Get to the drive thru after a few cars tell them I have a dash and they tell me to come inside. Told them that the doors were locked and the girl on the mic was rude and copped an attitude telling me they were unlocked sure enough a girl was literally was running to go unlock the doors as I had to pull all the way around. Darin Willson: I had a coupon for buy one get one free and the person at the register added a charge titled "Local Promotion" for $5.00, fumbled around with the terminal and eventually added a discount for the bogo coupon, but left the charge for the additional "item" until I pointed it out. After that they asked to substitute a different flavor of frosty, that was okay, however the person filled the cup unevenly with empty spaces and huge globs on the outside of the cup. They put the top on and went in the kitchen, I thought to wipe the cup, but actually just put a napkin over all the frosty on the outside of the cup and handed the mess to me. I just put it directly in the garbage because there was a huge line of people and it would have cost me more in my time than the $1.80 it cost.

Kayla Fike: This is probably one of the worst Wendy’s in the area. We waited in the drive through at the ordering window for at least 10 minutes and only when we started to complain did somebody come on and told us it would be a few minutes. Waited an additional 5 minutes to pay and get the food - and the server was rude. I’ve had this problem multiple times but keep hoping it’ll get better. So far, no luck.

Kyle Hadden: A deranged man threatened to kill me while I was in line while the staff looked on blankly. The woman behind the counter could not comprehend a simple order for one and tried to ring me up for two drinks. I was then handed the wrong bag. I returned later and was blamed for taking the wrong bag. I was not offered a refund for the extra drink and did not feel safe given that the guy who threatened me was still wandering around the dining room loudly accosting other customers. Moral of the story: just don’t go anywhere near Frandor !

Heather Moore: Showed up for breakfast the lobby was locked. We called to ask what time it opened, we were told 10am and that they switched to lunch at 10:30. Came back at 10am, still locked. We called back to see if it was still opening, we were told yes. We waited for 10 mins, still no one came to the door. We called back and then they told us that they were switching to lunch and then would be opening the lobby.We wanted breakfast, and would have preferred to be able to sit down to eat. We could have gone somewhere else rather than waste our time.

Veronica Bullard: Horrible food. Horrible experience. My order was cold. The garlic fries were old, cold, and rubbery. It was for the trash. The burger was undercooked and it tasted like blood. I took one bite and I had to spit it out. I gagged. It was all garbage. I threw it all away. They didn't send me my frosty. They knew they didn't give me my frosty and they tried to make up for that with a large chili but I ordered a small chili. It sucks. I contacted customer care but they gave me the run around. I've been on the phone with them all day with no resolution except a partial refund. Oh no! Never again! Team Thunder: I just literally watched the drive through employee climb out of the drive-through window, and then back into the building through the window. Holly B: Potentially the world's slowest drive through. We waited about 25-30 minutes to get to order in the drive through. Once we placed our order it went pretty quick. Got back on the road to find that they had given us regular chicken nuggets instead of spicy and had not given us one of the fries we'd ordered. It seemed like there were teenagers running the place and the food was not very warm.
Rachel Miller: I am honestly disappointed in the quality that Wendy's is giving out now. We had 2 medium meals and 2 biggie bag orders shoved into one bag, resulting in sandwiches squished. The wrappers are covered in grease like they have been dropped in the fry holding bins and still used. It's just sad that this is the quality that is considered acceptable. Steer clear and drive the extra distance to get something different.

kisha wallace: Ordered classic pretzel bacon pub asked for extra sauce no honey mustard and extra pickles what I got was light sauce no crispy onions but the rest right tried to go in but lobby doors are locked no note saying sorry for the inconvenience waited in drive thru again and at this location they hold everyone at the speaker and take one car at a time so I waited 20 mins in drive to get it corrected but still came out wrong the male manager shoved the bag at me and walked away no I'm sorry nothing what I don't understand is how is this location still open how are you making you sales food always wrong rude workers come on Wendy's get it together maybe corporate needs to look into it
