Sara Dombrowski: I was referred here by a friend and used to frequent the convenient store side. I went and bought three different tires from them. One of them was too small which the man known as Lee, first told me he told me he was giving me a small tire (which he did not) I noticed it myself and brought it to his attention, then said he was only putting it on there until he got another one in the size that he already told me he had before I went. The second one has a bubble in the side of it and the third one loses air pretty swiftly. I called back immediately and he told me that when he had more sizes he would replace the tires. I called two or three different times in between and never did they have the sizes I needed. The final call the man told me that it had been too long that I bought the tires as is and he wouldn’t replace them not even the one that they put on that was too small. He said that I was OK with it which I was not. I would not recommend them for any reason at all. I now have to go buy all new tires. Also they did not replace any of my caps. I have all the caps from the tires they replaced missing.

Andrew Tucker: I came here to get a set of tires for my truck, and on the way home I noticed a lot of vibration. Then the next day, 3 of the 4 tires were around 15 PSI low, and one about 25. I filled them up and in the next hour they were low again, and found they had been leaking from all 4 valve stems which should have been replaced. Went to another tire shop to fix it, and come to find out they weren’t balanced, 2 of them were full of corrosion while the other two were cleaned and had bead seal on them, none of the stems were replaced, and the two that weren’t cleaned properly were leaking from the rim. I payed 250 dollars to have these mounted and balanced and have the valve stems replaced, and I’m not almost 400 dollars in the hole because these guys couldn’t do the job right.

Eddy Lugo: Excellent service! This is how used tire buying should be. Called ahead to confirm they had my size. They confirmed and told me to come down. As soon as I pulled in they started working on my tire. A total of 10minutes and I was out of there. 10/10

Was amazed at how nice and helpful they were, giving me a tire free of charge and even going out of their way to help me choose tire treads while answering some questions about tire properties. They know their stuff!

I was already giving them most of the money I had left just to be told they want it all now I am broke thanks guys. I called around and when the guy said 45 it was the best deal but turned into the worst one. Do not go here you will be ripped off. I do not know who left 5 star ratings but they must be associated with the business most likely the owner and the employees because I don't see them being truthful with anyone so beware.
Jennet Francisco: I got a flat tire today and discovered I didn't have a spare. I called at least 4 new tire shops and none of them had the size tire I needed in stock. So I called MLK Used Tires not only did they have the tire I needed, they changed the tire out right away, in like 15 mins, all while helping 3 other customers. Charged me practically nothing and offered to take it to my car and put it on!!!

Mark interrogated me about what I really wanted the tires to do. He told me he'd call me back shortly.About 15 minutes later, he called back. His recommendation was a set that cost about $150 more than I expected. But, they took the place of the other set I was going to buy next spring. I guess he saved me over $500, and the tires perform far beyond my expectations.

Maxwell Wyborski: Fantastic Service. Driving through the area on a trip to Chicago for a concert the same day when my tire picked up a nail. Not only were they the only people who said they could fit me in that day, the whole process took 45 minutes and we were back on the road. Everywhere else in the area said they could not get to it until the next morning. Fast service and really friendly people. We made it to the concert on time and the patch has held since.
Luke Thomas: Tires were decently priced for install and warranty however staff seems dismissive and only one or two can keep it professional without seeming aggravated. Took one and a half days to weld a cracked rim which is OK but they forgot to rotate tire’s. I don’t know if office isn’t listening or if techs are just slapping out work with no oversight.

My dad has been using Quality Tire for many years and spoke to one of the owners for me who helped me out. Over the phone they let me know they had a matching tire to replace the bad one but when I got there they realized they could actually fix my tire. I was going to go in the next day or so but they got me in last minute, right before they were closing. They were awesome! Very friendly and super helpful. This will definitely be my new tire place going forward!

This stuff was all put away nice and neatly under the seat where nobody should have been looking which leads us to think they already had the intentions to look through the vehicle for valuable items if they managed to find their way under the seat while working on tires.

Nicholas House: I have nothing but great things to say about this shop. I’ve taken 3 vehicles and a camper here for tire repairs (that I thought would need replaced but they fixed for free), rotations, realignments, and tire and valve replacements; and every time I’m amazed at how professional and kind the entire staff is and at the excellent quality of service they provide. I’d confidently recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them in the future.

John Nagy: Checked around quite a bit. I had options within 5 miles but decided to look a little outside of my usual area. I found Meekoff Tires through the Michelin site. Even though it was 20 miles away on the other side of town I decided to send an email requesting a quote and I heard back within an hour. A couple more quick emails and the tires were ordered. Less than a week later ( the day after tires came in) I was in the clean quiet waiting area. Joe's prices were as good as any discount place and technicians were very professional. A great transaction with great place.

