Laura Larson: I have used Payne insurance for about one to two years now and I actually had come to Brian for help when my previous insurance agent dropped me with no notification for 6 months. That harmed my outlook to get insurance but Brian was able to set me up with a quote at a price I can afford and better yet, when I asked to look around for deals when I turned 25, we switched insurance companies (but I kept Payne Insurance as my agent) and now I'm paying an even better deal with absolutely no hassle! I am so extremely pleased having used Payne Insurance and I was able to do everything without EVER going into their office. I've never even met them face to face, and I think I love that the most. Payne Insurance, and Brian, are just great with customer service and working with you to get everything you need the way you want! Simply amazing!

I was quickly provided with a plethora of options and rates hundreds of dollars below the options I was exploring myself. Like other reviews suggest, they do not aggressively pitch any sales or try to push any particular rates. She is beyond rude, condescending and has zero accountability for where she messed up. I contact the owner Corey and have not heard back, of course. I immediately switched my policy today because I will never give my money to a company that would treat their customers so poorly. Tragic somebody like her is the face of this business.

Corey Velandra: Absolutely abysmal service.My wife has called multiple times over the course of the past several years trying to get Rathbun to change her account information (name on her policy), which is always met with "you'll get a call back" or "we'll take care of it."It has never been taken care of, they never call back, which leads to more phone calls, leaving messages with "receptionists."We've gone through a mortgage process recently, and they have even been refusing to provide information to the bank. Our loan officer has said that he has tried to contact them multiple times over the course of the past 4 months, and they just tell them that we've "switched insurance carriers." Which absolutely is not the case.Terrible service, you will never receive any calls back, and they will always take the easiest way out of any situation that you present them.I would not recommend Rathbun to anyone that I know.

jennifer pfaff: we are a mobile locksmith company. we had trouble finding insures who could even understand our risks. as the back of the truck is a shop. the front is a locksmith driving at risks on the roads. two very different liabilities. in our first month after a ten year near perfect record. 3 employee car accidents. each more bizarre than the next.I am so grateful for our agent Jason Orton who first made sure we were covered for all these catastrophes when we were first advised what we needed to be secure and safe.secondly, grateful that Jason was available at 10 pm on a Sunday for phone calls at each car disaster.i don't know what will come next but i know i have an amazing commercial advisor to help.
