Amy Tackett: Absolutely horrible customer service, food is usually slapped together at best and there's usually workers standing outside smoking who knows what. Not a very nice store.
Amber Miller: Just went through the drive thru placed my order I asked for 3 # 6 combo's with no tomato, got home found tomatoes on all of the chalupa's except 2, was even shorted a chalupa! I called and asked to speak to the manager, Cameron picked up, I began to inform him about my order witch is also on my receipt he told me only 2 of them had no tomatoes. I ordered all 6 of them supreme no tomato, he began to argue with me I asked him if he wanted my receipt number, told him I wasn't going to argue with him. He hung the phone up on me.. He should have just looked my order up and replaced it. instead he wanted to hang up the phone. What happened to customer service?

Nicolas Soria: For a Taco Bell, this location is pretty consistent on the quality which is good. The staff are very friendly. I love when I am greated by "Welcome to Taco Bell, the happiest place on Earth" and if my order looks "Tacotastic". Makes a visit to the otherwise dreary Frandor more enjoyable.I avoid hanging around this location though. The Frandor mall is not a pleasant place to be and it's not unusual to encounter rickety, unpredictable people.

Katie Crawford: The last two times we have went to this Taco Bell my fiancé and I both have ordered the cheesy Gordita crunch with extra sauce and neither one of those times did we get extra sauce. This time there was hardly any meat on them. For the price they charge for this specific taco and up charge for extra sauce when they never put extra sauce on them and hardly any meat doesn’t make me want to go here in the future. John Church: This is my most unusual review for Google Maps, because I am evaluating him in employees rather than the business. Today March 7 I was at a different fast food, location, and as Demarcus who works at this Taco Bell, and I were waiting for an order I got to talk with him and chat with him and recognize his difficulty in getting service myself being in a restaurant I could recognize his anxiety and decided to chitchat with him to find out more about what he felt about that other locations personnel. This is not a Taco Bell establishment they were talking about lol telephone I will update this when I return home.

Zak Hanson: If you get something without pork you better double check it at the window. I asked specifically for steak, not pork, (for which I cannot eat) and to my disgust when I took a bite there was a sausage patty instead of my steak. Can't get a refund but have to "come back a different day and pray it's correct the next time around". I called the store & spoke with Jay, he said he would replace my meal & that there was no way the cinabons were cold, because they keep them in a warmer. You shouldn’t tell a customer that. But besides the point.I go today to get my replacement & my food is wrong… yet again. So I went inside & showed that my order was wrong. The manager, Jay, MAN handled my food & proceeded to tell me that my order was not wrong, but he’ll replace it anyways. I get my cheesy Gordita crunch back & it is SMOOTHERED in spicy ranch. Instead of making a new one, they used the old one & just put a ton of spicy ranch on it. Do not reccommend going here. Very bad service.

They were not taking drive thru orders at all and were only completing mobile orders and door dash orders. The service has always been slow at this location but it's become much worse since all of the staffing shortages.