Thankfully I didn’t need a new tire but what really blew me away was that they had my tires (235/40r 19) in stock, a problem have encountered in the past. If you need a patch, or new tires definitely come see these guys!

Initially they said it was their techs fault and he literally showed me what happened and admitted to a tech doing it. Then after some talk the boss said it was like that when it came and they will not replace it. Not to mention the boss didn't even look at my tires beforehand. Great customer care and business. Not to mention they have a hard time reading"inside" and "outside" on the tire. Hire literate employees and a boss that has respect for people giving him their hard earn money

The first time we took our car there after another tire shop couldn't do the work and got us back on the road, and the second time we got to Budget Tire 10 minutes before they closed with a near flat tire all we were asking for was a simple plug and they got the vehicle in after closing and performed the job on top of that they did not charge us for the work. We thanked them many times I shook the hand of the technician many times also. So I highly recommend this place ten times over.

M00D Pøst: Went there for all terrain tires today 12/22/22. Older gentleman at desk said they don’t sell them they only sell “car tires” would not recommend this place to anyone. Very rude and disrespectful employees. Also don’t know how to put lug nuts on a wheel. Had to break one because they cross threaded it.

It took my car to this wield dealer and they promised me that they gonna check my car and tell me what’s going on with my car and then they will fix the issue. But they didn’t call me and they hold my car for 3 Weeks without any information. And then I went there to ask, they told me they are already ordered the part and it will be delivered shortly. So I waited for another week. So when I went back there again they gave me the key and say we can’t fix your car but we found somewhere that they can fix for free. It was wasting my time. Because they knew that they can’t fix my car so why they hold my car for one month??? So when I called towing ti see if they can tow my car they told me that *HEY YOU CANNOT TAKE YOUR CAR JUST LIKE THAT WE NEED YOU TO PAY US FOR KEEPING YOUR CAR HERE* so I paid them $85 but this it wasn’t fair to me. So I can recommend if your car has any issue please don’t think to take your car to this place.Horrible place, Lazy people.
Lyrica S: Hard to get a hold of of on the phone, but is a small shop with only one or two guys working. Said they had the tires for my car and just to swing by. They did have them and installed them right away, even checked the alignment but weren't pushy with any services. Much better tired than what I drove in with.

Michelle Wells: I went here originally for new tires they did such a great job with good prices on my tires that I decided to inquire if they fixed other things was told yes ,brought my vehicle in to have it fixed and it was fixed with a broken junkyard part I was told that they were ordering another part , two months later I still have not received a phone call about the part or a callback from the owner! I’ve called multiple times, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! Shame on them!!

B Timm: READ.....Wife had a flat tire on her car at work, took the tire off and found a nail/spike in it. I left the car on the jack so I could get it fixed and put back on. Called 10 different shops and they were all backed up anywhere from 3 hrs. to a week. Then I called this shop, and they said to bring it in we'll get it fixed right up. Kid took it in the back "fixed it" brought it out and through it in my trunk. No patch just a plug. But when I took the tire out of the trunk at wife's work to put back on her car there was something in the tire. Instead of pulling the nail out it's now inside of the wheel. Now another appointment to get it fixed correctly.
Shelia Burks: I found the tires I needed online and called to make an appointment for tires 3 days before I needed them put on. I was told they don’t make appointments and to just come in. Upon arrival a young man looked at my tires and said they didn’t have them there but I could come back the following day. Except, I needed to travel the following day.The website does not state anything about tires not being at the facility. So, if you can’t make an appointment to get tires and they don’t have tires at the facility you’re out of luck.Great price on the needed tires but the disorganization is frustrating enough that I won’t use them.

Pilo Plo: Had some work done on a van I just bought which had rusted bolts that wouldn't budge on the leaf spring shackles. I do mechanics on my own vehicles and didn't have the compressor and air hammer needed to do the job so searched very mildly and found these guys which I passed everyday to and from work. I thought they only did tires. So stopped in on my way to work and talked to Zozak about my problem. He told me to bring it in to look at it. After agreeing to a price (VERY reasonable for the type of work) 1 day later got my van back and checked the work. He did a very good job. One thing to note, during the conversation about the work going into it, I mentioned maybe needing to cut and he was very much against it. He mention respecting his customers vehicles and avoiding it at all cost which I very much respected. If you need some honest work done at a REASONABLE price, go see Zozak. I will definitely be back.
