Liam McKeown: Got a TPMS alert and found a bolt in my front passenger side tire. Brought it into these guys at 8:30 AM and walked out at 8:58 AM with my tire patched and only spent 18 dollars! Thankfully I didn’t need a new tire but what really blew me away was that they had my tires (235/40r 19) in stock, a problem have encountered in the past. If you need a patch, or new tires definitely come see these guys!

Initially they said it was their techs fault and he literally showed me what happened and admitted to a tech doing it. Then after some talk the boss said it was like that when it came and they will not replace it. Not to mention the boss didn't even look at my tires beforehand. Great customer care and business. Not to mention they have a hard time reading"inside" and "outside" on the tire. Hire literate employees and a boss that has respect for people giving him their hard earn money

The first time we took our car there after another tire shop couldn't do the work and got us back on the road, and the second time we got to Budget Tire 10 minutes before they closed with a near flat tire all we were asking for was a simple plug and they got the vehicle in after closing and performed the job on top of that they did not charge us for the work. We thanked them many times I shook the hand of the technician many times also. So I highly recommend this place ten times over.

I was in a panic and had been talking with a local tire and brake shop (Tuffy) :( and 45 min before they closed they told me that they wouldn’t help. Turned around and headed to Discount. Why go anywhere else? They treated me respectfully and compassionately even at closing time. I asked if I could go inside to pay while they finished up. They said it was a free service. I can’t even believe there are still people like this? To be treated so kindly as I blubbered through my tears at closing time for a free service. You already had me, but dang!! Sarah Lloyd: Several years back, I had a damaged tire on an AWD vehicle. Even though I was broke, I was told they would not replace only 1 tire on an AWD vehicle. The wear had to be the same for safety. So, I was forced to purchase 4 tires, I elected to pyrchase warranties.I once again have a damaged tired. When I called to use my warranty, I wad informed that only one tire will be replaced. OH, I'm sorry I didn't realize it was only unsafe for me to replace 1 tire. For them to do it, it's fine. While trying to discuss this policy and how it effects AWD owners, they put me on an abrupt hold and had their buddy "billy" pi k up rhe line act like they couldn't hear anything and hung up.The customer service gets 2 stars.

ImTwoTimes: I am SO grateful for the people at this discount tire! I was traveling from Detroit to Grand Rapids for my grandmother’s funeral and got a flat on the freeway, with another hour of driving left . After getting my spare on I came here and explained the situation. I was afraid to continue my drive and was ridiculously short on time but Mitchell got me taken care of. He suggested I leave the tire for repair and calmed my fear about driving on the donut. He assured me that I could make the funeral on time if I left right away and that my tire would be ready on my way back home.I made it just in time to celebrate my Grandma with my family and I was able to head back home safely. If you’re in Lansing and need tire service this is definitely the place! They are good people who do great work!

Sara Dombrowski: I was referred here by a friend and used to frequent the convenient store side. I went and bought three different tires from them. One of them was too small which the man known as Lee, first told me he told me he was giving me a small tire (which he did not) I noticed it myself and brought it to his attention, then said he was only putting it on there until he got another one in the size that he already told me he had before I went. The second one has a bubble in the side of it and the third one loses air pretty swiftly. I called back immediately and he told me that when he had more sizes he would replace the tires. I called two or three different times in between and never did they have the sizes I needed. The final call the man told me that it had been too long that I bought the tires as is and he wouldn’t replace them not even the one that they put on that was too small. He said that I was OK with it which I was not. I would not recommend them for any reason at all. I now have to go buy all new tires. Also they did not replace any of my caps. I have all the caps from the tires they replaced missing.

Andrew Tucker: I came here to get a set of tires for my truck, and on the way home I noticed a lot of vibration. Then the next day, 3 of the 4 tires were around 15 PSI low, and one about 25. I filled them up and in the next hour they were low again, and found they had been leaking from all 4 valve stems which should have been replaced. Went to another tire shop to fix it, and come to find out they weren’t balanced, 2 of them were full of corrosion while the other two were cleaned and had bead seal on them, none of the stems were replaced, and the two that weren’t cleaned properly were leaking from the rim. I payed 250 dollars to have these mounted and balanced and have the valve stems replaced, and I’m not almost 400 dollars in the hole because these guys couldn’t do the job right.

Daniel Hogan: I called the auto center this morning and was able to get an appointment immediately. Courtney and Jen made sure I got a great deal on 4 brand new tires. And I was in and out in about an hour which gave me time to do some shopping. I couldn’t be more happy. Thank you!
Melissa BellGreen: Came by two different days at 4pm and 5:30pm for an oil change and both times was told they could not help me, despite advertised hours being 7am-7pm. The first time I called ahead to confirm services provided and hours of operation and when I arrived they were closed. The second time I tried to get an oil change I was told they could not help me because they were working on one car and had another customer already in line. When I asked what times they would be open the following day I was told 7am-7pm...Don't waste the time or gas, go somewhere else.
Samiul Alam: The store botched up the tire installation, and my tires kept leaking slowly. Went to them twice and they denied anything being wrong at all. Afterward, I went to a different store and they found the issue within minutes, which was due to improper tire installation. It was a simple issue, and to fix it, all they had to do was clean the rim and reinstall the tire.
Ted K: They put all manner of flags and cones up where ALL the parking places used to be outside of the auto center. Three employees were standing in the doorway, not looking very busy watching me. When I pulled up no one would say where I could park. I would really avoid avoid avoid this location.

