Greyhound: Bus Stop: what do users think?
Sarah Helsel: Lot of people out side solicitating vending machines like to eat my money every time I try to use it and the one does not give change back exact amount only

Rohit Chaturvedi: Great waiting area no food
T “Tickler007” Rex: What can I say, Greyhound us Greyhound
Manish Savla: Nice and clean place
Wendy Henao Benítez: Beatiful
Randall H.: I believe GH is hit or miss. Some people/employees get worn down from never ending hassles at work... And they let it effect their work.Attitudes happen. But when it's bad it is bad.Fairly clean and left on time.
Michael Herrington: Went there to get a last minute ticket per the app and the station was closed during reg hrs. Did not make my appointment because of it

Piper Meloche: I waited for over 40mins at the will call desk and no one came out to help. I called - no answer. Knocked on the window - no response. No one was there. It's not like this was the middle of the night either - it was noon on a Friday! That is simply unacceptable customer service - never using them again .
Chris Head: I hat the grey hound
Paul Mayfield: Needs maintenance major improvements

MSU-CATA Transportation Center: what do users think?
Grant K: Bus 20 minutes late again what’s new
Charles Grace: It would be cool😎 if they had a system to limit theft🕴. When you call them during service hours they won't answer the phone. 📞
M. Syarif (omcalip): It's a grand stop bus, for most of CATA busses, especially the MSU commuted bus. It has a big waiting room, so we can keep warm ourselves when we have to wait for the bus whose schedule sometimes misses the schedule.
Dave Kresmer: Great pit stop
Caroline Elizabeth: NOT RECOMMEND ON WEEKENDS.Very good experiences took some time but i figured out that the 34 turns into the 36 at the bus station and doesn't come back for another 30-ish minutes.Ended up being faster to walk to Grand River to what I wanted, and then walking 20min to the East Dorms.
Yoga queen: Loving less students. Easier to get around. Quiet.
Swapna Sindhu Mishra: This place is always open, is temperature controlled, has ample seating places and contains bus information. It also has a public bathroom and MSU WiFi is accessible in some parts.
Jared Koekkoek: It's not very clean... Bathrooms aren't very nice at all. The buses aren't reliable enough to consistently use. You need to leave plenty of extra time to get to class. Drivers are also accelerate hard and brake harder, which makes rides less than enjoyable.
Amjad Rahman: A centralized place within MSU for caring bus of your visit area
Madison Skene: The dude with the long orange beard is the beeeesssst!!! Super nice and a great driver, 100/10 recommend!!!
Toylisa Allen: Clean inside and out. No smoking on any MSU property.
Wayne Salvatti: Terrific trans center and convenient to all major East Lansing area locations!
Muhammad Gul: Air-conditioned waiting room with comfortable seating arrangement
Alorem Gaming: No security,small place
Dwayne Freeman: Seating, a/c and clean restrooms makes it a comfortable place to wait for Cata.
Andrew Mackoul: TRANSFER POINTS FOR ROUTES 26 AND ROUTES 30 TO 33.

