Buzz Betz: What a joke ! Jen Sclier should not work here. I had one of their insured run into the back of my brand new truck. He was a super nice guy ! however Auto Owners is terrible Suggesting I should drive my truck that is damaged. She wont even follow up with repair estimate. And wont return phone calls. The way I look at it, Is when you sell insurance you will meet your future customers, like me. This is the nature of your business. Now were locked in with your company. Then you us ignore and hope we go away. I understand from speaking with a former claims adjuster that you are trained to absolutely do anything to not pay claims. This is why when it comes to insurance claims I always lawyer up and keep notes. Yes they take 60% you will get 40%. This is the only way I have ever felt I have been treated fair. I know what the repairs cost and the diminished value is. $5000.00 is fair and reasonable. I can honestly say I would rather this accident never happened because I don't feel any more ahead even when I receive my $5000.00 claim.

kagan mateo: I ended up dealing mainly with the call center individuals rather than the agent. I found the people at the call center to be professional, polite, efficient and cordial. I never had to file a claim (Yeah!) but imagine I would have experienced the same level of service. If I ever need auto insurance in the U.S. again I will use Auto-Owners without hesitation.

Their Office will never return your call as courtesy. Stay away from this place.
