hsinfu wang: I am a dental provider and we did a surgical extraction procedure for a patient on 1/2019. Delta dental decided to recover $65 of this procedure because they suddenly decided a few weeks ago that it should be only billed as non-surgical. This procedure was done almost 4 years ago.I replied with a xray showing them that their consultants were clearly wrong, but today, they took back $65 in payment. That was a pretty difficult procedure, now they want to reduce the payment. Delta dental consultants should try and do those procedure themselves for under $100. What they do is criminal.

Max S: Delta portal needs some serious work. Everything takes you in a circle. Don't know your username? It asks you to log in with your email and password. Don't know your password? It asks you to input your username. Want to change your password on the auto login site that is on your companies portal? Operation failed. Want to find your username on that company portal? Why on earth would Delta want to tell you what your username is.Their solution? Call them and wait interminably. Incredibly frustrating. They don't care about your dental health, just about the money they get pretending to provide a service.

Toni ': Delta Dental sent a check to cover dental care. I deposited the check into my checking account. A week later the check was returned and I had an additional $30 deducted from my account because the check was bad. I called Delta dental and they said that some checks that they sent out were signed and some weren’t. They said that one of the checks must have gone through. I contacted my bank, I only deposited one check and that check was bad. The lady at Delta Dental had the nerve to get smart saying there was a letter enclosed with a check stating that if you already received a check for the same amount don’t cash this one.

Jezabel Montsinclair: Very poor customer service. Ill-informed, unprofessional people that don't care if the information they are giving you is accurate or not. Everytime it gets worse and worse. I just had a conversation, the delta dental customer service rep says "they done your tooth in February and done re-did the same tooth in May". Trash way to speak in a professional setting. It took me several questions to find out dates of service & tooth number that he was referring to. Then after much back and forth he tells me that they billed for the doing the same thing on 2 separate dates. I assure him this is wrong. It's an implant - post one date and then 3 months later crown placement on the implant post. He tells me I'm wrong, puts me on hold only to come back after speaking with the dentist office, and tries to explain to me what I had already told him.Delta Dental is a joke

daniel morrow: Worst claims experience I’ve had with an insurance company. I’m not surprised that valuing customers isn’t on their website since they don’t seem to care about paying timely claims. They stated it takes about 30 days to review claims…but that 30 days resets with every question they’ve asked. So when they had my claims info for 25 days and then asked if my insurance was primary or secondary, they reset the 30 days when we provided them an answer.

This is the first time I had an insurance claim. They were so kind and helpful in providing me with the information I needed. Concerned about my well being that I was ok. Followed up with a phone call and email . The processing my claim with my insurance adjuster was similar helpful, kind concerned that I was ok. It was and is a pleasure to do business with an insurance agency that cares about you and does a great job in providing service.

Trevor Swem: Had an open claim on my roof which was about to be replaced. Mike said it wouldn't be a problem and I paid in full. The underwriter then disagreed and said I had 30 days to replace the roof and would otherwise cancel the policy. Roofers were 45 days out. Thanks Mike.

Nicholas: After having a homeowners policy with Mike's office for a decade, I decided to combine my auto insurance and get a better rate. Unfortunately, after setting up the policy, I was informed that the price quote I was given was incorrect, and that there would be an increased cost. This was understandable, however, the increase in price was quoted as three different values, before a fourth amount was actually charged. Speaking to the office provided no help, and we chose to cancel our policy and go to Progressive.This was only the beginning of our 4-month journey to be rid of Farm Bureau, as we continued to be charged for the canceled policy. Each time we were given an apology and promise that the issue had been resolved, only to find that this was not in fact the case the next month. After many back-and-forth conversations with the Farm Bureau billing department, we were told that they agreed that we had not been treated fairly by Mike's office, but that they would have to be the ones who helped make it right.We decided to simply take the final $100 hit, and will never do business with Mike, or Farm Bureau, ever again. Mike has remained unresponsive, despite many requests to his various employees to have him return my call.