CATA Transportation Center: what do users think?
AmarieB Lansing: It's a bus station not much to say.
K 4: It is Good maintaining timings
Ahmadou Alain Mbow (BEAUTY): Helpful when you can't afford a car or when it's broke,
elizabeth bennani: Route 23. Bus 634, to/from MSU, our first time going to campus, apparently during home game buses are rerouted. Want to say great thanks to the young lady bus driver for getting us home. She's very nice, friendly and professional.
Rylen Pierce: #20 woman bus driver was really rude
Jeriann Milemon: I had to wait 90 minutes tonight at Meijer waiting for the number 8 going to Holt
Kathy Kreimer: The buses are scheduled so the majority of the routes do not meet and riders are left waiting as much as an hour to move towards their apointed drop off routes not a good place to be stuck
Joseph Starr: Caught the bus in a timely fashion. No problem.
The Grim Reaper: Who ever decided to have the short buses pick up / transport across from ihop on the number 1 route and transport them to the mall needs to be shot. Bus driver duey and his captains hat -driving the short bus should not be operating a moving vehicle let alone allowed to talk to people. A lot of discrimination by the bus drivers.
Michael Steele: Station inside and out is extremely dirty. They obviously stopped cleaning weeks ago, sad because they used to do an amazing job keeping it clean and maintained.
Nicole McClish: As a student, I rely on transportation provided by the school since there isn’t parking near my dorm. During the weekday from 7am-7pm I am able to get on a bus to go to classes, work, or even my car. Does it take a while? Yes, but I am able to get to my classes on time. The transit app is a big help. But when it hits 7pm and I have to rely on lot link to get me from my lot to my dorm or via versa, I’m on hold for 10-15 minutes. And when they finally answer, the bus doesn’t come for 20-30 minutes. Sometimes they come in 5 minutes and you miss them because they leave right away. The worst was when I was in hold for 37 minutes. There was a point I had to walk the 40 minutes back to my dorm at midnight. On the weekends, they take even longer to pick up the phone. When they put in the pick up, lot link doesn’t even show up half the time. I don’t mind walking, but in Michigan weather I don’t really feel like freezing and I shouldn’t have too when I should trust the transportation given to me. I have missed several appointments because of them. I have called lot link an hour to an hour and a half before appointments and I still miss them.
Christina Adams: The route 2 bus leaves late everyday at 10:40 then if 7pu call the operator named Andrea will tell you you can't talk to a supervisor because the driver is running late but everyday though.
Robust Riva Fish James: CATA... Never thought that I had to write this but here it is..Tue December 14th 2021 I got on the bus (710) @ 7:40 ish. I'm a student, but My school doesn't issue badges with our picture. Our badges only have our schools name ( LOGO) and our name that indicates we are students. I was then denied the ride until I got the correct amount. I was lucky that I had $2 in my bag. My issue is CATA not accepting my school badges I think is unfair. The very next stop a gentleman enters the bus ( mind you I'm SITTING right behind the driver) he shows his green laminated veteran's badge with no Photo ID and states he's a veteran and the driver Grant's him the free ride ? This made me feel like I was just discriminated against once again in my life. I spoke with my school on this matter when I arrived that morning (upset). My instructor sat me down an apologized on behalf of CATA because that should have never happened nor should I have had to experience that. My school is willing to work with CATA for a better process for their students to ride the bus with the same fairness other students or service members who qualify for discounted rates. I've been riding this bus for 8months an never had this happen. Maybe the bus driver was having a bad day, but even if...please don't take it out on the people. I still thanked him an said " have a blessed day sir" I indeed hope his day truly got better.
Lekendra Cannon: The Lansing station is full of rude people and strange drivers who behave like they’ve never talked to a woman before. Extremely awkward. However, the East Lansing/Okemos/Haslett area is a much nicer experience, save for the number 1 route. I like CATA around my home, but edging closer to Lansing and beyond is awful.
Chris Pancoast: At least once a week a bus drives right by me. Worst bus service I’ve ever had to deal with. Completely unreliable.
Indigo Nation: Totally Unsafe area
David Finkbeiner: I don't know what's happening at CATA?? This is the worst service I Have experienced In the the ten years I have been Living in Lansing and riding with CATA. Driver's are rude and seem to not care!! What is going on ?? Why the change in driver attitudes??Over worked ?Under trainen? Or just not happy??
Styx Cyprus: rude bus drivers
George Gray: was able to wait for my bus indoors in comfort till it came in.
Thomas Hayes: Would give them a better review if the drivers weren't rude an disrespectful an the bus should have a box of disposable masks for the ones the people who don't have a mask just saying it would make for better quality of service
Eli Villarreal: Route number 3 530am. 1 st Lansing Mall busSo called Professional driver left me .At the Cata Station in 4 Below . Weather. And I was the only one waiting for #3 bus !I dont know what his problems with me are ?I have emailed a complaint . But all I get is the person assigned to my complaint has the day off . And person who takes my complaint well he doesn't seem to know what's going on ?That's ok This Vet will walk ! Ck FU

