Ryan Yates: Extremely unsatisfied with my service. I was in a collision 3 weeks ago and nobody from the company has helped me start my mini tort claim. They keep saying that we don't do estimates on vehicles and then they give me numbers for people who they claim do yet when I contact them they say it's not their job or they don't do that service. This is quite literally like having no insurance except I didn't get a ticket during the crash when the police arrived. Extremely unsatisfied with the service provided. Will be looking for another insurance agency if this isn't resolved QUICKLY.

I called to get a quote on a new vehicle telling them I wanted the same coverage on my other vehicle minus rental coverage but they didn't asd my roadside assistance and tried stating I denied that coverage. Now why would I deny that coverage on a newer vehicle. I know exactly what I said and instead of doing what's right and adding it they told me I'd have to wait so I paid over $2000 for my vehicles for 6 months and don't even have towing. What a joke of a company. Ill take my money elsewhere!

Bob Holdridge: Yes they are one of the cheapest for auto insurance in Michigan and the commercials with Flo make it sound like all is good in the world. Until you have a claim, that is. Low-ball offer, nitpicking every detail of the vehicle to justify their downgrading condition, and no real recourse if you counter the offer. The "comps" they used aren't available to the public, but they won't accept your comps unless it's a verified for sale (with a valid url) and equipped exactly as your vehicle. They say you can hire an independent appraiser, but then you also have to pay for a third party to arbitrate the appraisers findings. And good luck trying to talk with anyone after the accident - it's all text messages and emails until they want you to make a recorded statement. Oh, and getting them to waive the deductible when the other party was 100% at fault is nearly impossible. I have cancelled my three autos and one motorcycle policy, but it wasn't soon enough. No more progressive; I'll pay more for much better customer service and a local agent.

Shawn Rosenberger: I reported a claim 11/24 and waited a week to get a call from a rep and then they wanted some pictures and info so I uploaded the info and tried to get a hold of the rep to make sure the info was good enough for them and I can never get ahold of my rep.I have never had such bad service in my life.Rep (OLUMIDE FAULKNER) if you get assigned this rep ask for another rep or just find a new insurance company.The hassle is not worth the savings.

They were very fair with the replacement value of the vehicle. Other insurance companies we've been with reimbursed us significantly below the minimum value for our car.
