Lansing Institute of Behavioral Medicine: what do users think?
Lauren Schott: I love my provider Annemarie so I really tried to stick it out, but I will both be leaving and finding another practice as well as my husband, a patient of 10 years. Ever since Lifestance took over, it’s been absolutely terrible. No returned phone calls, impossible to get a hold of, even in an emergency like running out of medication. They push the “portal” for communication and appointment requests and completely ignore it. Half the time the phone lines don’t even work or haven’t even been set up yet. It shouldn’t be this much work. It’s almost comical how bad it is.
Mary Gillengerten: The support staff is a joke
Emma Haynie: They never return phone calls and they let you run out of medications that are vital. The staff is rude, inconsiderate, and doesn't know how to use technology. The receptionists, nurses, and nurse practitioner are careless. Do not go here.I had to go without medications that I am prescribed to function because PA Margaret Keesler did not know how to send it through electronically with their new system. She said she would look into fixing it and call me back, but she never did. I went through so much suffering because of this.
April Baker: This place is a joke They schedule for a telephone appointment and when you call them because you have been waiting online for 20 minutes and they tell you the Dr they gave you is bad with telephone appointments. Why would you schedule me with that Dr then? And then tell me oh the Dr is 30 minutes behind ok well why would someone not reach out to me and tell me that instead of making me hunt someone down to find out why the Dr has not got on. Sorry but I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
IntuitionsbyNiko: The receptionist/ people to deal w on the phone are not the best. Kind of rude for working at a Psychiatrist office especially. Like any doctors office they make money from prescribing you meds so they will push it maybe more than you need.. I wouldn’t recommend going through them and find something else in the area if possible..
Brandon Bath: This place is terrible. I've been a patient for over a year because I loved my doc, but thankfully he left so I can follow him. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone besides the receptionist who has no ability to get ahold of anyone else in the company apparently. Somehow it takes multiple days to get a note for work, even when promised to have it by the end of the day. The software they use for the e-appointments is terrible. But don't worry - they still charge you for your appointment. Go anywhere else but here.
Austin Ellsworth: Been a patient for 6 years here. Will be following my doctor to another practice due to LIOBM being bought out by some out-of-state mega corporation. Now all communication is automated, even BILLING questions need to be directed to an out-of-state number which nobody answers and leave a message nobody returns. New mandatory paperwork which is very restrictive and patronizing. Trying to get to the right place to begin a video visit is very difficult with their awful website. You have to search through all the providers in MICHIGAN to find your doctor and this is how you are told to access your appointment every single time. This is like walmart or mcdonalds or amazon tried to do mental health care. The office wasn't great to begin with, but now it's hellish.
Emilee Haines: I had a conversation with Sarang Patel yesterday and he turned my day around. I was having such a bad day but his humor had my stomach hurting from laughing so hard. It was a breath of fresh air for me. I wish more providers had that type of humor!
J: I have seen Dr.Meland for 8 years. He's saved my life. The office has always been professional and polite. I've dealt with them for all of this time and they've great.
yvonne hyden: I have been going to the Lansing Institute of Behavioral medicine for many years and I've never had a problem concerning anything. Dr. Picone and his staff are caring and understanding, and are Much appreciated.Yvonne Hyden Wright
Bill Nurenberg: Just want to say thank you so much to Olivia and I'm so sorry I forgot the receptionist name for all the help yesterday.Your job is not easy but the crises we had and the help you gave my daughter by getting her some meds called in thank you so much.I just wish Insurance company could do a better job in helping you guys I feel for you all.But again thank you for all you do not enough credit is given to the people like you that work so hard.