East Lansing Station: what do users think?
Pat Kennedy: Both people working here were very helpful and informative. This is our first Amtrak trip, and the lady here answered all of our questions!
Daniel Foster: Shiny, new station. Restrooms and waiting area all clean and brightly lit. Good parking. A bit slow and awkward to exit the parking lot, though, as cars backed up all the way through the lot trying to get out onto Harrison.
Merissa: Expensive parking. Nice bathrooms.
ALLISON CHASE: This train station 🚉 is no better or worse than any of the rest of them. Be careful, the 24/7 vestibule isn't always open. If it is weird people hang out in there. Wait outside if you possible can. Bathrooms were clean when the station was open. That was really nice.
R S: Good. A bit of cleaning and wifi at station would be great.
M. Syarif (omcalip): it's a train station, but also a CATA bus stop and some private company bus stop.
Vanessa Lundy: Train over 3 hours late. No one email me to inform me about the delay. Had my grandson with me. It's extremely cold and no heat in waiting area and no restrooms. WORST TRIP EVER. I WILL NEVER USE AMTRAK AGAIN. NEVER
The B Face Betty: Very helpful staff and social distancing was initiated.
Elise Bentley: The two women that work on the weekends go out of their way to help.
Laura Beem: The service from Port Huron to East Lansing is so awesome!
Deja's Lisa: Horrible horrible. Never again
Iowa Reviewers: I recommend arriving here ready to board the train, much like you would if you arrived at the airport and wanted to go straight to security. Train stations aren't nearly the grand edifices they were a century ago, but it's still nice to be able to take the train to Chicago when flights are pricey.
Elias Aydi: Don't use the train, just don't. Unless you want to get 2 hours late to your destination.
Star: Volunteer saved the day to let us into the station Sunday morning.
Joy Gleason: The East Lansing Multi-Modal Station is much more functional than it used to be. There is 24 hour access to small vestibules and during open hours there are vending machines, a ticket kiosk and bathrooms. With only two trains and a few inter-city buses each day, there really is no need to linger in the lobby. On the weekend mornings there are hosts to assist with boarding the Chicago bound train. There are also bike racks if that's how you roll. The parking fee is a drawback but I assume that means someone will patrol the parking lot at least daily.
Elizeth Cinto Mejia: I was supposed to travel from East Lansing to Chicago. There was an accident and a truck fell on the train tracks. I understand some delay due to this problem but I am very angry with the way Amtrak handled this.1. No information was provided regarding when the new departure time was. All the employees and the lady at the customer service were not only mean, but provided no information.2. According to customer service I can't solicitate a refund????? So there is an over 4 hours delay and we don't get a refund? So basically if you purchase your ticket with Amtrak they'll do whatever they want and won't give you your money back. This is the worst train service I've ever seen in my life!
The Hoppy House: This is a very nice station. It’s small and is very clean. There is pleany of seats and is a very great place to watch trains.it also has restrooms and outdoor power outlets.
Mike MJ: PARKING IS PAID ONLY AND QUITE EXPENSIVE!
Kristina Bem: Amtrak, please, why can you not sell assigned seats? Airplanes do it, movie theaters do it. Concert venues, opera's even high school musical programs do it. Please consider omitting all that anxiety felt by many passengers lining up to board the train by selling us assigned seats.
Scott Scotson: The platform is just a ground level slab. Countries like Germany, England, France, and others even in the third world have managed to have raised platforms that are safer and easier for passangers get in the train. All this work for a new building yet the main purpose for the train station was overlooked: The platform. It's not even covered!!
Sarah Beck: Was very clean and updated! Lady taking tickets was very friendly

Greyhound: Bus Station: what do users think?
yoshinda mitchell: It's Alright.
Robert Williams: Very good
Jesus D Valverder G: Retraso en horarios, perdí conexión, mala asistencia al viajero, sanitarios cerrados,
vickie waddle: All of the Cata bus drivers are very friendly and helpful! And I just want to say thank you for all that you do! And the dispatch employees are very helpful and polite and thank you very much for always helping me, thank you for all that you do as well!
Sir Delle': Easy and enexpensive travel!
Yeetus The Fetus (Jaws Herrera): I missed my stop a couple times because the speaker wasn't loud enough
Audrey Gilkey: Easy fast cheap ride
Britt Numberone: Drivers need better customer service
KILLy Munster: Clean & convenient location. Digital signage for Greyhound/Indian Trails would be nice to add. Lots of people confused about getting in proper line to board bus. Otherwise I like this station a lot & have utilized it numerous times over the years
Maria Barrientoz: The place was nice and clean, bathroom as well, asked for info at the cata window they were very polite
Rebecca Kay Becerra: 👍🏼
Netta Goss: Clean sometimes but need more than ticket person
Hattie Golembiewski: Good
G. C. “Master Aziatiq Supreme” Scott: Open
Michael Steele: Despite security being on site, this entire complex has basically become the daytime shelter for the local homeless folks who aren't banned from the property. You'll see the same handful of people just hanging out with their other street buddies all day, every day from the crack of dawn until they lock the doors at night. Same ones down there begging for cigs and cash daily. Bathrooms are downright disgusting, even when they're clean...they smell like absolute death and could use a full remodel.
RINKU DAWHAR: Nothing bad just dont like being near alot of people and yes ik thats 2 be expected so chill
Toxic Platypus: It's a bus station. Buses come here, and you can pay to get on one and go places if you like. It serves its purpose, is what I'm saying here.
Kim Warwick: Vary helpful and polite
Timothy Burzynski: The seating area was clean. However, the bathrooms need better maintenance. Like soap, paper towels.
Nathan Caudle: Dudes tried selling me weed, kinda creepy and it smelled trash anyway. The information desk was nice though and so was security
Masum J.: They don't have the phone number of their drivers, they don't have the phone number of the next station. Customer service is terrible. The bus ran off without me during a (stop for break) and my things went with it. I spent $150 chasing that bus with a cab to get back on it
