Deer Creek Sales: what do users think?
Bill White: I've bought quite a few things from them and they are a great bunch. Dan has always helped me and steered me in the right direction on my purchases. What makes them different is they are not just looking to sell you something if it don't make sense they tell ya and help you find what does make sense.
nick oertel: Great service and buying experience.
Audrey Uhring: You will not find a better buying experience than at Deer Creek. Dan and Ben were awesome. Took the time to teach and answer all of our questions. Plus they are available anytime for problems or questions. Highly recommend buying from them!
Scott Schnute: I was new to the tractor world and Dan was a great help to me. I appreciated the guidance through the whole process of purchasing, maintaining and servicing my new equipment and attachments. And their service staff are a great bunch of folks! I'll be back...
Marcus Sanchez: Great People!
John Douglas Realtor: We had a great experience with not Dan, the owner, but when our new tractor was delivered the guy who showed me the machine we AWESOME!
terry miller: Messaged them for a price on a new tractor. When I messaged it was shortly after business hours. They got right back we me . They messaged me with a estimate on what I asked for.
Gary Larobardiere: Sales and service are great ! Would highly recommend!
John Simpkins: We are clients for life! Deer Creek is a great Kubota dealership, always helpful with maintenance and repairs on our tractor. We also recently bought a Simplicity riding mower here, we couldn't be happier with the quality of the machine and service!!!
Jeff Spitzley: Dan and the entire staff at Deer Creek are professional, courteous and knowledgeable.Highly recommend them for your lawn and Garden equipment.
Chris McCall: Sorry to bother you. Wanting to buy a new saw. Had to contact several times. Acted like I was inconviencing them by requesting a saw they don't stock. They apparently only stock small homeowner grade garbage saws. Saleswoman could give me no details as to when they could get me the saw I wanted. Acted like my request was a lost cause. Why do I have to beg for my business?
Robert Saul: Great to deal with buying my tractor. Easy to deal with, even kept the tractor inside after I showed intrest and mentioned financing was being worked on. Would work with again.
Robert Schwalm: I bought my tractor, implements, mower and chainsaw from Deer Creek. They've always got what I need to get the job done. Quality products, excellent service and great people.
Robert Williams: Thank you so much Deer Creek Sales. I purchased a new Simplicity Prestige lawn tractor and Deer Creek Sales delivered it all the way to me in Tennessee. Excellent customer support and what a pleasure to deal with. I am very impressed and two thumbs up for Deer Creek Sales. Thank you Dan.
John Merillat: Very helpful and friendly!!!
Dave A: Needed a part that was not listed in the manual or online diagram. Deer Creek took my information and I had the part in a few days. Happy as a clam, I am.
Matt Fronczak: There are many other Kubota dealers to choose from. They want more money for parts than other dealers I checked with and then she says cash or a 3.9 % credit card fee. The older gal isn't personable and has limited parts knowledge, considering the years she's been there.I'm sure they're real nice when you buy a new machine from them.... but look out when its time for parts, etc.
Peter Wyckoff: Deer Creek Sales made my tractor purchase seamless and enjoyable. I left with exactly what I needed. The staff was knowledgeable and delivered the tractor promptly after purchase. Great job Dan and team!
Jeffrey Stanton: Very good service all the time
Joe Piper: Not much help
M Van: Great to work with, Dan was able to get the tractor I needed delivered fast and went out of his way to get the implements I needed to get the job done!

Michigan Iron & Equipment: what do users think?
Matt Wetzel: Really great people to work with. I bought a ck2610 at a fair price. Always willing to answer any questions I have, and make performing maintenance with them very easy.
ross parsons: Bob and Denise are amazing. Very honest and pleasant to work with. Painless process and gave me a great price on a tractor. Highly recommend.
Tyler Skilinski: Great company and hard my parts in 4 days!
Robert Kemp: I am a first time tractor owner. Bob and Denise have been fantastic since the very beginning. When I was visiting dealerships to see what they had on the lot, cost, size of tractors, etc… they never made me feel like my dumb questions were dumb. They simply guided me to the right size tractor and cautioned me out of some implements, boy am I glad they did. After the purchase, they have helped me out with very minor warranty repairs quickly and efficiently. In my opinion, they went above and beyond what any other dealer would have. They have a customer for life. I won’t consider another brand, unless they change brands of tractor they carry. Thank you!
Nathan Pesch: Great People!! Very honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend. Bob did a lot of work on my tractor. One of the parts he installed failed (not his fault), a year later, but was outside the 90 day window of warranty on parts. Bob didn't feel it was right and ended up doing the right thing, on which he lost money. Cant say enough good thing about these people.
Sunnieland lawn care: Great company to deal with very friendly on the phone . Took the time to get me the correct part. I've been spreading the word of this company like a preacher at church. When your dealer can't or won't or you simply like shopping online.