nick schutt: My doctor is fantastic but the nurse practitioner Sam is horrible at returning phone calls and flat out doesn't do her job... your business model is to prescribe medication to patients who have medical issues. So that means you need to make sure they have their refills on time. I call and after 36 hours and multiple voicemails she decides to call and tell me she doesn't care if it's on time or the fact that she had 36 hours to do her job. Instead she wants to debate if i should have it on time and that expecting a call back or the job done is setting the bar too high.....you need a new job because you clearly do not understand the business model or the fact medication is not meant to be taken will nilly. You had plenty of time to do your job and you flat out told me yeah you don't care and that you are not filling it....if my doctor wasn't as good as he is I would never use this place. 36 hours and no call back! If you don't have the staff then hire more people because that's plenty of time. Went medication is meant to be taken daily and you are out then guess what your job is to fill it so they have what the doctor prescribed. I'm very disappointed
Trevor Strzyzykowski: What is going on that the numbers don't work anymore? This is kind of scary. I can't find a way to schedule my appointment--its super frustrating. Kind of important a mental health provider lists a working #. No email? No phone? No online portal? ?? --love my actual provider that I receive care from.
Christina Miller - French: I see Doctor Roy Meland(psychiatrist) & Marilyn mcLain (therapist) both of them are Amazing at what they do.. They've always been respectful, kind and made me feel a 100% comfortable weather be in their office or over a zoom appointment I would highly recommend them both because I truly feel they care about their patients well-being & mental health.
Jessie Boyd: I’ve been going here for about 8(?) years and I love them! I understand how awful it is to try to get patients their medicine when trying to work around insurance etc. so I know it’s sometimes not nearly ideal, but they’ve been very helpful. I see Dr. Mahabir who is an ANGEL and there has been a new (ish) receptionist, I think his name is Lance who is so sweet and nice!
Sheri Conaty: Terrible about getting back with you and the nurse will call not your doctor even if you are having a breakdown they do nothing except tell you to stop your meds and wait for your appointment which is over a week away.
Shawntia Morgan: I've been trying to get medical records for almost two years... And I still don't have them, as a matter of fact one of the receptionist brung up the fact that I filed bankruptcy (like what does that have to do with me needing my medical records), well I guess far as she was concerned (the receptionist), I didn't deserve medical records, because my request never got fulfilled.
C.G. Fitzgibbon: If I could give no stars I would. Please don't put your mental health in the hands of this practice. Your emotional safety is genuinely not a concern of theirs. The office staff and nurses are uncooperative at best and the doctor I had - Angie Stathopoulos - was absolutely unprofessional and unconcerned about patient well being. They let you run out of medication even when you call and contact them repeatedly, no call and no show your appointments (something I have never had a doctor do to me, let alone multiple times), and are defensive to the point of combative if you bring anything to their attention or try to make a complaint. My bringing up the issue of my doctor not respecting my time and letting me run out of meds was met with genuine anger. This professional psychiatrist exchanged harsh words with me before discharging me on the spot when I raised a concern about my treatment.
Alli Turner: I have been a patient at LIOBM for almost a year. I like my doctor, Dr. Lake, but the receptionists and nurses are terrible. Both me and my pharmacies have left many messages to try to get my medications in, but they rarely answer. I’m never able to get ahold of them. I am left having to get emergency pills because they don’t answer in time. I just left a voicemail about 5 minutes ago, trying to get my medication in because I just used up my emergency pills. The wait for a refill of my important pills begins now...
Lori Sue: Friendly staff. Non-judgmental. I highly recommend this place.
Hannah Safferman: The doctors are ok but the receptionists do not do their jobs. I have had them cancel appointments or have not been able to make one when needed. They rarely answer the phone but it’s better to call repeatedly all day until you reach a person because they never respond to voicemails!!! sometimes the mailbox will be completely full. I have run completely out of medication multiple times because I cannot get a hold of anyone in the office to request a refill. even though the doctors are good, it is not worth it and I plan on changing immediately.

Michigan Psychiatric & Primary Care Clinic: what do users think?