JOSHUA SWAB: I’m giving one star to this specific store because I arrived at 2:30 PM on a weekday and literally waited for five or 10 minutes at the service counter while employees walked by me without even acknowledging me. When a manager finally walked by and greeted me I was told they weren’t doing any more oil changes for the day because they had two other cars in the bay. What? It was only 2:30 PM! You can’t add me to two other cars being serviced? Now that was forgivable because who knows, maybe they only have one technician and the two cars they had were big jobs or something. But I was directed to the website where supposedly I could set an appointment for tomorrow and it doesn’t seem to exist. If it does it’s very hard to navigate or offline. This is the reason for my poor rating.When I first realized the value of getting my car serviced at Walmart I was stoked! I don’t know what happened recently, but Walmart auto service centers have really gone downhill. I literally stopped at three different Walmarts looking to get my oil changed during a road trip and none of them could service me without at least a three hour wait. Maybe they need to hire more people or something, I do realize there’s been a shortage of workers lately.
Eric Linderman: Alright.... My girlfriends mother brought her vehicle in for a simple oil change .... Well Walmart's tech obviously is not certified because her engine is blown due to them not properly installing O'rings in correct! oil was leaking the entire time since she drove away roughly one week later her engine locked up and is blown now... Dealing with Walmart's insurance company is a nightmare very very rude man named ruban they want to put a used engine in her vehicle with no warranty .... not OK her engine ran amazing and had zero issues and accepting a engine that we have no background knowledge about is risky with no warranty. I would not ever in my life bring a vehicle here for any services.

This visit I had a tire that was losing air fast & often.I had bought the tire @ Walmart in 2018. I figured it'd need some kind of new seal...turned out that the tire was in really bad shape. There was a bulge in it due to some radial tire wire (let's be honest... that part, the wording, I know nothing about...), so the tire needed to be replaced. Because I bought the tire @ Walmart, it had a warranty, so a new tire was prorated. So this was a $102 for $30. Super happy! Great guys!

Tim Bax: Alright so we made an appointment to get tires and an alignment. I am a former heavy duty tire technician and alignment technician so I understand whats involved. They said we need a new tierod which is understandable. They did the work told us it was done, cool. We get in and instantly something is wrong! The steering wheel is at 45 degrees when it should be straight and it made a loud clunking in the right front end. We brought it back, they fixed it again but now our muffler is broken. They didnt offer to fix it it wasn't like that before. Probably won't come here again.

Uriah Armendarez: I went in for a simple alignment. 1 hour later they told me they can’t do the alignment unless I fix $1700 worth of parts. Ball joints, struts, shocks, even a power steering pump. They are crazy, I thought that a big company like belle tire would not try to screw people over but I was wrong. Do not take your vehicle here they will take a simple fix and try to fix a bunch of things to get a big bill.

Michelle: Made an appointment due to tire going completely flat within 24 hours after being filled. Figured it was valve stem or rim issue. Their diagnoses was that I needed a new tire. Took to a different tire shop 3 days later and issue causing the tire to not hold air was due to corrosion around the rim. Tire was fine. All Bell Tire wanted to do was sell a tire. I'm done with Bell Tire

Chad Cottom: Let them do what they do. Don't be afraid to pay a few extra bucks for their recommendation. I went in for snow tires, expecting to buy new all-season tires in the spring too. Mark interrogated me about what I really wanted the tires to do. He told me he'd call me back shortly.About 15 minutes later, he called back. His recommendation was a set that cost about $150 more than I expected. But, they took the place of the other set I was going to buy next spring. I guess he saved me over $500, and the tires perform far beyond my expectations.

Maxwell Wyborski: Fantastic Service. Driving through the area on a trip to Chicago for a concert the same day when my tire picked up a nail. Not only were they the only people who said they could fit me in that day, the whole process took 45 minutes and we were back on the road. Everywhere else in the area said they could not get to it until the next morning. Fast service and really friendly people. We made it to the concert on time and the patch has held since.
Luke Thomas: Tires were decently priced for install and warranty however staff seems dismissive and only one or two can keep it professional without seeming aggravated. Took one and a half days to weld a cracked rim which is OK but they forgot to rotate tire’s. I don’t know if office isn’t listening or if techs are just slapping out work with no oversight.

jane wayne: I had a punctured tire and the dealership told me it couldn't be fixed and that I'd have to purchase four brand new tires. My dad has been using Quality Tire for many years and spoke to one of the owners for me who helped me out. Over the phone they let me know they had a matching tire to replace the bad one but when I got there they realized they could actually fix my tire. I was going to go in the next day or so but they got me in last minute, right before they were closing. They were awesome! Very friendly and super helpful. This will definitely be my new tire place going forward!

Julia Cook: My boyfriend and I are certain that stuff was stolen from his vehicle while he was getting his tire patched. Specific items were missing and a box was left wide open with items missing. This stuff was all put away nice and neatly under the seat where nobody should have been looking which leads us to think they already had the intentions to look through the vehicle for valuable items if they managed to find their way under the seat while working on tires.

Nicholas House: I have nothing but great things to say about this shop. I’ve taken 3 vehicles and a camper here for tire repairs (that I thought would need replaced but they fixed for free), rotations, realignments, and tire and valve replacements; and every time I’m amazed at how professional and kind the entire staff is and at the excellent quality of service they provide. I’d confidently recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them in the future.

John Nagy: Checked around quite a bit. I had options within 5 miles but decided to look a little outside of my usual area. I found Meekoff Tires through the Michelin site. Even though it was 20 miles away on the other side of town I decided to send an email requesting a quote and I heard back within an hour. A couple more quick emails and the tires were ordered. Less than a week later ( the day after tires came in) I was in the clean quiet waiting area. Joe's prices were as good as any discount place and technicians were very professional. A great transaction with great place.