Chris Rau: Excellent experience with the purchase of my CK3510SE.
Joe Piper: Very helpful and knowledge
Jacob Mietelka: Excellent service and pricing.
Will Chunko: Grate people to do business with
jason hogan: Great people to work with. I've had positive interactions with both the owners and technicians. They are fair, knowledgeable and have good pricing. I've sent my friends to MIE.
Robert Piro: We are sorry Todd is unhappy with his experience. This machine has had several issues in the last year, and we certainly understand his frustration. We worked with Ferris warranty and Ferris Management to get all of the issues covered under warranty so the customer would not have to pay for the work. Since the warranty record on this machine is unusually long, this took several days to get through the Ferris system. We worked hard for the customer to make sure that this last failure would be covered. While waiting for an answer, the customer used our Loaner/Demo so his crews could keep working. The customer had a belt fail while they were using the machine. Belts are not covered under warranty on this demo. We agreed to split the cost of the belt. We never installed a "jumper" wire in the machine, we had cleaned contacts in a wire harness during a previous repair. We used a "jumper" wire to start the machine when we, and the customer, were having the harness issues.Again, we understand his frustration, this has been a difficult experience for the customer, the dealer, and Ferris due to the number a warranty issues we all have had to deal with on this unit. We hoped that by fighting to get all of the issues covered under warranty, we would have a satisfied customer. Regardless of the rating posted, we would fight again if we thought it was right for the customer.
The Truck Guy: Worst dealership I’ve dealt with I bought a brand new mower from them in 2019 against my better judgment as they were rude to me and my dad, it’s been in several times for warranty work that I am told never happens with these mowers they are rude to me and my employees that bring it in for warranty work, they charged Me for a corroded wiring harness, When I spoke with different dealers about this they say that it would be covered under warranty, it caused a starting issue as the mower would not turn over, following week same issue arose will not start The company then put a jumper wire on it by passing the ignition system on my mower instead of trying to figure out the issue and sent my guys on their way, very first job smoke arose from the mower apparently the starter malfunction along with the main clutch went out at the very same time, they’ve had my mower now for three weeks saying they’re not sure if the warranty will cover these issues In the meantime I have a demo machine from them while they are fixing mine, there mower deck belt went bad on it so I went to the dealership to get another one the owners tell me I have to pay for it as a bickering match arose from the issue I offered to pay for half of the deck belt which in no way I should be held responsible for an issue that is uncontrollable with their machine, and the owners wife is yelling at me telling me to bring there machine back. all I have to say is think twice before you buy anything from them. I love supporting my local community but this one will never see another dime from me or my family.
Gail Bowers: As first time tractor buyers, we couldn't have asked for a better business to have gone to. The owners, Bob and Denise were very friendly, knowledgeable, patient with my husband's many phone calls, and took time to do break downs of the different payment options, rebates available, and financing. We appreciated the no pressure sales approach, and would highly recommend Michigan Iron & Equipment be your first stop when looking to purchase your tractor.
Rich Simpson: Great place and people
Ron D: The best experience I've ever had with a dealer. Bob is fantastic to work with and I'm glad I bought my tractor from him. I highly recommend MIE.
willswim15: Honest and hard-working folks I appreciate that keep up the good work you guys
Patrick West: Very nice people to work with!! Thankyou for the sale on my new tractor.
Cheryl Okeefe: Easy fast service. I like how you can look up you parts online. Great price fast shipping thank you.👍
Wade Prestonise: Great people to work with selling a great product.
Alex Boertman: Very helpful

Hutson, Inc.: what do users think?
Bev Pratt: Love doing business there. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Marina Depew: My grandpa had a perfectly working tractor, everything on it worked perfect except the engine. We took it to this company in December of 2022 to replace JUST the engine. They charged around $11k, no big deal. So they replaced the engine, it’s winter so we didn’t need to run it, just preparing for spring. In February we needed to move the tractor and all of a sudden it wouldn’t shift into reverse. My grandpa called, they picked it up and stated it was the harness under my seat, they fixed it and charged another $300. Now it’s April, I need to cut the grass and now the blades won’t engage. When I try to engage the blades, the motor stalls. They fixed the blades and charged another almost $400. So now the engine is replaced, the harness under the seat is fixed and the blades engage. All should be good, nope brought the tractor home for the 3rd time and now it stalls after 20 minutes. Now they want us to take it back and be charged AGAIN. Now what I think is happening is they see my grandpa, an older (85) Mexican man and they are taking advantage of him. He needed his engine replaced and now a million other issues have arisen out of this. We will never go back to this company. They charged almost $2K in total, with that amount we could have purchased a new tractor. We will never come back to this company or refer them to anyone. The only two things I see is this company took advantage of an elderly Mexican man OR the people who work there are so far incompetent they have no idea how to actually fix anything and continuously make it worse. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.