Sarah Goodwin: I had been a patient at this facility for three years and had the pleasure of seeing Mary, an excellent psychiatrist. However, after her retirement, I was transferred to Kelly's care. Due to Kelly's pregnancy, I was shuffled around to different psychiatrists and ended up attending most of my appointments via telehealth, with an annual in-person visit.Unfortunately, I missed my last two appointments, one of which I had rescheduled, and the other I had forgotten about. I paid the $200 no-show fee and rescheduled for an in-person visit. I blocked off the entire day at work to plan for the in-person visit, only to receive a notification the next day that my appointment had been canceled. After calling to inquire, I was shocked to hear that I had been discharged as a patient due to "chronic no-shows."I apologized and explained my situation as a full-time working student, acknowledging that it was disrespectful of Kelly's time and not an excuse to miss appointments. However, I strongly believe that discharging a patient is not an appropriate way to treat them. The office manager made me feel terrible, and I had no idea about their policy on no-shows or any prior warning. Moreover, despite having spoken to someone the previous day to reschedule my appointment, no one had mentioned anything about the possibility of discharge.I feel terrible about the situation, and I received no guidance on how to find another psychiatrist or referral. In my opinion, this is not how patients should be treated.
Janie: The billing system is a little annoying but Kelly is great. You can tell she actually cares.
Bryon Berney: My Dr. Mrs.Loomis was amazing but the 5/6 of my attempts to get a billing issue resolved were completely ignored (4 calls and 1 email over a 1 month period). Eventually someone responded to an email I titled URGENT but then they failed to follow up and tell me what they found so I could resolve it. I had to reach out again today to get any info. I can understand mistakes or even MIS-communication but there is no excuse for lack of communication or follow up after a month of weekly attempts. I would recommend getting everything in writing as they exercise zero accountability for verbal statements.
Meggan Impemba: This office is okay. They will get you the care you need medically, but their customer service skills lack greatly. I recently missed my first appointment and was charged $100. My original appointment was rescheduled due to the doctors schedule, and the only reminder I received for my new appointment was the morning of, at 6:15am, less than 2 hours before the appointment. Yes, I should have remembered, but $100 seems absolutely ridiculous, especially since I was willing to accommodate the doctors schedule on short notice and received and received no useful reminder. I have also had issues with the outside lab they use (did not take my insurance, costing me big time), waited well over a half hour for appointments (including virtual!), and had issues with this office forgetting to send in important prescriptions over a holiday weekend. Overall, I give this office 3-stars because the doctors & NPs are caring and dedicated, but this practice really needs to improve their functionality & customer service.
Dan Weese: dt tham is the best in mental health dx but her helper in therapy katie is great in helping us get thru our post traumatic stress disorder and bipolar from when we was younger and has helped us understgand things better with the help of the psychiatric doctor tham the whole staff is greazt in treating us with respect when we come in to the office or on the computer
Stan Lanczynski: I've received care here for 2 years or so. I initially saw Mary and she was very good. I now get care from Eric and Kim who have both been great. They are both kind and professional. I haven't had any negative experiences with any staff members.
Melissa Turner: Absolutely wonderful staff and Tham is awesome!! Always easy to talk to and full of helpful information! Highly recommend over and over!I just want to add, I've been coming here for a few years and I've never had a psychiatrist that was as cool as Tham. For people that are incredibly short-staffed and overworked, the staff is incredible! I would definitely still recommend this clinic
Bernard Pohl: The director called me personally during work hours to escalate a situation (after I requested she not contact me through my psychiatrist) and ultimately dropped me over a complaint on pricing after threatening to do so. They dropped me right before I was scheduled to get my refills because of this (regardless of how they respond, no, it was not mutual, I need my meds). The psychiatrists are pros, but maybe they should prescribe some pills to their director (what's good, Amy).
A H: Always have had a pleasant experience here. Never need to call back, on time or reasonable wait times, listened to, and always helpful! About 3 years with MP&PC and will continue despite the distance.
