Patrick A: For a while now I have avoided the south MLK fast food choices because I had always found either the service or the food to be subpar. I don't know if Rally's got new ownership but whatever happened don't change it. I have been here twice within the last two weeks and have been very impressed on both visits. Jessica Saenz: I order $20 worth of food. Chicken strips & fries combos. They ask what sauce? I replied “spicy mayonnaise dip”. I asked for 2 sauces for each meal. (1 for my fries/1 for my chicken tenders) I get to the window, I check the bag: they gave me one sauce per meal. I inform them they are missing sauces. They replied: that will be $2 for more sauces. I tell them no thanks I already asked for this on the speaker and you’ve already swiped my card /paid for the food I “supposedly ordered”. No where on their menus either in person or online does it say customers are charged for sauces for their food when asked. So they have been charging customers without their knowledge for their choice of sauces this entire time? They don’t give you a receipt either, so it’s not like you would know IF you are being charged. This is simply called stealing from customers. You are charging them for something they have no knowledge of. You do not advertise this on the menu, prices for sauces that SHOULD come with the meals you sell. I’m not asking for extra, if I have fries..ppl want ketchup. If I have tenders..ppl may want more ketchup or bbq or whatever sauce of their choosing. The young girls working today were petty. So I’m letting everyone know how absolutely ridiculous this place can be. Find better workers, ones without attitudes. Maybe inform customers of prices so they KNOW they are being charged. Give customers receipt of sells. Robbery at its finest. Good luck selling chicken tenders WITHOUT sauce.
Sarah Eldridge: Burgers are definitely not pricey and pretty decent. Fries are fries. Batter on chix, fish, and mushrooms nothing to write home about. Only drive thru. No sit in. Fast service.
Terrance Cox: Great place to get old school treats. Menu is great and a value for the money. Sitting in the parking lot and munching down is fun.Parking: It's just a small lot. It's a drive-through for the most part.

Stopped here and stood for two minutes now granted I can only assume I was helped by the owner of the store Nikkihowever she appeared unhappy that I stood there for that long, took my order by the time I returned from the bathroom my food was ready, she asked if I wanted ketchup or sauce that never happens and got way more the 1 or 2 packets. Kyle Hadden: A deranged man threatened to kill me while I was in line while the staff looked on blankly. The woman behind the counter could not comprehend a simple order for one and tried to ring me up for two drinks. I was then handed the wrong bag. I returned later and was blamed for taking the wrong bag. I was not offered a refund for the extra drink and did not feel safe given that the guy who threatened me was still wandering around the dining room loudly accosting other customers. Moral of the story: just don’t go anywhere near Frandor !

Taylor Hamilton: I wish I could give it no stars honestly the whole crew is messy. Came threw for a door dash the doors were locked. Get to the drive thru after a few cars tell them I have a dash and they tell me to come inside. Told them that the doors were locked and the girl on the mic was rude and copped an attitude telling me they were unlocked sure enough a girl was literally was running to go unlock the doors as I had to pull all the way around. DOORS ARE NEVER UNLOCKED

Sorry. Horrible customer service. It literally takes two seconds to add pickles on a burger.

Peter Myers: It's another 5 Guys. Wuff, their fries represent the epitome of all that french fried potatoes can be. Had a good burger. They could stand to fill their pop machine more often - one of the two had, like, five choices. Diet energy drink and bs like that. They had to work pretty hard to get it to that state. They deserve some sort of award for this achievement. But the workers were really great and the food was also top notch. Next time, maybe I could get a Coke.