tbone X2c4732: Great company to buy your tractor from love terry
Rosemary Urban: First time there, my son took my weed trimmer in, the cost to fix wasn't a good idea so he bought me a new one, well I was struggling to get the head off to put string on thought it was broke, so I took it in, 2 not 1 but 2 extremely nice guys took time with me explained everything, even gave me a small screw driver to take home which my son didn't get in the purchase or explained to me! It locks the head ,so much better! Thank you guys! They told me not to work to hard, haha, I really have!!!!! Thanks to my new trimmer ☺️
Joyce Janas: We brought our zero turn that we purchased from them for service last year. They had our machine for over 4 weeks. They charged us 1200.00 and when we got it back it ran the same exact way it did when we brought it in. After 20 phone calls, messages and even called another dealer of John Deere to try and get ahold of the Michigan regional manager NOTHING. I also had to keep checking on the status when they did have it. We ended up ordering the parts and fixing it ourselves. Very disappointed with the service and would not recommend going here. ****update****This was the Howell location*****
Jeff Blackmore: Ordered tires, never called to let me know they where in. Was put on hold and some how ended up on the phone with another customer.
Carl Hartenburg: Large selection of John Deere products. Very friendly staff!
Colonial Tinker: Local jd dealer. Good parts department
Franklyn Salogga: Great service love coming here love seeing John Deere
Bill Russell: Nice pleasant helpful experience staff
Almon Sebolt: I was there. I liked the place. They treated me well. They had my parts.
Todd Smith: Still have not gotten a call back from a sales staff about getting some forks for my tractor
Steve b: I called to have a mower put on hold while I drove there to get it. I get there and was told that it was pending. Drove 50 minutes each was to get nothing. Their customer service stinks since Hudson took over.
Mark Stewart: $120/hour for repair work - and they don't tell you this up front. I called and inquired about replacing the pull cord on a chainsaw. I was told a couple bucks for the cord and a 1/2 to 1 hour repair job. Dropped it off on Friday, morning, June 18 and was told it would be about a week. I was surprised it would be a week, but said fine. I expected I would be called when the repair was complete. On Tuesday, June 29 I called to inquire about the status of the repair and was told it was done. Why wasn't I called? When I asked the charge I was told $82.60. For replacing a pull cord. I told the person I was speaking to to rethink that charge and give me a call back. Never heard a word. Instead I received an invoice in the mail. Still no phone call. This morning I picked up my chainsaw and paid the charge. I will be taking future business elsewhere. For a simple repair like that they should be upfront with the customer about the charge. They might also recommend someone else at a lesser cost for a simple repair. $120/hour is 2-3 times what the car dealership charges when I take my car in for maintenance.I will say the exception was Angie who was right on top of things with regard to a couple previous purchase transactions.
Tori Wallace: Very disappointing. I bought 2 riding mower tires sat at 11 am an needed them mounted. They told me they would be done Monday I guess cause an hr for 2 tires wasn’t enough time?? But hear we are Monday an now they say they will be done tues. I already paid so doesn’t seem they care. An when I called an politely expressed my disappointment they hung up on me.
Robert Clevenger: Great staff. And both time I did anything there they were very helpful both in service and parts department.
John Conaty: MATTHEW CHRISTNER WAS A GREAT HELP. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. OUT STANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE OF John Deer issues .
Laurie Dennis: Excellent service. If you take your child there they have a $200 children's pedal tractor sitting in the store and your children will want it
N P: We own a fence installation company and my husband was searching online for a billy goat auger and D&G equipment was the only dealership that sold them. Being that this particular item wasn't something that was readily in stock and commonly sold Angie went out of her way to research the auger and make sure all his questions we answered. The staff at the Mason location is amazing, not only did Angie go above and beyond but the rest of the staff was ready to help as soon as we walked in. The staff at this D&G location in Mason is the epitomy of customer service. Thank you to the staff and especially Angie for a great experience.
Josh Curtis: They picked my mower up fall of 2020 to fix the bagger and to give it a tune up(it ran fine before their "tune up"), a week later it stopped working they picked it up and "fixed" the problem and then another week later it wasn't working again. Once again this spring they picked it up and a week later haven't got to it, my grass is now almost too long to even mow it. Every time I call they are short with me on the phone likes it's my fault that their workers cant get my mower running for more than a week. The only enjoyable part of the experience is that the guy that picks up and drops my mower is really nice. We've got to know each other since he's picked my mower up so often. Besides that though I wouldn't give them anymore business without some serious adjustments to how their business is ran.
Don Jessup: Wow, prompt service. They fixed my problem in 3 days when other places said they could not even look at it for 60 days. Thank you.

Hutson, Inc.: what do users think?