Mackenzie Draper: I sent them New Patient Information TWICE and waited months to hear back from them. When I followed up with my initial paperwork, they said they did not have me on file. I resubmitted my paperwork, ins. card, etc. and waited again for three weeks. I finally called to follow up AGAIN and they said that it was determined they "could not provide the care I need." I asked the girl on the phone how they could determine that if they didn't KNOW what I needed. Seriously - I just need medication/prescriptions from a psychiatrist... all the girl could say was "sorry." No one even called me to tell me I wasn't going to be accepted - I waited months. My current medications were not working and my primary care physician referred me. AND NO CALL, EMAIL, ETC. TO TELL ME THEY "couldn't provide the care I need" based on absolutely nothing. Completely wasted my time and put me at risk for a mental health emergency -- as a person who is already anxious, depressed and suffering from an additional mental health diagnosis. This truly showed to me their level of indifference for their patients - new or current.I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Mental health care is important and they seem to think they can treat people with zero compassion, care and indifference.
Jayci Clark: I started going here a month and a half ago and so far I am loving it! All the staff is extremely nice and I highly recommend checking this place out!
Michael Thomas: They try to help but make it worse. Example: new therapist, I show up on time only to find it's telehealth. So they offer me a room with no computer. I don't have my charger and my phone is at 3%. Go back up to reschedule and they say that will cost me $100. No one told me it was remote and all the text they sent me never included a link or a hint it was remote.
Taneil Detzler: The office manager body shamed me for wearing a crop top and "showing too much skin" apparently my crop top didn't qualify as a shirt and enacted the "no shirt, no shoes, no service". But they chose not to enact the policy when I walked into the building and instead chose to enact it 10 mins after I had already been sitting waiting there. The office staff are also awful at getting back to you with questions you have and do not give notes about your questions to the doctors.
Fluer Child: If I could leave zero stars I definitely would.I was treated here by Kim and Kelly they are wonderful but everybody else in this office is just nottttttt it.I have slue of health issues.NO one there cares that you have health issues….. no one cares if you have pain.I had several health issues before I came thereI will no longer seek psychiatric help thanks to them.Because I was adamant about what treatment plan I wasn’t interested in I was deemed a difficult patient. They were trying to take away my pain medications while not understanding what Chiari malformation is in the first place🤯The office is predominantly white and I am not so this is where the discourse came.I know see a black therapist. Go at your own risk please be careful.
Ky Co: I was under Tham Doan, NP psychiatric care for three or more years. Tham helped me navigate some of the worst years of my life as I exited the military and was battling post traumatic stress, along with multiple other conditions. Tham, thank you for listening to me, for believing in me, for your thoughtfulness, and your compassion. I’ll never forget how you helped me. I would have continued seeing her, but my medical and psychiatric services now come directly from the VA. Thank you Tham! -Kylee
Andrew Cronk: This office cut me off my Adderall the day I needed a refill because they claim I missed an appointment. My appointment was telehealth. (I always do telehealth). Then Tham tryed saying Adderall withdrawal has no bad symptoms, when I asked her to tell me the symptoms she yelled at me. Then she called the cops on me. Do not trust these people with anything.
Monica Haladyna: I love coming to this place!!! The staff is always friendly and the treatments offered are progressive. My overall health has improved dramatically for the best possible outcome with Spravato which is offered here. Tham is amazing and up-to-date with latest and most innovative treatments.
Lance Hoffman: They saved my life.
Emory Mckeel: This place is amazing. I am so thankful I found them! They really give you an individualized and empathetic experience.
LEANNA MARIE: Not a doctor that listens.I wanted to be lowered off the medication as I was having severe side effects.I had to lower medication on my own. Which was hard but done.Im healthier now than I was under this doctors care.Unprofessional, bad experience with Dr. Tham.
Marlena Moore: Very willing to see me. Billing is terrible. Initially came in for psych services and did alright. Decided to try pcp as well. Between one session and the next I had a huge jump in weight. Instead of trying to investigate why the pcp told me to binge on carrots rather than fruits after I disclosed an ED. When I mentioned it to the psych, she tried to make light of it at the end of our session. As my physical health continued to deteriorate they finally acknowledged they weren't able to help me and did not provide any referrals. I also had to wait over an hour for a session once. They were overloaded with cases for the number of service providers they had when I was a patient.

