Sarah Ellena: Wore a pair of shoes for 2 hours and am told the $100 pair of shoes can not be returned. Very misleading when they say you have 30 days!! Now I’m stuck with $100 pair of shoes that literally cause pain! And then Im notified that the store forgot to put the slip on my receipt that tells you you can’t wear them outside!!

Lori Daniels: My daughter and I visited this shop today to buy her hospital scrubs for her new nursing job. EXCELLENT SERVICE from start to finish!! Jacob was very knowledgeable and informative about all the styles and brands they offered and had great suggestions throughout the buying process. He even informed my daughter about specials and programs they offer thru the hospital she will be working for. And a shout out to his colleague, Clarissa. Grace Boatright: I went in looking for some guidance on styles that would be soft, flexible, and have petite sizes. They gave me 5 sets of scrubs to try on and got me more sizes to try when I needed it. Very helpful! Worth coming in instead of buying online.

AnnMarie White: You pay for uniforms that you have to wait a couple weeks to receive. The sizes are rarely correct and if the tags are off you can't exchange them or refund them. So you are just out of your money. The sizes are really sketchy so beware!!! I bought a 9 that was actually a 7 with a 9 tag in it. First school year dealing with them and it has been nothing but a headache. The customer service is a joke also. I won't be going back.

Scott D Schafer: Its been a long time since I worked for the company and the experience I got after almost 7-8 years was not so great. They have this thing that if minimum goes up, they give you a raise a week or two before the wage increase and have you sign a contract that states that your getting a raise but in actuality there increasing your pay to meet minimum wage requirements and then what they don't tell you is thats the only raise you get for the year. They make sure that you get at least one write-up a month so that way your not Entitled to a raise. The only people that make more then minimum wage are those who are friends of the family. The only silver lining was the people I worked with and I mean my co-workers.

I have had issues about being shorted on items from being cleaned, have contacted customer service, management, and all the delivery driver can say is I will check into it. It seems like it takes weeks to take care of something

I find this to be true and highly recommend them to any business needing their type of services.

Kathy Garner: Have been customers of Maurer's for just over 3 years and our experience has declined each year of our contract, with the last 3 or 4 months being unbearable. I just had a conversation with one of their general managers, Jeff Snyder, and I was hoping to severe our relationship due to the expiration of our contract. No such luck. I was informed that, since we failed to send a certified letter stating our intention to become a free agent during the period just before the expiration, the contract had rolled over into an additional three year term. That's right...three years of poor service will now be turning into six years of misery. Although linen companies are notorious for this kind of contractual maneuvering, it is particularly disheartening that we would be held to a contract when they are not meeting their contractual duty for service. Best of luck if you use these beauties!

Ashlyn Howell: Maurer's Textile provided the linen for my wedding, including all tablecloths and napkins for 300+ people. The event turned out perfectly! A complete dream come true, and Maurer's Textile was one of the vendors that made it happen! Would definitely recommend this company!

Ground Pounders Place: I have never seen so many linens. That are so consistently bad. The black linens look like they do not shake napkins out of them, and / or wash them with white linens. The black linens have white fuzz on them regularly.

They charged our restaurant for MONTHS of missing rugs, NEVER returned any of dozens of calls but they DO respond when you tell them to kiss off via certified mail - they don't wanna lose that contract. Took them 6 months to respond to my cancelation notice! (Started charging for gas, for the apron bags, came and mounted SOAP DISPENSERS with no authorization and charged us, tried to make us resign a new contract several times with higher prices EVEN THOUGHT THE OLD CONTRACT WAS STILL IN EFFECT!, etc.) Two years and NO credits for missing and/or filthy rugs BUT they do have the time to threaten legal action! LESSON LEARNED - DON'T EVER EVER SIGN THOSE EVERGREEN CONTRACTS!
