Fix&Go LLC: Top-of-the-line repair shop if I could give them 10 stars I would. They came out on Christmas Eve towed me to the shop put a new radiator on Christmas Day so I can head for the deliveries on Monday. These guys went on and beyond to put me back on the road. Great location very experienced technicians and fair pricing. Highly recommended!

Danielle Owen: I took my car here last year too get an alignment and it ended up needing some extra work. I did not have a problem with the price and quality of work but I won't be back. I have a plug in hybrid and when I got the car back I noticed that my settings were all reset to factory settings. Other than being an inconvenience I don't think much of it but the next day, my car was dead. I had to have my dad help me jump start the car and drive it directly back to Liskeys. The receptionists were not at all accommodating and were gaslighting me into thinking this was just a coincidence and I probably just needed a new 12V battery. The only offer was to charge me $100+ to inspect it. I ended up leaving and taking the car to a Ford dealership who told me they likely left the car on auxiliary power so long that it drained the 12V battery which then caused the settings to be wiped. They could've told me that the battery died but instead blamed me for their blunder. My family has taken our cars here my whole life but will do so no longer.
Michael Feehan: I have a fleet of cargo vans and occasionally use them for brakes, alignments, and general repairs. I would definitely not recommend them for quality work or good customer service. I have found myself twice paying bills and taking it to another shop. The fact you can pay a bill and pick up the vehicle with the same problem is unacceptable from a professional repair shop. I was offered an apology from the owner. The front office manager has zero motivation to source parts or help if it’s more work than a phone call. I never leave reviews but these guys have been a waste of time and money.

C Cain: Have used Liskey’s a few times and always been happy. Referred countless people to them based on those experiences. My last visit however was not so good. When I picked up the car my tire pressure light was on, Liskey’s had mounted 4 tires for me. I figured it was probably just a little under spec and it was almost closing time so I planned to adjust on my own. The following morning I checked the pressure, about 14 psi low in each tire. That’s when I noticed the damage to my wheels. Clearly from the tire changing equipment, and definitely not there when I dropped off the car, I thought for sure a place like Liskey’s with a good reputation would take responsibility and fix the issue. Unfortunately that’s not what happened. They denied any responsibility and offered no solution. Now I’m replacing a couple thousand dollars in wheels thanks to their failure to take accountability for their mistake. Ingrid Coleman: I was traveling to Lowell when my truck broke down on I-96.I had 3 of 5 wheel studs shear off on my front passenger wheel on the highway.I went to O'Donnell's for an estimate of repair for my wheel.I was happy with how quickly they were able to look over my truck to give me a price estimate.Robert was very knowledgeable & helpful by telling me everything I needed to know as to why my studs may have broken, how to fix the problem, and a lot of information about part quality. I appreciate him taking the time to speak with me on the phone and going over my options. I truly feel like Robert wants to help people and do quality work.Although, I didn't end up having O'Donnell's complete the work on my truck (because the warranty at the dealership I purchased the truck from covered the repairs), I would definitely recommend bringing a vehicle here for repair. I recently got a new vehicle that has a warranty, and when that vehicle needed repairs, Robert haggled back and forth with my warranty company on my behalf for weeks! We asked around and several people recommended O'Donnell's Repair West,Inc. To be honest, we were nervous because of our out of state tag and address. Robert could have easily ripped us off. He knew we had to have car fixed. My brother is a "shade tree mechanic" and I had told him our symptoms of vehicle and he had give us an idea of what and how much probably cost. Robert charged us less than my brother anticipated and was so nice and professional. I feel he is a man of great morals and I wish so bad I had him for our mechanic here in Tennessee. Josh Burnett: Took truck in for transmission and chugging issue. $6k later they claimed work was complete and ready to go, but had to take to International dealer to reset truck. 🙄 Guys didn’t get five miles and ALL issues we took it in for originally continued. Took it back, was quoted for additional work.Went to pick up truck today, was told the additional sensor for $215.00 fixed all the issues.