David Picone, DO: what do users think?
Gracie Wardin: I was charged $70 for missing an appointment, despite having been a patient for 5+ years and not missing an appointment for multiple years. This office does not understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances come up and once in a while a missed appointment happens (you'd think a place with so many psychiatrists and therapists would understand this). I will not be returning here despite being a long-term patient of Dr. Picone's.
Ned Curtis: Dr. Picone has been my psychiatrist since 1999. At that time I was suffering from bipolar depression and needed much help. Dr. Picone has been smart, open, guiding, and really committed to my plan of care. He also found therapist Peter Wood, MSW for me. Both men assisted me in healing over time. I still see Dr. Picone 3-4 times a year……and while it now feels like visiting an old friend, he could & would alert me if any old illness was creeping back toward me. I have trusted Dr. Picone with my life and he has never let me down.
Brit Wise: I honestly loved Dr. Picone. He was easy going and friendly. Seems to compassionately care for his patients. His staff on the other hand are nasty. I've never had a good interaction with any of them from the very first time I went to the office. My bill raised to $300 after insurance was through billing and when I needed a refill of a critical psychiatric drug while I was in crisis, his office staff told me that I could not be seen until the entire amount was paid in full. Would not take payments either. Then out of nowhere they dropped me like a hot rock even after my PCP told them that I was in a crisis and needed to be seen immediately. I was disgusted with how they treated me. I would NEVER recommend this place.
Holly Stryker: I’ve been under psychiatric care since 1999. Dr. Picone is one of only two psychiatrists out of many I’ve seen who has made me feel listened to and taken seriously (the other is in Missouri). At our first meeting I said I didn’t know if I’m actually bipolar; he asked me why, listened intently, acknowledged my opinions, and supported my withdrawal from a medicine that it turned out I *was* incorrectly prescribed (in 2004!) that my previous doctor *insisted* I stay on. He’s never pushed meds on me, or said “we’re upping your dose”... it’s more “what do you think we should do” and “would you like to try...” I appreciate that he does not come off as an authoritarian but rather a partner in my medical care. I highly recommend him.
Molly Hoskins: Dr Picone is great! Helped me way more than prior psychiatrist
Josette Tabor: I absolutely love Dr. Picone and several of my friends have high praise also. I have been a patient of his for several years now and will be lost if he ever retires!
Danielle Geideman: Very disappointing doctor whom will drop you as a patient at the drop of a hat. Cost to see him, regardless of insurance, is not worth it. Save yourself time and find someone else.

MSU Health Care Psychiatry: what do users think?
Everette Morningsong: Called them to make a new appointment, was sent to voicemail and told not to leave multiple messages, left my info, then they never called back. Poor patient management and service.
Vasa Weinstein: I began seeing MSU psychiatry sometime last January and it even started off bad. They lost my new patient form and then told me they were not accepting new patient forms when they told me I had already begun the process some months before. When I finally got in, my psyche prescribed me a new medication and then went on leave. I was notified of this the day before my appointment and was told she would call me to make an appointment when she was back. They gave me no time frame and I was left on a new medication to fend for myself with no help from then. When she came back, I got a threatening voicemail saying if I did not show back up, my prescription would be cut off. Obviously this was scary and hypocritical as they had no problem turning my medication out before. When it finally came time to see my provider, I waited half an hour on the zoom link they sent me, only to be marked as a no show when the doctor didn’t show up. Obviously, this was super frustrating as I just wanted my prescription. My final straw was when I was marked and billed as a third time no show when I received no auto-call reminder and had never even had a second no show, as it was on MSU. For someone seeking mental health help, this added to my stress and they did not help me at all.
