Lisa Crammer: I appealed to Bishop Boyea having witnessed several abuses taking place at Christ The King Ann Arbor Charismatic parish. An attempt to cover up a man claiming to be a priest (this impostor tried to take my daughter away for the weekend) was causing no small of angst. When I sought Bishop Boyea he seemed concerned. However, i would soon learn the history of priest abuse that the abuse hotline only served the purpose of getting information before the authorities were able to. I also reported the aggressive spiritual practices of this parish who paid for my counseling sessions with a woman they suggested named Eileen. This alleged counselor was a part of the charismatic community. She was not only unprofessional but bizarre in her spiritual warfare strategies in our sessions. Eventually, Bishop Boyea sent a card stating the following: "after much investigation we find no problems.

Dan Hoying: bells at 12 pm and 6 pm every day. sunday, it's 10 am as well. hyper annoying to people who live nearby/next door. i've seen people congregating outside without masks, but that was just one time, so i can't say for sure that they don't wear masks. the church next door to them has like a banner acknowledging the victims of covid, and they don't. this (and of course the association with their parent organization) leads me to believe they are up to no good. thumbs down, boo.

Anthony Ocean: This UU church’s superpowers are being inclusive of everyone and creating partnerships with other organizations. I feel welcome and celebrated here. This month, you can donate to the National Alliance on Mental Illness at their services if you wish. They partner with wonderful organizations all the time. I also really appreciate that the reverend comes from a humanist point of view. If you have had negative experiences with religion in the past, you are not alone. You can come here and be surrounded with people who left other religions and now find community together.

Michaela Lucas: This is an honest review of my personal experience after visiting this church once. I absolutely thought this church was awesome and was looking forward to going back the following week until I learned from my parents who had also been attending this church for a few weeks that the elders of this church took the liberty to contact our former church and let them know that we were going to this church now. They also requested a meeting with my parents.This was very premature and also not at all ethical. This church is not a safe place if you are seeking refuge from a former church where you had a bad experience. The minister did not seem concerned for the safety of my family and had no remorse for what took place. I was told that this is the policy of the church and they do this to everyone who comes from another church. He also said that what is done is done and we can either move forward or not. No genuine love or concern or appology for how this felt to me. You will be asked to meet with the elders in hopes they can help you reconcile with your former church and they will tell them where you are. This is extreme overreach, especially before even a firm commitment to membership or even regular attendance. I am left feeling very vulnerable and unsafe at this church.

Human Centered Society: Should sue this church for defamation of a good name. I went here a few services but found they they lied about Satan and his demons. That is a shame they are good and they are the true Gods of humanity. I dont know why this church would lie. I found their beliefs to be stiffening after awhile and quit. Shame. Go pick on someone else. Our true creator Satan means eternal truth in Sanskrit. It's a shame they lied.
