Dan Malcolm: I have had a perfect experience working with Jim & Ashley, at the Fuerstenau-Burkett Agency. I appreciate their personal, professional, detailed service and that when I have a question, I don't have to call a 1-800 # and sit through the annoying "push this button for" prompts. Jon Lacross: Jim cares more about selling policies than he does helping people. Buyer beware. After 10 years of being his customer he did nothing when it mattered. I would strongly urge you to seek other agents.

I could not make a payment on my policy until underwriting receives the paperwork.Every time I call on the status of the paperwork all I got was the run around. So I changed Agents my new Agent had taken care of everything in one day not one month.I would not recommend Darrean Dunn’s office for your insurance Agents.CLUELESS
