GOLDMEN Club: I was lied to, very bad service, he let me fix the truck and when I came they said it was still working, when I started the truck it didn't go more than 25 miles per hourI came back after 5 minutes and told them to fix it because I lost 3 weeks and they didn't fix anything, they acted vulgarly ugly and drove me out of their territory, very ugly behavior with their clients and with the service I don't even talk anymore. 🤢🤮🤮🤮I paid money, the problem was not solved and I was still expelled from their territory🤦♂️

marc wieber: So these guys helped me change my life! Unexpectedly I came across an UNBELIEVABLE sweetheart deal. 2019 5th wheel immaculate for 16.5k. I owned a travel trailer. Big upgrade. Was quoted 2k for a 5th wheel hitch install by c@?&],g w04/d. Called hitches and more and was quoted less than half that. Added a tonneau and mud flaps. Done in ONE day.
wendi L: My dad has used Hitches and More in Lansing many times and recommended them to me to get a hitch for my bike rack. I accidentally called the Jackson location and the person who answered was super friendly and said he'd make the appointment for me in Lansing for this past Saturday morning. When I called the Lansing location a couple days later to let them know the size hitch I needed I spoke with Jason and found out that they aren't even open on Saturday. I was going to switch my appointment to Jackson but he said Dan would come in to install my hitch. Dan was awesome and went above and beyond. He even installed the bike rack for me and taught me how to use it. Everyone I spoke to at Hitches and More were very friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate them honoring the Saturday appointment and especially Dan for coming in on his day off. I highly recommend them.

Fix&Go LLC: Top-of-the-line repair shop if I could give them 10 stars I would. They came out on Christmas Eve towed me to the shop put a new radiator on Christmas Day so I can head for the deliveries on Monday. These guys went on and beyond to put me back on the road. Great location very experienced technicians and fair pricing. Highly recommended!

They came out towed us to their shop, replaced the radiator on Christmas Day and put us back on the road for Monday morning delivery! What more can you ask for.
