Webster Ndovie: Spherion was a great jumping point to starting a new job in the Lansing area. I was able to start the job when it suited me best, and had open communication with Spherion if I had any problems. Erin was great with communicating and keeping tabs of all you needed to do to get hired into the position.
Shawn Eckhart: They didn’t place me at all, nor did they think I could do their recruiter job. I followed up and got stalled. Weeks later, I see the office posted some social media jobs I would’ve been interested in. I was taking online classes. I never heard from themagain. I did reach out and there werejobs I should at least be told about. You never stayed in contact with me. That’s just bad business. I’m not going to base my worth on what someone only sees on a resume. Even you got a chance, as I know you don’t have an HR background. If you’re about putting people to work, you’re not very good at it.

TheeRomanHD55: I worked with adecco for a month and a half they are extremely rude, very unresponsive, have little to no information and will continue to hold your employment even after you leave or get fired so you can't go get government aid. They are a terrible company to work for and I highly recommend staying away from them unless your turning into a rock. Go to McDonald's before you go to a temp agency. When you ask for assistance they will hang up on you for zero reason. And then accuse you of everything they can. This company needs to be shut down as they are terrible.

He asked the right questions and didn't want to push me into some job I wouldn't be happy in. I've always had good experiences with Aerotek but Jackson was the best rep I've worked with so far. Aerotek was the first temp to hire job that worked out for me.

William smith: They do not listen very well and don’t actually do much. Just people who can’t get jobs trying to get others jobs, they will get you a good position but I’d say it’s about 30% chance you’ll get it. They pressure you into doing something you don’t wanna do if you don’t get the first one, Took me like a week to get a good job on my own after trusting them, just wasted my time. Not trying to be rude just real. They make millions from it. Just my opinion, I’d rather goto a staffing agency. Hope this helps.
Mike Couture: I had to deal with Matthew Allen on my particular experience. I was given a call.. went over what I was looking for in a job/career. Supposedly was lining up an interview for me then fell through at the end. Which is okay, I’m understanding. After about a week I had to call him back to see if there are other opportunities out there. Again he was trying to line up an interview. Didn’t end up happening again. Then I reached out again through phone and he never responded. Pretty sure I sent him an email as well and he also didn’t respond to that. So if you want someone to not get you a job and give up on you, then he’s your guy!

Brad Berryhill: If you have a felony dont bother. This company will send you for a piss test an when you pass they will put you to work because all they want is the quick buck on your hourly rate. When you deserve $ for the work you performed they prolong paying you an don't bother telling you when you will receive said $. You have to call an get an explanation. To top it all off they will call you more than your woman does like your best friends.

I am guessing the people here who had problems aren't the best source for how well this place will work for you. I for one had an excellent experience with Erin. Matt Anderson: My only complaint is what they use for their payroll. They use a company called Comdata even if you're doing direct deposit. I was originally turned off by their data collection policy but after a bit of research there are a bunch of red flags with Comdata. Since this is Westaff's only way to pay their employees, I had to decline employment. Google Comdata reviews or Comdata scams to get an idea of my reluctance.They were very quick to get back to me and get me through the testing. There was even an assignment lined up. Everyone I spoke to was very polite and professional. It's a shame they rely on shady third-party companies to pay their employees. I'm familiar with having to use the bank cards for those who don't have an account but I've never had to use a third-party to receive a direct deposit paycheck. Do your due diligence before agreeing to/signing anything.

Dion Brown: I went to Diverse Staffing because they contacted me through Indeed.com asking me to apply for a job they thought I was a good fit for. So, I went in to fill out their paperwork and be placed into their system. As I was leaving, they asked me to write them a review and I said: "When you find me a job, I will write the review." They would not take no for an answer. I wrote the review and now I have not heard a peep in two weeks as to whether or not they are even trying to find a job for me. I am now revising this review to reflect the actual service I received from them, which is to say quite poor at best. This is the fourth temp agency that has "contacted me" to get me into their system with no results. Thanks a lot Kathleen! I hope you enjoy your new review.

Patrick Trippy: Even though the man I first spoke with about a position at one of their clients was super nice and helpful, that is where the positives end. I was told they needed to wait for my background check to come back before I could start, which he said would take 2-3 business days. 2 weeks go by, nothing. I reached out to them on multiple occasions within that time and each time they simply apologized and acted lost as to why it was taking so long. Now a month later, I still have not heard about my background check. I eventually went to another job agency and had a job within a week. Go elsewhere, I do not recommend this company.

Chase Gibbs: Writing about experience from January 2021 through February 2022. Excellent staff and always looking to improve their communication with the employees. They find great jobs with good pay for people who need them and when they can't they explain why. They treat you like a human and not a just a number like most employers do these days. All around great place to look for a job or just temporary work if that's what you need.
Richard Willick: Had the opportunity to meet with Victoria at the Lansing location and she was very responsive and scheduled a company tour for the very next day and Chase did the walk through. Above all agencies in the Lansing area feel they are well staffed and work for those that are actually looking for work. Highly recommend and they have employers looking with a good starting pay rate.
Steven Goshop: Put in an application for a position that was no longer available. Sat in their systems for months without a word. Then out of the blue Victoria calls me to ask if I would be interested in a position. While it wasn't the same position I originally applied for it was similar enough so I agreed.Didn't hear back right away from that position; after helping me refine my resume. She found me a different position that started immediately so I was at least able to get to work. As soon as she heard back from the first position she very quickly got me transitioned over. Since then Victoria has been fantastic. Very professional and communicative. Responds very quickly and has always had my best interests in mind.She has helped through a recent difficult time and has been outright amazing. Couldn't ask for a better recruiter.Thank you for everything Victoria.

Jaiana Littlejohn: They are neglecting to pay me my full amount of money agreeing with what the job said though they are wrong I worked with meridian magnesium they told manpower that I had walked out of my job without saying anything to one of my supervisors which is not true and I have proof so they said that they fired me but I was working every day from there on from when they supposedly fired me I have proof plus I can have them pull up the cameras. Meridian magnesium and manpower I will sue both of you. For playing with me and my sister's money I strongly don't recommend this temps agency nor do I recommend meridian magnesium.!!!!!!!

Diana Trinh: The staff is amazing! I can tell that they really do care about the people that are coming in looking for a job. They gave me an assignment that fit my criteria at the time and I enjoyed the entire duration of my assignment. I would definitely go back and recommend other people to go to them as well! After I finished my first assignment, they reached out to me to offer a different position! Who does that?! That just shows you that they really do keep you in mind for future opportunities that come up. I'm sure the office staff goes through a lot of traffic everyday, dealing with all kinds of people who may not be the most respectful to them but kudos to Manpower for always being so professional with a smile on their face.
Lekendra Cannon: The assignment wasn't the most pleasant experience, but they were honest about pay and got me started on the job and making money quickly. That's really all that a temp place can do. They've been helpful in finding work for me whenever I've reached out to them.