Quentin Martinez: Worst experience ever. Shuchi Khosla is the least compassionate person I have ever met. We did not click and didnt want to deal with her attitude so I asked to switch to somebody else. This woman confronts me about it at our next appointment and after that, she tried to get me to stay a patient by sweet talking me and telling me what I wanted to hear. Her attitude was suddenly gone. I dont need somebody to be fake to me. Taking my business elsewhere due to staff not know what professionalism is. Maybe she should think about quitting her job if she is not going to be compassionate and listen.
M Algil: I’ve had many psychiatrists over the years, and I’ve always had pleasant experiences. I’ve also never written a bad review for any business or doctor or anything, But I unfortunately have to do so now. This Is how my experience with MSU psychiatry has been thus far:Day 1: I called to become a new patient. They took my name and phone number and the guy said they would call me back in 24 hours.Day 2: Nobody called.Day 3: I call back and explain that I’d like to become a new patient. They again take my info. They say someone will call me in a few hours. This time, someone calls me back, but all they say is something along the lines of, “I can’t help you become a new patient.” Then why did you call me!?!? She transfers me to the same dept I’ve already spoken to twice. They take my info and say someone will call me back.Day 4: Nobody called.Such a bizarre experience.UPDATE:Day 5: Someone called, finally, who could help me become a new patient. She said they are mailing (not e-mailing) me a packet to fill out, which I will have to mail back. Once they receive the packet, it will take 2 to 3 weeks for me to get an appointment.
Adam Bargiel: The doctor who I saw was very good and I liked seeing her. I had to stay away for a couple months due to some medical conditions and I received a letter saying to call if I still need to be seen or they will have to discharge me. I called within a week and made an appointment to be seen because it was needed. I even cancelled 2 business meetings that day to schedule the appointment. They called me back over a week later to say that, " oops, I have been discharged and I can't come." Very unprofessional and my opinion is if you really want help, then look elsewhere. Like I said, the person (Allie) who I saw was great. The clinic itself does not care.
Devon Harrison: I called to reschedule an appointment & they sent me to the college of human medicine. MSU is high key I competent :)

LifeStance Health: what do users think?
Thomas Borck: They don’t take messages, and that’s like super problematic for a plastic that deals with people’s mental health. A lot of people can barely build up the courage or energy or whatever to make that call in the first place, and some people have very very busy schedules where they can’t call during business hours. The least you could do is allow them to leave a message for someone to listen to and call them back the next time you’re available/open
Donna Wickham: Felt very comfortable to share my feelings.
Karron Norris: I have had nothing but good experiences. Dr Gerri Lynn Hahadon-Szakal is the BEST!!!!!
Elizabeth Smith: I am very impressed with LifeStance Health. My appointments have been going very well. When I have a virtual appointment, the connection is easy to find. I have consistently been pleased with the appointment. I feel heard and respected. My needs are responded to.Thank you LifeStance!
Karon Pewoski: My aunt has been struggling with SEVERE Depression for awhile now. One of the options Lifestance has suggested is Spravato. My aunt is desperate to feel better and it’s been 4 months plus that we’ve been waiting & we’re told they are backed up with 19 patients, a waiting list. I realize this has to be monitored by professionals, but if there’s 19 patients this DESPERATE to get out of their depression then there should be more medical administrators to provide this possible help. Very disappointing. Feels like dangling a piece of cheese to a starving mouse.
Mitchell Lloyd: I really appreciate the express manor in which my appointment was conducted and the overall politeness everyone greeted me with
Judith Falk: Very pleased with all aspects!! Dr Mohamed was pleasant to talk to and thorough . The phone staff was excellent Thank you very much!!
Rodney Maki: Very friendly and professional staff very clean I was in and out under 1 hour would recommend them to anybody
Linda Farnum: Dr was willing to call me & as always he was very interested in what was going on. I can't say enf about him or the practice.
Dana Self: The sign in was very easy, even for the tech challenged. Dr. Vasher was kind and insightful. I am honestly smiling right now.