Tracy Hoeye: Quick unload with step deck..pleasant people
George Vieira: Scott was very friendly and was not pushy when I told him I was looking at other brands also. He wanted me to let him know where they stood when I decided. I bought from him.
roger cook: There customer service is a joke, I would totally avoid this store, really! I tried contacting you 6 times, and called twice, only to be hung up on, totally ignored, as stated, YOUR SERVICE IS A JOKE! Totally avoid this dealer, look at other reviews, They are Lazy, and could care less if they help a customer, that’s fine , I went elsewhere and purchased, at AHW, This place is a JOKE!
Jeff Confer: Excellent service. Went over and beyond. Thank you!!
Lionel Olson: Very unorganized not very helpful staff
terry miller: Great experience. Work with Scott Dyck. He made purchasing a new tractor easy and stress free. The tractor was ready in a short time. The delivery was right on time. The delivery man was great. He spent extra time going over thing about the tractor. I would recommend doing business with Hutson of Williamston Michigan.
Dustin Raymond: Had the pieces I needed to fix the riding mower.
John Marquette: Just delivered equipment
Enver Hoxha: If you are at all able, avoid this unethical business at all costs and find a different authorized service location to do your repairs. I wish I had looked into what another reviewer called their “peculiar billing practices” a bit more. Doing a bit of research and looking at their reviews, their behavior of neglecting to inform customers of extremely overpriced “diagnostic charges” and then, when warranties inevitably don’t cover repairs, holding customers’ equipment hostage until they pay is a longstanding pattern of predatory business behavior that needs to be called out. The sales rep at the service counter actually laughed at us while we were talking to the mechanic running the repair center. This was an insulting experience all around, but that degree of contempt was something else. Companies like this that rely on entrapping customers using their monopoly as dealers with authorized service certs are common, but Hutson are clearly very good at exploiting their position. In true corporate PR fashion they then retroactively go for damage control by responding to negative comments, either blaming the customer or “apologizing” and asking the reviewer to contact them (seriously just look through their past negative reviews). If they actually cared about their customers and customer satisfaction, they’d try to prevent these clearly VERY common situations, but there’s a lot more money in their racket than in being an ethical business, being up front about their charges, and relying on their work to speak for them.
David Bennett: Went to go get a mower belt, they were very helpful and polite. They had the belt on hand.
Danny: Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Took my small riding mower in for maintenance. They charge something like $120/hr to diagnose the problem. Was charged over $500 for routine maintenance, a new battery, and changing a line to charge the battery. Used tractor one time and it wouldn't start again. Called to see if they would check under warranty, brought it back over. They said the battery was dead and that was the only issue. I was charged another $180 for that "service" call.Update: The owner response shows how bad this company is. It sat for two months because when I called at the beginning of March 21 for service they said they were way behind and didn’t call me until July 21 and therefore I had hired a company to mow. By the time I picked up the mower it was late July. I used it once, then when I went to start it a second time it wouldn’t turn over. I didn’t realize it was out of gas sure, but if that was the case and the battery needed to be charged that would be a simple fix not a $180 bill. Even the service guy at the counter was embarrassed. Blaming the customer and an old mower is a poor business practice. Bottom line is I’m $750 in for a new battery terminal, a battery, and some gasoline. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for service, maintenance, etc.
K L: THEY contacted ME in regards to my warranty for my riding lawnmower and asked if it needed any repairs. I took it in for a tire issue and was told my warranty doesn’t cover tire repairs. They charged me over $100. to look at it. I told them they wasted my time and I said I would give them $20 for their time and they said “no $50” so I gave them a $50 bill and walked out. They are a complete SCAM. Be aware if they call about warranties. S.L.
Bob Cassie: Had the parts I wanted and made it a fast trip
Bradley Baerlocher: Great place! John Deere and Stihl, two of the best manufacturers!
Robin Shurlow: Andy was very helpful and had a new mower for our mom. Thank You....
Rick: Fast courteous unloading.Good customer service.
Robert Darbor: Did a great taking care of my needs.
Ben Mc: Fast and friendly
Tony Sesti: The tech overtightened blade bolts, I spent a long time trying to loosen them, had to take tractor back in. Same tech or someone cross threaded my hyd oil drain plug but they never owned up to it, blamed me though it was observed right after they repaired a different hyd leak during service. They put teflon tape on the plug to "fix" it, then charged me $130 for the "repair". I talked to manager, but he blamed me for cross threading the plug... all this over $130? so long
Derrick Kring: Hired D&G to come out and look at my tractor and do some service. I was warned from people who had used them before to watch out on how they bill. I was surprised when I was charged double than what I was quoted. It took 3 phone calls to actually get someone to talk to me about my invoice. Then rudely told me to pay what I was charged "it is what it is" even though it was double what I was told it was going to be. They have huge amounts of hidden charges. Beware*
Derick Hile: Sharpened 4 chainsaw blades for $28.
