett: I hired M & M Moving for the 2nd time and my experience was less then satisfactory. They showed up almost an hour late with the wrong equipment and then when they went back to the office I was told they didn’t have the truck and trailer ready so the team arrived back at my place 4 hours later then the original time. The guys could not keep up throughout the day and the move. Their energy was drained from all the morning nonsense which then made the job take longer. At the end of the day when I talked to the owner instead of being apologetic about the mistakes and issues he snorted back “sorry it wasn’t perfect” and even yelled and cursed at me on the phone. The lack of professionalism and accountability is why I would never recommend this company! Treat your customers better especially your repeat clients!In response to the reply, when I can lap the guys unloading and moving I would not consider that a job well done. One of your men even fell on the job. In response to the Owner, he lacked the ability to take any accountability for a mistake that easily could have been avoided. Time and Energy are valuable, and they thought no big deal to waste mine. I stated I would pay for 4 hours, that was not enough, so he is deciding to go to take his claim to court.

Although movers can all be a bit pricey, it was worth every penny. They did everything according the procedure; pre walk through before disassembling and moving our belongings out of the old house, and another walkthrough before moving items in and reassembling. Absolutely worth every penny to have them disassemble and reassemble furniture while you deal with the remaining stressful parts of your move. Would recommend.

justbless: I have found two men and a truck to be very dishonest, and in my opinion, make up the rules as they go. I storing some things in their facilities, and when I went to go get some things out (I asked them before renting the storage unit if I would be able to come in an out and I was told yes, all I had to do is give them a 24 hour call) they never told me that to get some things out of storage would cost me $40 and when I asked to see the contract that I signed Daniel was unable to produce anything. I have a lot more complaints about them. My suggestion to you is this if you are going to use them don’t! Because they will lie to you to get your business and change in the middle of the move.

First, they underestimated my load requirements for truck size and left it at my old house. then they increased the weight of the truck to charge me over $1000 more than original price. I tried to call the office to get an explanation but was on hold for 45 minutes. once I met the movers up at the house, I finally spoke with a manager on the phone who told me it was my fault that they brought the wrong size truck. I had no choice but to pay these losers way too much for the service. I told them where to leave things and to lock the doors when they were done because I had to rent a uhaul truck and finish loading the house myself as I had to be out of the old house that day. I was not able to supervise the unload because of their terrible service, thus far. once I got to the new house late that night, I found pieces of furniture broken and laying in the yard, the doors unlocked and their moving trash overflowing my personal garbage container. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. DON'T USE IT. The only reason I give it one star is because my heavy furniture did get delivered. otherwise, ZERO STARS.

Laurie Brenner: - the movers showed up late. Only 12 minutes late, but late nonetheless.- They were shocked at the size of this job. I was very explicit of what this entailed when I called and spoke to someone to set this up. They mentioned they thought this was going to be a small job, when it not only ended up taking all day, but also taking 2 trips. Why wasn't the right size truck brought? Why didn't I get some kind of discount for the second trip?- I had to repeat myself SEVERAL times on what I was taking. I was moving, I didn't want to leave much of anything but I had to keep telling them "I'm taking the treadmill", "I'm taking the rug", "I'm taking the futon"....- they wouldn't take any of my mirrors in fear of breaking them. (I have like 5 large mirrors). They had a pile of blankets in the truck, but didn't use any. Isn't that what those are for? Are people not expected to move their mirrors? I had to move them myself, which really defeated the purpose of hiring movers.- They pulled out the wires in my dryer. (See attached pic). The dryer worked when they got to the house, but didn't work when they moved the dryer to the new house. After inspecting the dryer, it was found they pulled the wires out in the back and we had to go purchase another screw for one of the wires. Not an expensive fix at all, but a very inconvenient one in the midst of moving.- They completely messed up the top of my freezer. (See attached pic). That freezer was new 2 months ago. It had no marks on it at all. Why wasn't one of those blankets used to protect it?- Several comments were made about my pet's fur in my home. I was told that if I didn't vacuum the furniture and my rug, they wouldn't put those in the truck. Why wasn't this made clear when I called to set this up? It was not only inconvenient, but very rude.No one EVER called back with a resolution to make this all right. I would use extreme caution if using this company!!

They moved furniture from our 4 bedroom, 4 car garage home to a smaller home with no problems. Lydia Tang: We contracted them to move a piano. It was a harrowing and unprofessional move. There were external circumstances - navigating an estate sale and light rain - but I don't have any confidence in their skills. They transported the piano upside down with the wheels in the air. I have never heard of anyone else doing this. With the entire weight of the piano in the lid, the hinge and one side was damaged. They also scraped the corner of the side as they attempted to flip the piano right side up in our driveway and a few pieces were knocked completely out. We were mortified.
