Jennifer Grant: Why is everyone complaining? This is a place for people with bad credit. Every single car is a auction repo. What do you expect? I got my plates after 1 week not months. It took my daughter a couple of months but it was in the thick of covid and Secretary of State was the problem not RPM. If your expecting a like new car then go to a car dealer and buy anew one, but you'll get screwed by them also. I went to their competition and bought 2009 car from them. Now they were rude and I had to pay $12,000 for that hunk of junk. They even told me that they replaced my engine and they didn't. It broke down a month later. I've had no problems with RPM and neither has anyone else that I've known to have bought cars from them. Quit complaining.

Shaun Koch: Stopped there to look at a few of their vehicles. None of which have mileage or prices posted. Then was told when i called that an 07 with 180,xxx miles and beat all up was $8500 with a $1000 down payment!! They're trying to sell junk cars for way too much. Would not recommend.

James Zinke: Well go up there to prove all income from me and my fiancé and sales man Todd was extremely rude and disrespectful to my fiancé then threatened my job with FedEx when I was not even on the clock. And then the finance manger was rude to me over the phone and neither of them would even listen to there current customers. So I would not recommend no one to go there for nothing. They like to sell lemons and not make nothing right with there customers. There star ratings don’t go low enough for what it should be cause it should be a -5 star. And to top it off they love to lie to there customers and potential customers.

william wesley: I'm really unsure about the quality. It seems that it takes months, it's just about 2 months and I'm STILL WAITING for my liscence plate. I took a chance to trust there services. I'm complaining because I have a few friends who have bought vehicles from other small dealerships and they all get there stuff within a cpl weeks. I'm not sure what rpm does in there process but my friends have gott there stuff fast, if all other small dealerships get it fast for there customers, but rpm is MONTHS WAITING. I wonder if they pocket the money and pay it back, ponzy scheme

Jennifer Andrus: I called this place to inform them I got a new job and will be paid on a new pay week and asked if I could somehow change the dates. Kirk was completely unprofessional. He yelled, cussed me out, and threatened me. I have never missed a payment after almost 2 years. I also understand they couldn't change the due dates to the day I get paid. But the way Kirk treated me was completely unprofessional. Kirk then switched it to saying, "if you make a payment next week instead, we'll charge you an extra $130." And then told me to beg someone for the money.I called back the front office, and the lady that answered was very kind and redirected me to someone above him named Laura Robert's, but Kirk answered the phone again due to Robert's being out town. When I asked if I could just leave a voicemail to Laura Robert's, he got rude and loud again and told me no.I have never had a bad experience with Byrider before, until I spoke with Kirk. He could have simply told me no, but instead he instantly went to threatening me and cussing me out.**I do want to add, the receptionist lady I talked to was EXTREMELY nice and helpful after my bad experience with Kirk. IF I was to EVER come back, it would only be because of how helpful the receptionist was.

And its safe to say its going great right now. They even advised that I could bring my car in and to get check under the limited warranty they offer. Eric and his team were warm and welcoming to help me get into a car due to my last one breaking on me. Thank you for your help Byrider team.

Nicole greeted me with a warm smile and how are you as soon as I sat down. My credit is less than stellar and I knew that coming in. I sat with Nicole and described my situation. She was 100 percent authentic,kind and caring. The same can be said when I went and sat with the finance manager Jason. He was genuine, extremely knowledgeable and honestly seemed like he cared and wanted to do everything possible to work with me to get me in the vehicle I had hoped for.And he did just that.