Teresa Westcott: I'm so happy with the care I have been receiving there. I love that my appointments are video calls and they feel just as personal as if we were face to face.
Pam Brandell: I have been with the same doctor for 23 yrs. I'm a very satisfied client. They help and support you. Excellent people work there.
Michael Cook: Great place great staff
Christy Levine: Mrs. Vasher was caring, patient, understanding and very personable. Staff was polite. Office was welcoming and clean. I would 100% recommend going here.
Janet Rourke: Juliean is awesome. She's kind and understanding. She gives great advice.

Lansing Psychological Associates: what do users think?
Josie Yatskiv: I worked here in the past and the staff is inclusive and wonderful. Would recommend to anyone that is seeking help or employment.
Dennis Martin: I saw Mary Schuring for 4 years even though she was very difficult. She wasn't interested in what you needed to workin. But what she wanted to work in even what she wanted to work in even if you were in depression. Then she left after 4years so she said but I think she just wanted to quit seeing me. She still hasher picture and profile on this site aftershe was supposed to of been gone 8months now. She blackmailed me before She left so I couldn't find another of one of the other 20 therapists there. So if Mary Shuring is still working thereI wouldn't see her!
Tommaso Randazzo: Dr. Harris has been extremely helpful over these past few months, and I'm very thankful to have him to help me through this time. My experiences have only been online and over the phone due to COVID, but I've been very happy with my experience. Holly who answers the phone is extremely kind and to-the-point, which I appreciate. I would recommend Lansing Psych to anyone in the area!
R. S.: My son is in crisis, and he had a zoom appointment. She didn't just keep him waiting, she COMPLETELY GHOSTED him. Not a single phone call or follow up. As far as I'm concerned, that's patient abandonment and she should be sued. Only after several phone calls did she FINALLY call to reschedule but he's already lost trust in her and we've gone elsewhere.
Nancy Downey: I've been lucky to find a good psychiatrist, and a nice Office.
Pamela Saunders: I would have to disagree with the recent posts with respect to the East Lansing office. Wendy Nicholson is a very caring therapist, and I would highly recommend her for therapy needs. As well, the front desk team has always been helpful and accommodating. Not once were politics discussed at any of my sessions with Wendy since I first met her in 2012. Wendy is such an amazing therapist that I have referred her to others who have also found her valuable. Keep up the good work; it is appreciated by me.
April Draher: Bought and paid for by my ex's lawyer. Dishonest and not an effective therapist.
Marja Jones: These "professionals" will randomly go off and make you pay to listen to about their own political views for most of your session. Very unprofessional, chose a different place if you want people to actually help you.
Janet Miller: The receptionist was rude claiming the I was a no show for an appointment, which was totally untrue. Considering these are help professionals, the attitude demonstrated lacked empathy. I was struggling with some major issues and did not need to hear her negative comments. Would not recommend this agency to anyone.
Sarah kosloski: Horrible, rude, and unprofessional Intake specliast! The Manager was just as bad, or not worse! They lost a Customer and many more since I work for a Large Medical group and I will be telling them about my experience! Bye bye referrals!!
Carrie Budd: Dr. Cannizzaro is absolutely amazing. He's very good at what he does and really genuinely cares about his clients. I highly recommend.
olivia moses: worst place ever. Unorganized. I watched a woman write an appointment a month ahead of time after a therapist session to see the office psychiatrist. I still have the card, I called three days ahead of time to double check my appointment and they had no records of me having an appointment and wanted me to get in a month after the card said. Let alone, they had NO recording of the time card I had. INCOMPETENT! They acted like it was my fault that I had a card written with the designated time, I proceeded to tell them it was their mistake and they continued to argue with me! Rude, unfriendly, and poor and uncaring service.
K Chellis: The counselors here are great, front desk does their job well but could be friendlier - I recommend them though only 1 doctor can prescribe, they will work with your current physician.
